You can always dream of having a return label for an unsatisfactory order. I had to do everything by hand like back then. Manor is there for the luxurious margins but for the after-sales service, it's absolute poverty...

Good prices but staff do not know the touristic information. You may have trouble while you get tax refund. Only in cas not in to your credit card. You have to get stamp from customs in the train station very important.

Very good salad and apple pie here. More recently, 2nd Mar 24, my wife and I had salad, excellent, and choux bun with cream. Yum!

Manor Gneve is probably the best super store I have been to across Europe. The store had 4 floors, and each of them was well equipment and stocked with all amenities as displayed. I personally liked the food section, which, without a doubt, was unique and full of variety from across the globe. A visit to Manor is totally recommended when you next visit to Geneva. The Cakes section was amazing with a variety of selections. I chose a chocolate and a pistachios coated marble cakes that looked yammy. I carried them all the way to Milan for my friend's family. They loved the cakes due to it's flavour and freshness. Each cake cost me about CHF16. I also bought luch to carry for my train journey to Milan. the store had a wide range of fresh food from different continents. The choice of food on offer was so huge that it made it difficult for me to make a decision. However, I went for lamb curry, some rice, cutlets, and a sweet on the side. the total bill for two people was CHF67, which was a bit on the higher side. The food was so great that I forgot about the price I paid that was at least three times I would have paid in any other country in Europe. I loved the lamb curry in particular for its tenderness and flavour; most importantly, the meat had no smell at all, which isn't normal in the United Kingdom. I personally hate lamb smell. Nevertheless, lamb curry really impressed me a lot and definitely would be a reason for my next visit to Geneva. The staff was really nice and helpful. However, unfortunately, we were overcharged for the items we didn't buy when I checked the bill in more detail. This is the main reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, the store is well above 5 stars.

The restaurant sector was a complete disaster, in my opinion. You couldn't serve yourself. The chef (or whatever he was) had to do it as if you were a child. Wouldn't eat there again. But the rest of the Manor was okay. Looks like and has what almost every Manor has.

3 bad experiences in 1 visit... - at click and collect, I open goods purchased on the internet, they do not correspond to those ordered. The employee told me that he would not be able to accept it because the packaging (a transparent plastic film) had been damaged. Impossible to check without opening it! - in the stationery section I say hello to the salesman who answers me without turning his head and without stopping sticking his labels. I ask him if there are any 2024 diaries and he tells me that I am “much too late, there is nothing left”. What a welcome, what courtesy... - I go up to drink something, I take a tart and I ask for a golden milk, a mixture of vegetable milk and spices and I find what I receive strange, a transparent liquid, in fact an industrial product which does not doesn't meet my expectations... I ask for a change and the waitress gets angry, tells me that I shouldn't throw things away and that I choose quickly because she can't waste her time. (It is 02/20/2024 between 4 p.m. and 4:40 p.m., in case the employer wants to know who the employees in question were) At other times, I felt so good at Manor... Too bad.

Nice selection of products in the store and full restaurant at Manora, on the top floor with a nice view of the city. BEST BURGERS at BlackTap with this jalapeño burger and sweet potato fries. 🍠 not disappointed

I would like to highly recommend the Manor store. Our recent visit was a most enriching experience, with a variety of products that captivated our attention throughout our stay. The store offers an impressive diversity, from quality food products to fashion items, home accessories, and much more. We particularly appreciated the assortment of trendy clothing, home decoration items, as well as the quality of the products available. It is truly a place where every need can be met in just one visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I have been a loyal customer of Manor Genève for a very long time (I used to go to La Placette with my parents). I especially like Manor food, the fishmonger, etc. But the big downside is the toilets. There are no decent toilets. Not enough (at least for the ladies) and above all everything is broken or in very poor condition. It's certainly unworthy of this busy store, but I think they earn enough money to install toilets worthy of the name.

Large shopping mall in 7 floors selling almost everything. Ground floor has chocolatea, food from several countries, vegetables fruits, clothing, shoes etc. Other floors have women's clothings, souvenir, art and craft, toys, bags, make up iems etc. Lots of items available in deals. Walking distance from Cornavin station and Coutence station.

I like everything about the manor

It’s magnificent, there are lots of good items on sale near Geneva station. It’s perfect especially for tourists who want to buy souvenirs.

There are a wide variety of food options that you can buy as a package on the ground floor. We stopped by to buy pizza and snack on the benches right outside. If you want to sit and eat, there are restaurants on the top floor.

Good morning. I am writing this comment especially for Mr S. Abdoulaye. Thank you sir. Manor Food should be proud and grateful to have an employee like you. We ate at this place for the first time. The two piadines were simply not cooked, they were dough. I changed the first time but the second time was the same too. I reported the problem to Mr Abdoulaye who quickly took the lead with his professionalism by immediately taking action. In addition, he took the initiative to offer us two teas, all with a smile and kindness.

Not at all clear where to find your online orders: specified neither in the store nor in the delivery notification email. When we express our frustration, we let ourselves be understood that everything is clear in the email and that it makes sense to go to customer service on the 2nd floor hidden at the back of the store behind other normal checkouts. We will come back for customer understanding and we will especially go elsewhere to order online!

Great store with lots of choice. The floors and their compositions are well indicated, the bakery part is delicious but a little expensive and the cafeteria is not bad. A word of advice: avoid during rush hours!

Excellent shopping place for various household items, clothes, shoes, personal items and a large supermarket. A spacious, well-planned and diverse location with specific floors for each customer’s needs. It is worth checking!

There is something for every taste

The best shopping mall in Geneva. On the underground floor everything is for home. Ground floor grocery store Manor Food. First floor cosmetics and perfumes. Second floor men's clothing. Third floor women's clothing. Fourth floor children's clothes. On the top floor, an electronics store and the excellent self-service restaurant Restaurant Manora. A very large commercial center consisting of 5 or 6 floors, each floor designated for a specific category. The first floor is a supermarket, the basement floor is for household utensils and household needs. It contains all local and international brands, and there are some restaurants. Beautiful and worth a visit 👍

Very helpful in the makeup/skincare area. They have nice food. and finac is awesome, they also help a lot. I would just say they are helpful. it's always crowded so make sure you find a time which there won't be loads of people

Despite a good selection of products, the customer service is deplorable (luckily we can't give less than one star!). Some advisors didn’t even bother to respond to my “hello”, too busy chatting among themselves. I was particularly shocked by the beauty and jewelry areas, I had the impression of being intrusive even though I simply wanted to obtain information on the products. I'm not ready to set foot in Manor again.

Over the last 9 months or so I have informed Manor several times that they are selling expired food in the mornings in the fresh food, ready to eat meal section. This morning again I bought a meal that expired yesterday, at full price. I have again notified them by email with photographic evidence but they are obviously not bothered. The cashier is not bothered either to check so it’s really up to you as the client. In this case it was almost impossible as the expiry date is on the bottom of the container and flipping the food container over messes up the food and spills its content. Extremely frustrating to see that the management is unwilling to address this and makes it so hard on us to control them. I will forward the information to the Geneva health department for further investigation. I have informed them several times but it’s obviously fallen on death ears.

I have been going to Manor for 20 years, before it was quality at an affordable price, now it is very expensive and the items are not even as good as cheap Chinese copies. I bought a 70chf wallet thinking that it would be good quality, the leather completely came off/dislocated in barely a month, these are really items that don't even deserve to be marketed. I do not recommend leather goods and clothing. Otherwise the food is great and the salespeople are very friendly, but unfortunately that's not everything!

Loved the mall, particularly the women department and food hall. Very friendly and helpful staff, everyone spoke beautiful English and it was nice to see how respectful was the staff in the designer clothes area, offering to try things on and not breathing down your neck like they do in London! The food hall is like a museum, it is worth a stroll, even if you are not buying anything.

Second floor administrative services very unprofessional on holidays

Everything about this store was amazing. The selections of chocolates, of clothing, of luggage, were all great. Their food court (that name really does not do it justice) was amazing. Great food. Really great food. We also were privileged to sit with Mademoiselle Manor for lunch. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure shopping here.

There is a good place to buy some food, drinks, etc.. you can save Money because you can buy There and take away instead you are going to the restaurant..

It is a huge shopping center that can be overwhelming but you will find everything.

Before Christmas there was an offer in the Manor Geneva Irispicture store. A nice concept but their way of working and their customer service is catastrophic. We are far from Manor's level of quality. Manor really needs to question itself regarding this partnership. Irispicture Art are scammers! They never answer the phone! They hide behind their terms and conditions even though there is no point where the customer accepts these conditions.

This supermarket is magnificent, the variety of breads, the variety of cheeses, the variety of cold cuts, but above all, its five shelves of chocolates make this place truly fantastic.

Such a fantastic wide range of choice

Personally I really like the variety and wide range of choices right from food to clothing to electronics, to perfums, to toys, to watches, you name it. You will find it in Manor. It is a one-stop shop for me. This is a multi-purpose total family shopping center. They are always ready at all times for all occasions, whether it is a birthday, easter, christmas or valaentine season, you will definitely find what you are looking for or even ideas you never thought of. A very excellent shopping for all. A place to visit. A tourist attraction.

Paradoxical that it is the customer service that is so execrable. This morning at 10 a.m., two women in charge of service ignored me even though I was the only customer present, they arrived without greeting, and spoke to me in an unpleasant manner, saying “Wait until we call.”, clearly implying that I was not welcome.
