I recently had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's. Firstly, I had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be taken, despite there being many employees who seemed to ignore the customers. On top of that, I was not given a receipt, which is quite unusual and disturbing. To top it off, an employee named Dragana refused us access to the floor where my children could have played in the space provided for this purpose. This visit fell far short of my expectations in terms of customer service. Very disappointed.

The cheeses are poorly made with too much sauce and the wait is always very slow I ordered a sundae and didn't receive it, asked for it and was asked to queue again to get it. The other day I asked for a caramel flavored one and they gave me chocolate sauce...

Great Easter decoration, we came to a restaurant that we didn't know but we were surprised by the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. Despite a few minutes of waiting, the manager was very touching and offered us dessert for the whole family. Very happy with the passage.

Fast service, rather clean restaurant. I find the cashiers to be very polite and alert. A request is taken seriously and executed immediately. Even when you don't have time to wait, the dishes are prepared so quickly that it's possible. 👌🏻

McDonald’s are thieves 😡😡😡 we even pay extra for the menus and they deliver the mini menus to you… thieves….. sometimes what we ordered is missing… it’s over…. I still prefer Burger King... if they make a mistake, they take responsibility and try by all means to compensate the customer....

The waitress was under temesta given the desire. The fries were cold and the burger meat was burnt. The tables and the disgusting floor, a shame. The ground floor was full, I didn't want to open the upstairs because there was too much walking.

I really like the Mac Donald, rue de la gare, however I regret that the breaded chicken and the breaded fish are too dry, the service is great served at the table with a smile, and the atmosphere is good-natured, in + have can order directly at the checkout, because I have often made mistakes with electronic tables, 😉👍

Disappointed and the Manager Unpleasant!! We came on a Sunday to get a takeaway menu, when we got home we were missing a box of 20 nuggets. We called the manager, who told us to come back the next day for a negotiation, but we finally went back down to the McDonald's to get the box. 1 week later, we go to the same McDonald's, same plan, we are missing a hamburger, we call and the answer is there "come back tomorrow" we go down once more, and we come across the manager, who greets us with a lot of contempt, and who doesn't even bother to apologize, at the same time as the customer before us tells him that an item is missing from his order. She defends herself by sighing and showing signs of extreme annoyance towards her staff and the customer to whom she speaks very impolitely. The customer responds kindly, “There’s no point in yelling at me.” We are disappointed with the welcome we received the 2 times we came back down because no other solution was offered. And we do not accept being treated in this way as customers (order amount of 56.-). Disappointed. The boss is unpleasant. Courage to its young, dedicated employees. Result: back home the initial order was cold.
