Well established in Pâquis for quite a few years, a must. Modern and original decor. Nikkei fusion Peruvian cuisine. Excellent. Neat presentation of dishes. Short and varied menu. A little complicated for gluten-free, no gluten-free soy sauce, what a shame in that regard. The chicharon baos are extraordinary. Wide choice of pisco variations. Stylish service.
