Delicious fast food chains at the airport

It's getting worse and worse. Ongoing, chaos with orders and waiting times of up to 10 minutes!!!! especially in the morning, February 27, 2024: extremely long waiting time March 7, 2024, lots of staff and zero efficiency

It's difficult to get the order right, I ordered regular nuggets and received "spicy".

The fries and chicken nuggets are always super chewy and taste like cardboard. Not as good as other Swiss McD's

I came home from work hungry and am on the last train, so I open the bag... with the Filet o Fish the cheddar cheese wasn't in there but next to the burger and instead of a double cheeseburger without ketchup I had a gluten-free double cheeseburger without mustard instead of ketchup receive…. After work, that's the last thing I want to experience

I order double big tasty meal with apple juice and chicken sandwich. The staff prepared the order very fast while there was a huge number of clients. The sandwich was tasty and its quality was too good as well. I gave 4 stars for the service because I got the sandwich without any wrapping paper, and there was no sauce with the meal. I have the atmosphere 2 stats because the food corner was too overcrowded and I had to go back and forth to find a vacant place. But I recommend this branch.

What does “veggie” actually mean at McDonald’s??? McDonald’s definitely doesn’t know. Because of a cow's milk allergy, I chose the Spicy Veggie Burger. There is no declaration of allergens in the ordering tool. When I asked at the counter, I was “lucky” enough to speak to the “chief manager”. He had no idea. A colleague then said that the McPlant was definitely milk-free. When I asked whether I could change the order (I didn't even have the goods in my hand yet!) I was bluntly refused. What an absolute disaster welcome to Zurich for any foreigner, there were only 3 orders when I was there and no one seemed to know what was going on including the so called manager. I know Switzerland is notorious for bad customer service, but this was over the top bad service. For a foreigner arriving and deciding to eat a good old macdonalds I highly recommend you stay away from this branch. Shocking that this is the first contact into CH. Do tourism a favor and either shut it down or change the staff completely and get a manager who knows at least how to greet a customer. Pathetic

Lost my train because of very slow service. Several numbers after mine were done quicker, despite just ordering a royal cheeseburger. Asked the manager to speed things up because I was late, he still took care of orders with numbers ahead of mine for whatever reason, didn’t care at all.

Actually wasn't at McD but at the salad bar located adjacent. They serve a huge, huge salad. Very tasty( I had the Protein option) which includes chunks of chicken breast. A bit like Ceasar Salad, only larger and more expensive. Taste was spot on.
