Beautiful and welcoming store selling all kinds of nice things - from gifts for the whole family to kitchen supplies to the best incense. Super nice girls working there as well!

Too bad there isn't a zero, the girl who was there in the morning, she's too hypocritical, she has to be fired, fortunately I don't go there every day.

An essential store where you can find everything you need for a warm home and for original gifts. The towels have beautiful colors and are of great quality! I also particularly appreciate their candles, of all sizes and shades!

A lovely haven for shoppers — like a family general store. The products are both useful and often very sweet and charming. And the atmosphere is very uplifting. The cherry on the cake is their fabulous vegan ice-cream!

It was the first time I tried vegan ice cream. I was a little doubtful. But then it was a surprise because I enjoyed it. Not only was the taste extra and intense but also the consistency of the ice cream was incredibly rich and tasty. I think it will be an obligatory detour every time I'm in Geneva!

Always a nice visit. They have quite a few choices of vegan ice cream. And the store has alot of nicnacs. From incense, to dried herbs, to crystal, to recycled lunce bags and whole lot more. Visit if you want to find a nice gift for someone or enjoy vegan ice cream.

A nice gift shop that also sells natural, organic vegan ice cream- what’s not to like?! I’ve tried a few of the ice cream flavours and they’re all good so far, I have a few more to go so a few more visits will be needed. And then I might start again 😁

I I always have a good time there. A lot of useful things at reasonable prices. What I like best is the cheerful service. They seem to be always in a good mood! And if you finish with one of the ice creams I am sure you will also leave with a smile like me.

Really delicious ice cream, hard to believe its vegan! The friendly staff speaks french and english and german! The shop is really lovely, nice atmosphere which is very important for me...., with useful gifts and some practical items etc. I would not miss it if in Geneva. Amaravati

Visiting Geneva recently and I walked into a little corner of Heaven.... this place is so cute, an ice cream/ gift shop. I bought several great gifts, (lovely things for the home, too) and then tried their vegan, organic ice cream. I'm not vegan so was a bit skeptical but that stuff was Awesome. The staff were also lovely-- friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Go there. You're Welcome :)

Not a great place in a stuffy dirty dollar store. Both me and my friend couldn't even finish our ice creams. And over priced for the quality too. Don't understand why this place has such a great rating.

I found Joy Madal by accident surprisingly they also sell ice cream. Though not a vegan I had couple of flavors coffee & vanilla, It turned out to be one of the best ice cream experiences I've ever had. Wish I can take some with me back home to New York. Charming staff as well.

The vegan ice cream was stale and the flavors didn't work together. I know it's Switzerland, but 4.50 francs for that is a pretty outrageous price.

My friends and I have lived in Geneva a while and have tried other, delicious vegan ice cream brands. Unfortunately, this place did not live up to our expectations. The ice cream was kept in the back room, who knows how old it is it or where it actually comes from. The textures were off and the flavors were, in turn, either too sweet or too bitter. The shop is neatly displayed with a variety of trinkets, but the overall effect of this feels cheap and imported. I could not complain about staff while we were there, but neither could I complement them. Their appalling reactions to other reviewers, however, have damaged even that in my eyes. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied.

Absolutely delicious vegan ice cream

The ice creams in this gift shop are really delicious without dairy products, therefore 100% organic Vegan and without refined sugar. A real delight I loved Koko straciatella, mango, mint chocolate and all the others...there are 13 different flavors to choose from, plus you can go around the store and find all kinds of different objects from all over the world. A real pleasure

High quality lactose free YUMMY ice cream. It is rare to find only natural ingredients without any added sugar, organic and with excellent combination of flavours. Fully recommended!!!
