McDonald's in Luzern

Dirty McDonald's I work in a fast food restaurant myself, I wait 15 minutes until I can actually pay at the checkout, not because it's full but because they hire people, not all of them are bad staff!!

Parts of the order were missing, which we are keeping...

Great place it's in the one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. Kind staff and fast service.

I've only been in Switzerland for a short time, but the cleanliness and customer service are absurd! The food is delicious despite being fast food, I love it! And I never went to Italy... I love it here, I've been here for 4 months and I even come 1-2 times a week.

It's not the same as it used to be. It gives me the feeling that the company is only suitable for young people!

Waited 20 minutes for 1 portion of fries. Order was apparently forgotten. Sauce that was paid for was not included.

It was nice that there was a wide range of menu choices. Friendly staff While I was at the kiosk, they came to me first and explained things to me and even showed me how to use the restroom (without asking..)

We ordered for delivery via justeat at 4:45 p.m. We ordered for 5:45 p.m. We called at 6:15 p.m. but were turned away. The food arrived at 6:45 p.m., an hour later than agreed. The sticky label said the food was ready at 5:17 p.m. It was cold and not very edible. No more!!!

I wanted to order an espresso at 2 a.m. The employee said the machine was nicely washed. I went to Burger King and got it straight away. It's a shame. Anyway, McDonald's has to close because of the war. It's better not to go anymore, we have to support Israel.

It was good for McDonald's. Unfortunately, many branches have seen significant declines. The fries were tasteless, cold or soggy.

The internet was open until 00:30 At 9 p.m. security was on site and didn't let us in Bad bad McDonald's

I ordered a plain burger with 2 beef patties inside. They gave us the hamburger with only one patty. My child did not want to show them the one and only patty and ate it. Then he wanted more. I went to show them the receipt and explained it to them. They said they will make an exception because they need to see the burger. So they gave me one hamburger with 2 beef patty and my child brought it to our Holiday Inn hotel very near this MacDonald. He found out that one patty had already been bitten off. I told him please thrown everything and he did and I ll never go to that disgusting place again

Food is good but very expensive

Compared to McDonald's in Italy, for those with celiac disease there is certainly more choice on sandwiches and the quality is good

Mac is Mac the place when you got confused what to eat

The cashier in this Restaurant is super impolite. They were rude to customer who just took a photo on the menu, claiming that this is not permitted in their work place. Even worse, such behaviour was endorsed by the Shop Manager. It is probably the worst service quality MD I have ever experienced!

Disastrous service this Saturday. No service at the table, and then I just forgot about it downstairs while waiting for the coffee.

Had to wait a long time for 2x ice cream, over half an hour. In addition, the bottom is sticky and there are still lettuce residues everywhere and also leftover paper.

MC, everything was fine. Preparation was very quick. Can't find anything negative, great.

Recently had the worst Big Mac of my life. The bottom burger bun and meatballs were served to me ice cold and slippery straight from Santa Claus himself from the icy North Pole. The fries were 98.9% frying oil, and the ketchup packaging was so gooey that I didn't even want to open it. Later, I watched as the cleaning lady cleaned more than 15 tables, chairs, order monitors and counters using just one rag. On the way to the toilet I had to step on sticky steps with my new shoes. The entire first floor was so sticky that I almost lost my shoe while walking. The toilet was out of soap, and the hand dryer had enough residue on it to cook an entire meal medium. I finally had to dry my hands on my pants. Afterwards I wanted to disinfect you, but I already knew in advance that the dispenser would be empty. Conclusion: This in no way corresponds to the Swiss standard. It's the dirtiest branch I've ever been to. The staff seem nice, but the food leaves a lot to be desired.

Standard European McDonald’s. Way more expensive than a similar meal in Paris (it is Switzerland after all) but otherwise pretty decent.

Very good McDonald's, surely one of the best I've ever had the opportunity to eat. Clean, quick service and hot snacks. This changes from some that we can see elsewhere...

Waiter poured a large Coke on my grandchild and I's clothes. Instead of cleaning himself, he just brought a few napkins. No apology. Moving to the next table was not possible because it was dirty and sticky, like the entire entrance restaurant.

Just a Mc Donald's, with automatic machines for table service orders and part of Mc Café. Like many places in Switzerland without air conditioning. It is very central and as in all of Switzerland, beef is national by law, so some people say that they see beef better than in other restaurants, but it seemed the same to me.

Dirty and unfriendly: - dirty everywhere - Very sticky floor on the upper floor. This is not a snapshot, it looked like this all afternoon. Absolutely not MC Donald likely 😱

It was always very pleasant here, but at the moment there are a few extremely unfriendly employees who don't speak any real German. It's a shame that the so-called Swiss quality is like that...

Good. The burger had a juicy, tasty sauce. It's a shame you can't buy them in the supermarket.

What do I pay for the sauces if I can only expect them in the bag 4 out of 10 times when I take away? Check your orders before you walk out of the restaurant!!

McDonald's is delicious! That's because prices in Switzerland are expensive.

Near to SBB station, very convenient.

Huge rooms, kept rather dark. The restaurant manager himself sometimes serves. It has the character of a railway hall.

With MacD around, you've no worries for food anywhere in world.

Good place to eat. The inside is very artistic and has a very royal design. The service is also pretty nice. The place by itself is also very clean. All tough, this McDonald’s is mostly busy because it’s next to the train station.

The basic. The same in any corner of the world. Standard food.

Nice place near to destination lake in lucerne

We have been to many MCDonalds around the globe and this was the best ever. The restaurant was clean and the mountain views are stunning. The food is a bit expensive but it was super duber fresh and we ate like kings! WOW!

Um, the largest soda they have is 17 ounces. If I can’t count on McDs for a good sized fountain soda in Europe, come on!

If you like to pay for ketchup also please visit them

Close to the station so practical, helps out well, basic McDonald's. Don't get the "hot devil" sauce unless you want to lose your tongue.

Very bland, not recommended for Indians and people who have a high spice profile. The food was extremely fresh and our order was served on time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I prefer a more spicy burger but unfortunately even their spiciest match was pretty plain. Would love if McDonald's included paneer tikki(cottage cheese) burgers and masala wraps since there are several Indian tourists who travel to Switzerland every year.

Long waiting time for a McDonald's and the ambience music was rubbish. Apart from that, standard McDonald's food, good location, very good coffee and plenty of parking spaces.

I was there for a quick dinner. Well, what can I say, food was brought, the lady was rather sloppy and unfriendly. The food was lukewarm. I'm not a good MacDonald customer, but I've been significantly happier at other locations than here.

We were in this McDonald's branch on Easter Sunday 2023 in the afternoon. Despite the huge number of customers and the resulting hectic pace, the manager remained very friendly with special requests.

A good place to eat when you have no idea what to eat or just to find comfort food! Cosy environment and have a place to seat and rest before your next move or just to avoid some rains.

Not so friendly. As an American tourist, I wanted to take a picture of the Swiss version of a McD menu. Not allowed -- private property! Still, the cheeseburger & fries taste just like at home.

Pay 4.20.- and don't fill it up to the lid (mcflurry) if you don't save the holes

Great place to grab something fast specially on a Sunday where many other places are closed. Loved the digital ordering as you can choose you language and all details of your order.

A very rude service! The food came very slowly, so I missed my train. Something like that is not possible, if you promise fast service, you should deliver it. My burger was even in the wrong packaging. The cooperation between the employees was a disaster. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I also work in a Mc myself (but not here) and am pleased with the friendly staff and also that I found the restaurant to be very clean despite all the people coming and going. Of course the food was also problem-free :) The only thing to complain about would be the hygiene of the toilets

The service were fast and the crews were really effective in supporting the tourists.

My order corresponded to the usual standard and I found the restaurant to be clean, and the employees were prompt and quick (almost had the feeling that there were more employees than guests in the restaurant)

The order was quickly delivered to the table But once I opened the citizen's box. Is the meat bread stack already trold from the aluägä abänandabbaä. I have to adjust the Bigi by hand again. I swapped the good cheese for Obwaldner Raclett cheese. They would have better swapped the supposedly Swiss beef minced meat for rabbit steak. The drinks without a straw were negatively noticeable. The kartonbercher literally rolls on the tip of your tongue. Our request for straws was gratefully accepted. The pleasant room climate and the local employees contributed positively to our mood.

McDonald's Welsh: Food is missing from the bag. You have to check it every time. Female drive-in employees are all blandly unfriendly. Living a “lick me” culture. Fries were soggy and greasy three times in different weeks, definitely not fresh. You are addressed as if you were tending sheep on the mountain pasture.
