Blumenrain 8Technical knowledge and understanding of flavours on show. Some of the best fish and seafood dishes I have eaten. Sea urchin outstanding and sole was inspired. The main course lacked cohesion and cooking of the lamb missed the mark for me. Service was formal, and attentive. Some low level music would help to break down the stuffy and stiff atmosphere.
