Kiosk is also considered a pick-up station if you have ordered something from a shop. When I wanted to pick something up as a pick-up customer, I first had to wait until all the other customers who came after me were served. There were about 5 or 6 customers, not too bad but still annoying. When I spoke to her (the lady with dark hair), she was annoyed and verbally attacked me and told me I should have the goods sent to a different location next time. Maybe she was having a bad day. If the staff fundamentally cannot handle pick-ups, it is better to forego this service.

I really like the blonde and also the black-haired saleswoman. Maybe those who write negative comments here should give them a smile or a kind word so that they can then report on other, positive experiences.

Wanted to mail a UPS package today that was prepaid. Etiquette directly from Microsoft. The package was not taken because another label was apparently missing and there were supposed to be some pieces of paper with it. To demonstrate that it didn't work, the lady with dark hair scanned a false barcode on the package and said it didn't work and she wasn't allowed to accept the package like that. I should bring it over there straight away. In Ireland or something... I went to an Avec shop, the package was accepted without any problems. She probably just didn't feel like carrying the package back to the warehouse.

indecent, inattentive, apparently hate people very badly.

I’ve been there twice during opening hours and apparently the store attendant decides to close early and there’s nobody in the store. Avoid this location at all costs.

Very friendly and courteous staff, super modern furnishings, good selection of products. I'm always happy to come by!
