No service at all for 40 min after multiple requests

No service at all even though we asked for several times

I ordered spaghetti with vongole; dish which was served to me with mussels and two large shrimps! The spaghetti was simply cooked in water without any other preparation of the traditional dish. It was tasteless. Very disappointed.

Waited more than 20 minutes, coffee served completely spilled, ask for coffee with milk, they bring me a coffee with cream then a fake coffee with milk, no orange juice. ask for 1 extra sugar I was given 3 useless waste really disappointed, lemonade which is not lemonade

Perfect place and delicious Spanish dishes 100% recommended

Bar/restaurant on the banks of Lake Geneva in Vidy. They offer typical Spanish dishes, such as tortilla de patatas, but also usual dishes, such as salads, burgers, fish, etc. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and warm. The service is rather fast. They have an outdoor terrace in case of good weather, it has been recently renovated, if the weather is not good, there is space inside as well. Very nice place to stop for a drink and a bite to eat!

A bit of a long wait given that the kitchen is small and the terrace was full. But the service is fast and the welcome perfect, so I recommend, with a view like this the wait doesn't bother 😊 And not expensive at all!

July 14, 2023, it's 10:45 p.m.... we're breaking down with my friend and everywhere we're told "the kitchens have just closed". Same here, but he understands the situation and offers us squid with a good beer. What to say ? 5 stars ! Good food, classic beer but welcome! Much better than at the Carrousel next door. So thanks again to the boss :-)

At the edge of the quiet lake no traffic a good beer on the terrace what could you ask for a better waitress for her first day knew how to manage the interior and the two terraces very well well done to her a little smell of fried squid beautiful salads and good atmosphere

Nice place but extremely long service, small cuisine (tapas/tortilla-shrimp) not very tasty and disappointing.

Second experience for me and clearly the last! I ordered tapas (the omelette was very good!), the octopus had a funny taste and I left it. When the boss asked us if everything was okay, I informed him that I wasn't sure the octopus was good. He replied angrily that it had been cooked that morning! Without thinking that even if we cook a food the morning we serve it and it is not fresh, it does not remain fresh even when cooked!! The pompom was still that said octopus was billed! I obviously complained, discussed again with the boss's brother who made the same remark about the day's cooking.... the boss finally came to give me back CHF 13 (the price of the tapas) and I I really had the impression that if he could have thrown the money at my head he would have done so! Please note that the people at the adjacent table had ordered the same tapas and that their dish also returned to the kitchen without having been consumed. The terrace overlooks the port so is pretty, the waitress is nice but that's not enough for a more than questionable octopus and a terrible attitude!

Small friendly restaurant! The cuisine is simple and good. But not very filling. The prices are absolutely fair! Taking orders was a bit complicated, because we didn't immediately realize that we each didn't have the same cards, and not all the cards were up to date. Then, the waitresses had a lot of difficulty understanding our questions and answering them (for example for allergy questions, explaining the name of a menu, knowing what wine is on offer). But otherwise the service was pleasant, and the place too. Close to water. Very kind

Pleasant service but really not exceptional dishes...lack of seasoning, frozen steaks and fries for the burgers, industrial bread, no sauce, the prawns are in fact shrimp, a dish was forgotten, 1h30 wait while we are about twenty in the restaurant.. And that everyone was served when we arrived... And the icing on the cake, more than disgusting toilets.. Despite the lovely view of the port we will not come back. Too bad for the waitresses who are nice

The new team in place for a few months surpasses the old one. It's nice. This magnificent place is finally run by competent and helpful people. The tapas are delicious. The boss and staff take great care. Prices are moderate. In short, a welcoming and pleasant place, not pretentious.

Super bien passé la petite grillades a faire soit même délicieuse le frites maison à en rêver et le steak de cheval , pour mas part la panaches le même prix que la presion excellent pour le prix de 3.5chf ,à retenir et a revenir très vite. Super accueil . Patronne hyper sympathique et très charmante,ce qui ne gâche rien. Nous avons pris un tartare de boeuf servi généreusement avec des frites fraîches maison, toast et beurre. En entrée nous avons reçu un belle salade mêlée. ( compris avec le tartare ). Prix plus que raisonnable. Un grand merci au chef pour la qualité de son tartare.Je ne peux que recommander cette sympathique petite buvette. Encore un grand merci à Patrizia pour l'excellent moment passé dans son établissement. Il est évident que j'y retournerai.

Accueil des plus charmant, bol d'eau pour chien sans avoir demandé, tarte fait maison, patrons très aimable, vue sur le lac, bonne cuisine, vue sur le lac, de ce fait je recommande vivement cette superbe adresse. Grande plus ouvert pour tout le monde.

Je ne donne aucune étoile, le service est exécrable. Le patron est sorti me donner de leçons sur la manière de communiquer avec mon neveu de manière inacceptable. Quand il a compris que je parlais italien il a dû se dire que j'étais étranger et m'a bien fait comprendre que le "service" au bar était valable pour tout le monde. Mis à part que je trouve inadmissible de servir au bar en faisant payer le même prix, je ne vois pas en quoi cela était nécessaire de me le préciser sachant que je sais lire et écrire le français et que c'était écrit sur la fenêtre. Endroit visiblement réservé à un seul type de clientèle d'habitués. A éviter absolument pour les touristes de passage ou pour toute autre personne vivant à Lausanne mais n'étant pas fan de voile, surfeur ou autre.
