McDonald‘s Restaurant in Zürich

McDonald's like many others. Very large selection, larger than in Germany But with the Swiss prices, you would have to swallow 2 to be able to force yourself to order

The employees have no idea about their range, especially regarding ingredients. They also show no motivation to ask a colleague if they don't know the answer to a customer question.

1 hour for a coke and an iced tea very respectful when we asked where it was they said we should just sit back and we'll bring it to the place

It's easily the slowest McDonald's in existence. I wouldn't even say it is understaffed as there are plenty of people around, but they are incredibly slow compared to any other location I have been to. Find a better place to eat!

Even though there was a huge crowd, the staff gave their all. The food came very quickly and it was delicious. The boss even took care of special requests despite the hectic pace 🤗

I only wanted 1 straw for my son. I was denied this because they don't seem to give any more because of the environment. However, this is incorrect as they have cardboard straws in every other McDonald's and I have also seen that they have it. We ordered and ate there so very lazy to refuse 1 straw and lie about it

Never visited a worse McDonalds in Switzerland. The staff is consistently incompetent, some unable to read. When I wanted to configure a MacPlant, I was told it wasn't possible. What happened to McDonalds? While I can order any burger vegetarian at BK, MD doesn't even manage to offer a reasonable vegetarian alternative to beef.

My burger meat was still raw and you really couldn't eat it!! Plus the burger was full of meat juice...

Ordinary Poppy, in Ukraine it is much tastier.

Not kept clean. Tables, floor, chairs all dirty! The restaurant was almost empty. So you would have enough capacity to clean.

Asked for a cheeseburger whiteout beef and they gave me one with beef. It even said on the sticker "No beef".

Fast service, food everything ok.

slowest Mc on earth... 😂 took them 12min to fix a burger and shrimps. And when I ordered only one other order was being prepared before mine.

The women who work there should do the job properly, instead of looking arrogant and not providing nice customer service. Something is always missing when ordering.

Unfortunately, the staff was completely overwhelmed again, the payment terminals broke down again, but instead of telling the customers at the ordering machines, they simply said, I have no idea 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just get cash. The order was then canceled until it was my turn and the vouchers that had been redeemed at the machine were also gone and there was no response from the staff. We then left. They don't care whether the customers are satisfied, there are enough of them 😅

Very unfriendly staff. Catastrophe. The entire restaurant hears your private conversations. Really unprofessional!

Very good! Friendly and quick service and the food tasted surprisingly good! The dessert was also worth it, it was beautifully prepared!

I ordered a vegetarian honey mustard burger and got a chicken burger in veggie packaging. I understand that mix-ups happen but this is something that just can't happen!

Ordered shortly before 12 p.m. We received our food quickly, almost everything was brought to the table correctly, only the napkins were missing.

Long wait times, even outside rush hours, mess up your order (wrong or missing items, etc..), and they really skimp on the fries - several times leaving more than half out - (check your order before you leave!)

I really don't expect much from the Mac. But this is the worst I've ever been to. I would advise you not to visit. Even the Big Mac brand burger was prepared in such a way that it was inedible. Save yourself the money and go for the Mac on the narrow street.

I go to school nearby and a few people from my class and I were very happy when we heard that a McDonalds was opening near Sihlcity. Unfortunately, I left disappointed every time I visited. The meat from various burgers were very dry. Fries are sometimes over-salted, sometimes under-salted or kept cold. Today I had chicken nuggets and the internal consistency was almost like porridge... I don't know what's going on with this branch. Not recommended

Ordered 3 cheese without cucumber, all 3 had cucumber on them. Brought back, wanted my money back, unfortunately not even a sorry... can't recommend it! 1 star is still too much...

We were there today. Wouldn't recommend him. Or if you take food with you, be sure to check that everything is there. My son was very disappointed in two respects! The nuggets were forgotten at the Happy Meal and if you can already choose the toy, you should inform the customer if it is no longer available. I also can't understand why you don't get straws with your frappe... that's not possible. And another mystery is why the small frappe tastes better than the big one. And it's another absolute no-go if you ask for the key for the changing table and are simply left there.

The woman with dark purple hair didn't bring my order and I waited 20 minutes and the food was already cold. She said she walked around looking for the table number, but she didn't even look and was just at the cash register. Her comment was just “I couldn’t find the table number” which is disgraceful for her to say that when she hasn’t even looked. What a big lie. She doesn't even have any customers and has enough time. No more!!!

Our visit here was simply great! We enjoyed delicious food that was freshly prepared. The friendly and courteous staff ensured that our stay was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was inviting and the restaurant seemed very clean and well maintained. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Very slow service and you have to wait half an hour to pay at the checkout with the receipt you already got from the self-service system. My colleague later went behind the cash register and paid for it himself.

I admit that I was very happy that they opened a spot in this place. I had the pleasure (unfortunately doubtful) to use their services twice. My comments (hoping they will improve the service): 1. The first time, even though it was just me and one other customer, I had to wait for a hamburger for about 8 minutes. I was aware of the passing of time because I was in a hurry to catch the train. While waiting, I watched the service, especially the drinks and ice cream, which were prepared in advance. Mind you, we were only the two of us there. So coke standing for over 10 minutes (if not longer) because they were already prepared when I came... are they waiting for the next customer? Really? 2. Similarly for the second approach. This time I ordered an ice cream and it was melted before I received it. Luckily I was with my husband who is more direct and asked for a "fresh" portion. I must point out that the young girl by serving desk did her best to deliver the food as soon as possible. Evidently some lack of skill with the system and help from another employee who gets "bored" at automats with cola and ice cream :-)). Hopefully some more exercise employee or training can help that place. They say three times a charm. I'll check in a while to see if anything has improved :))

The ordering time really wasn't McDonald's worthy. I placed the order via Order&Pay to get it to the table afterwards. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked the staff what was going on with the order. They had no idea and said the order was registered and they would deliver it to the place. When I saw that other customers after me had already received their orders and I waited another 10 minutes, I asked again what happened to the order. Again, no one has an answer. I finally contacted the branch manager and she provided the menu straight away. There was no apology. I find it very unfortunate. Customer-friendly works completely differently.

Delivery to my house. Super hot outside. Coca-cola with no ice. Impossibile to drink. Seriously, no need for a nuclear engineering degree to understand this. Will never order again here.

I've been to this new restaurant twice now, twice I had to wait 15 minutes for my food. The fries were lukewarm both times. Please get this under control at this location.

Disastrous service at the counter, forgotten napkin and straw too. Yes, it can happen but when I asked she gave me 2 napkins and wanted to tell me that it was forbidden to give out straws. Miserable. Burger King was much more friendly at the location!

Still a lot of room for improvement. Ordered via Pay & Order 3 minutes before entering the restaurant. Then still waited quite a while. The toys were not included with the Happy Meal, no napkins (great with children!), fries only lukewarm. Unfortunately, everything was only noticed shortly before boarding the train. There was a lot of noise in the branch itself, so I was glad that I had ordered take away and didn't have to stay there. Worst McD experience we've had so far

Nice and clean McDonalds locations. Seems to be opened recently so pretty new interiors and seating. Located in the mall so convenient location.
