Francent is everything you expect from a restaurant! From amanilitee, a fast and efficient service! Good humor and jokes. I went there a few years ago when it opened and I immediately liked it. I have returned there a few times and now being an adult and having visited more restaurants especially in the region, this one is by far a must and a positive advertisement for Italy and the Nyon region. The restaurant is warm and well decorated. Go there without fear as you risk wanting to go back!

I didn't like these large round sloping tables, it's original but not practical at all. It's noisy. Taking the order was complicated. Correct pizza, nothing more. On the other hand, the profiterole puffs filled with whipped cream and not vanilla ice cream are rubbish. With the extra whipped cream around, it's too much and not good. Disappointing.

We reserved a table for a birthday. We arrived seven minutes late, as we had confirmed by phone between 8:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. On arrival, the restaurant manager is borderline respectful, knowing that we are ready to eat for a table of eleven people. Subsequently, throughout the service, he rushed his team to serve us as soon as possible (well the kitchen was closed according to him, ok). After the meal, we felt extremely oppressed! I'm not telling you about the birthday cake (of course, not warned but we had to pay extra so it doesn't change anything.)... A very friendly waitress was starting to cut the pieces of cake when suddenly another employee of the restaurant and the manager started shouting over us to collect the cakes and cut them in advance without asking anyone for advice. We immediately stopped this humiliation. So yes the kitchen had to be closed but after the meal, what was the excuse? We clearly felt that we had to leave the place. It's a shame, because it's a neighborhood restaurant and it accommodated eleven lids all the same! No friendliness and understanding for a birthday. I am very disappointed with the service and welcome. I only recommend a very nice waitress who knows how to address her customers!

First off, Alessandro and his team always serve up a warm welcome and efficient service. Kids’ orders are taken fast and their cute animal-shaped pizzas - or pastas - arrive super fast. Then, to the parents: order blindly as everything is delicious here. Light, crispy, well leavened pizzas, perfectly al dente pastas, fresh carpaccios and tasty meat and fish dishes. 15+ visits in and this kitchen hasn’t ever had a bad day for us. Finally, a pleasant interior with a few small toy cars for your sons and Barbies for your daughters, a big, pleasant terrace to sit outside and let the kids run safely and prices that are extremely fair in view of the value of the whole experience.
