We all know that the food is great. But you may not know that the service when you buy a voucher on site is also super charming and friendly. So, tip: make friends happy and get them a voucher!

Pad Thai is great! In general the food is very good, especially if you don't feel like cooking in the evening... luckily we live nearby.

Today, March 2nd, 2024, I ordered a Pad Thai and four Classic Thai drinks. Unfortunately, I discovered that one of the products had expired. I am very disappointed by this negligence and had wished for greater appreciation towards customers. Such experiences significantly reduce trust in the quality of the offer. I hope to improve quality management to avoid similar incidents in the future.

Despite the negative reviews this place was vibing and full and filled with the yummy aromas of Asian dishes. The service was spot on and friendly and the food tasty, we had a great dinner and will be back again!

Delicious food, but very expensive. The red curry with chicken costs 30+ CHF, you can get it cheaper elsewhere with the same quality. But the food is really tasty, so it may still be worth it. Usually very crowded on weekends.

Mega fine and high quality food, also great options for vegetarians or vegans. The only drawback are the prices - especially for the drinks, which are quite expensive for small portions, as well as for some curries or starters. Reservations are not possible, but you can get a spot quickly. Takeaway is possible, but you sometimes have to leave a deposit for the dishes.

Easy going fresh food … always a good choice for Asian taste

Ate here Valentine's night (with my 13 yr old). Had a wait of around 10mins but it was worth it. Food was good and reasonable in terms of Zurich prices. It's not a 'cozy' restaurant but I really liked the atmosphere... very conducive to meeting others. Several languages going on at the same time which I also enjoyed. Staff very friendly. A great find!

The restaurant has a very friendly and committed service, which takes care of all your wishes. The freshness of the processed products is preserved until you reach the plate. If you like fresh Asian cuisine with regional products, this is the place for you. If you've only ever known dried shiitakes, you should try them fresh to see for yourself. (when fresh they have a noticeably better consistency)

One if the stuff was So rude to us, he is like doesn’t like his job, I left the place despite i like the food there and i come regularly but no anymore!!

Taste was not satisfying - ramen noodle soup taste like diluted soy sauce mixed with water, soy sauce flavour was overriding the dish. Fried prawns had a bit too much batter. We were told that the green Thai veg curry had no potatoes. When they arrived, the curry looked yellow and had potatoes.

Had dinner at Lily's many times the quality is good but a bit overpriced. You can't book a table in advance, so you might need to wait before getting one.

Cute eatery at Lochergut. Good vegan options. Will come back!

Very good and varied food on the menu. Friendly staff and quick service. Seating is on benches at long tables, so great for bigger groups or striking up conversations with strangers sitting next to you. Not too pricey, considering this is Zürich. Would definitely eat there again.

Our go to place for solid comfort food. Easy going, welcoming and tasty. We love the ambience and the people that work here. Love the dumplings and the bai Kra pao.

We had dinner here and were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Very nice service and a pleasant atmosphere to dine here with your colleagues or alone. I had ramen myself, which tasted great. The other dishes were also very tasty. Definitely a recommended restaurant!

This is not any different to Lily's. Basic style, various Asian dishes, teasing selfmade softdrinks. I like it over lunch. However, I am somewhat disappointed that the Kotao Noodle Soup got tanken off the menu.

Lily's has been a safe bet when it comes to Asian food in Zurich for many years. I haven't been there for a long time, unfortunately I wasn't that impressed on my last visit. The red curry was too spicy for me, it lacked the fine sophistication and the pleasant rounding off. I asked if it could be made less spicy, but that wasn't possible, which I thought was a shame. They were then kind enough to offer me a small mango lassi, which I thought was very nice. I didn't really like the dumplings as a starter either. I'll use something different next time.

Came back here after years... never again! Tom Kha Gai Soup is a can of boiled coconut milk with zero flavor. I was charged an extra 1.50 for a little spiciness, a sliced ​​chili pepper... absolute joke, especially since I never asked for it. My colleague's salmon was poorly grilled and the accompanying salad was inedible. The Dragon Limo is pink colored water for 6.50 chf. No recommendation.

The menu leaves nothing to be desired and the dishes are very tasty! At first I thought the portions were small, but the plate size was deceptive. The Phat Thai, the Satay Chicken Skewers, the red curry with tofu and the Cashew Chicken are highly recommended. The different types of tea are also great. There is a relatively high noise level in the restaurant. The service is friendly. It is noticeable that customers are “taken care of” and then the service seems to be over. A bit of a shame considering the prices. Highly recommended for the delicious food!

One of our favorite asian restaurant.

After I haven’t visited this place for four years, where was my first and last visit, my nephew „forced“ me to go Lily’s again with my sister and girlfriend. Now I know why did not go here again a second time before. In general, I am really surprised how many people go this cheap taste thai restaurant where the curry tastes like the one I do at home with the ready to go thai curry paste from the supermarket (sweet sugar taste and “dirty artificial”) with premium prices, but atmosphere and comfort (no back rest - really?) of a fast food restaurant. Beside this general comment, the red curry dish was more a soup with a few green beans and four small pieces of dug (the other three ones were ok regarding the amount). Further, we ordered two times an additional rice but it never came. At least they gave an overall reduction at the end off course removed the never received rice. But yes, to come to that final moment being „allowed“ to pay, the one waitress was running away at first try (because the phone rang) and never came back - after 20 minutes we were taking it in our hands and pushed them so that we could pay (directly with the cashier at the bar). It felt like redemption.

It was super tasty. First we ordered a small appetizer. This came very quickly and was absolutely delicious. For the main course I had chicken cashew nuts, the other ones were massamann curry and chicken fried rice. Everything is super fine. Service was very friendly even though the store was full. The flood was outside and many people were still standing in the entrance area. All in all it was great and highly recommended.

The menu consists of a mix of asian dishes with an european twist, portions are really big considering the price and food is good. Good value for money

This place was awful. We were seated but no server came to take our order and eventually the host came and took our drink order and reminded our waitress that we existed. She took our food order. After around 40 MINUTES she came back to us and apologized because she said she forgot to give our order to the kitchen. She then asked us again to repeat our order! Another 30min went by and she brought our food and said our drinks were complementary, which was nice. We ordered the large soup but the soup had maybe 4 pieces of Tofu inside and was mostly broth. Then when we went to pay, she forgot to take our drinks off the bill and we had to remind her to take them off! Worst experience ever.

The big strength of Lily’s is that you don’t need to book. Unlike 99% of places in Zurich. You can just show up.

Fantastic food, fantastic service, fantastic local. We stopped in for dinner with no reservation, the staff were very accomodating even with our kids. Food was fantastic, started with the Dumpling Selection, then the Chaing Mai Noodles, Chicken Cashew Nuts, Vege Fried Rice. If you're in Zurich this is a definite must try.

The food was really good. I only give it two stars because the place is loud and the large tables can't create a cozy atmosphere. You're practically always sitting with strangers. Unfortunately, the green tea is served in such a way that the tea leaves cannot be removed from the water. That means I could only drink half of it, the rest became extremely bitter and strong over time and simply undrinkable. Tea is part of Asian cuisine, which was a shame!

After years eating at this restaurant, today it was the last time after the second time that my dish was prepared with missing ingredients. When I asked the waitress (tall Asian looking girl with very long hair and no skills at all for customer service) to have the dish done again with all the ingredients that are listed in the menu (otherwise why would I choose that and pay the full amount?!) she angrily replied it's not nice to throw food away (then cook the food properly) and she rushed away shaking her head and looking angry at us. The dish, besides coming with missing ingredients, was also looking very pale and not glossy as just taken from the pan and from a bite it felt overcooked and as it was waiting on the counter for some time. When the manager came he tried to fix things, but I lost my appetite as the waitress' attitude spoiled my mood and friends' as well, so I cancelled my order completely. He offered us the drinks. However, I didn't appreciate him saying he offered my food (which food?? The one that came without ingredients and was sent back??!). Thanks to the chef, who apparently is unable to prepare a complete dish, and to the awful service of that girl this restaurant has lost any value for me. Never again after so many years during which I loved eating here.

Delicious, Thai and Asian flavors that are international in style. Not spicy like Thai style But it was enough to eat. There was khao soi and crispy pork.

An overcrowded, cantina-like restaurant. While prices are moderate, unfortunately the low quality of the ingredients and preparation makes for a poor price-quality ratio. The curry was particularly bland and underseasoned and other dishes were equally lacking in taste and quality ingredients. On the positive side, service was efficient and attentive, but I cannot recommmend this place based solely on that factor. Food needs to be improved.

The staff is friendly and the food is good. Also the kitchen is half open so you can see the chefs which is really cool. Only complain is that there are little to no accoustic elements which makes it a very noisy and loud restaurant.

Lily's has its charm, but unfortunately I have to say, stick to Asian recipes and stay away from the Indian recipes!! Ruining a simple curry with chicken like that (watery, zero taste - what was wrong with the spices?, chicken tasted like it was "pre-chewed") is simply embarrassing and at this price - a NO GO! Simply put, it tasted like cafeteria crap... Well, who orders Indian when the main focus is Asian...? I wanted to know and I won't make that mistake again. However, what I can highly recommend - Spicy Udon. You don't experience disappointment. Really good.

The food is top. I can especially recommend the green Thai curry, I have never had it better anywhere. Service was always good too. I've eaten there about 20 times and it's one of our favorite restaurants in Zurich, even if the atmosphere is nothing special.
