Love the restaurant! Great food & ambience, very nice staff!!

On the occasion of a friend's 35th birthday, we quickly made a reservation for 10 people. No problem. We were warmly welcomed. For starters there were sharing platters with the usual Italian classics. From Parmigiana to scampi. Everything at the highest level! The highlight for me was the main course. Beef fillet, perfectly prepared. Delicate. As an accompaniment a recommended red wine, which ideally complemented. The menu was rounded off with wonderful espresso and grappa. The madness! Service extremely friendly and competent. The plates all arrived at the same time and hot. The pleasant atmosphere enabled us to celebrate a wonderful party. The restaurant is definitely recommended! In addition, the whole thing was extremely inexpensive. What stood out for me was the wall-mounted ashtray on the urinal next to the open window. So I was able to enjoy smoking a cigarette while emptying my bladder. I'll be back!!

What a poorly organized owner. Even though I had made reservations for three people more than a week in advance, there didn't seem to be room for us. The restaurant operator said: Either in the back room or there (in the hallway, at a table of two where a couple was already sitting). So we tried the hallway as the chamber seemed very remote and had no service staff. However, when my bag was already on the ground for the third time because of other guests, I ran out of patience and asked again for a new seat. The owner's reaction? No, he ignored my need, so we got up and walked away. Such disrespect and unfair treatment. We do not recommend this and will never come back.

3.75/5 Italian dinner at @morgensterndamario - cool place for a weekend dinner: italian food for fair prices (still not cheap, we spent 100.-/ pp incl wine for a main/ starter). The scaloppine with porcini were quite good, not all their meat is from CH though, so check the menu in detail if that’s important for you :) Shared appetizers platter was good (picture 2 was a portion for 1) , nothing overly exciting though (parmigiana was really good, as was the burrata). the seating was a bit tight and most tables are quite close. Not the best place for a date/ private conversations 😂😇 Also at a certain point they had loud latino music in the restaurant, but there was not a special party vibe. Overall great experience, but not my favorite Italian, especially as the service was mediocre (and did not speak Italian) and the atmosphere did not convince me fully.

War zum 2× dort mit einer Freundinn , das erste mal war ich mitte September an einem Montag dort und da es noch warm war sasen wir draussen und es bediente uns eine freundliche Kellerin ,aber es war leer an diesem Abend nur wir und ein anderes Pärchen. Aber die Besitzer waren nicht dort. Gestern war ich mit einer Freundin, und war richtig enttäuscht, der Besitzer kam brachte uns in einem hinteren Raum zu Tisch , ja gemütlich einwenig zu dunkel aber ok. Der junge Kellner der uns bediente auch sehr freundlich. Zum späteren Abend übernahmen dann die Besitzer den Service leider, sehr gestresst sahen sie aus und mit den verm Stammgästen gaben sie sich mühe und es gab zum Schluss nach Bezahlung Limoncello, uns wurde aber nicht gefragt , trotz das ich auch eine salzige Rechnung zu zweit bezahlt habe , wobei mir das sonst alles Wert ist, wenn aber alles stimmt, und nicht nur das Essen na ja es war nicht schlecht aber bringe ich au zustande wenn ich für Freunde koche, aber eben es muss stimmen und ich muss mich wohl und wilkommen fühlen ,vorallem wenn es die selben Landsleuten und von der gleichen Region ( Salento) sind von wo ich bin!! Ich schäme mich richtig dafür, und werde nicht wieder dorthin!!!
