Incredibly unfriendly. Especially the Albanian-speaking lady at the checkout. You should at least be friendly if you don't speak the language. (December 8th, 2023 at approx. 1:50 p.m.) By the way: Iced Coffee is from Emmi. Simply refilled.

Was at the MC today around 2 p.m. I ordered a cappuccino, fish mac and shrimp. I personalized the fish mac. Two fish fillets and 2 cheeses. It wasn't two cheeses. You couldn't really eat the burgers because they weren't properly on the bread. Thanks to the cheese, you can no longer move the fish fillet. Coffee was without coffee! I was informed of this at the checkout. Then they gave me a new number. He is brought. After 15 minutes I went to ask. Yes, wait a minute, boss has to get me. Wait again. I was starting to feel pressed for time. Then finally the boss came. Machine has been working again for a long time! Yes, thank you too

The restaurant is in a very suitable location. However, entering on foot is somewhat difficult as you have to cross several streets without pedestrian crossings. The order worked surprisingly well. The tables we sat at were very clean. After waiting a few minutes, we also received our Big Tasty bacon. The presentation was better than in other files. There was a bit too much lettuce in the burger, but otherwise a well-prepared Big Tasty bacon. The fries were like always at a McDonald's. Unfortunately, the Sprite Zero didn't have a lid, but that's not a fault of the files. Overall a good experience with no complications.

Prices are slowly but surely exorbitantly expensive, especially since the ketchup is not included and there is no refill.

Best MCD I have ever been to. It is clean, the food actually looks like on the images, it has kiosks, nice staff, fast service. Prices are fine.

I never eat MCD in the US its dirty and discusting but this swiss MCD is amazing its like eating a gourmet meal and it was not as expensive as they say swiss is its a shame for the US not to fillow the standards and quality of The swiss but again everything is better in HAVEN love Switzerland

Well, it's a McDonald's. I don't think you really need to say much about this fast food chain. Everyone knows McDonald's. Everything is freshly prepared. Drive-thru quick and friendly. The app makes it even more convenient. It also has enough parking spaces.

I ordered a Vegi MC and received a chicken. This is an absolute no-go for me!

I gave 2 CHF and didn't get enough change. The woman at the checkout lied to me and said I gave 1 CHF. I will inform the police shortly! That was a 1 CHF rip-off. I will never come again!!

During my last five visits there was always something missing or something wrong. If you can choose a boy or a girl at the Happy Meal and then the boy has a girl's toy in it...Either something is missing or there are wrong products in it. You have to check everything when it's delivered to make sure it's correct.

Very very bad McDonalds. I went through the drive in many times and every time something was missing or wrong. Staff unfriendly and annoyed. I returned something that didn't look fresh and the packaging was disgustingly wet and smeared with grease. Again - annoyed staff, lack of understanding and discussions until I got my money back. That was def. my last visit to this branch.

Waited 10 minutes for a cappuccino… cleanliness of the toilet is a disaster.

Sadly and unusual for Mcdonald’s the toilets were not clean .No Soap ,No hand drying paper,Tables not cleaned.Rule of thumb,dirty toilet dirty kitchen.

The staff has no motivation at all, is not friendly and does not manage to carry out 1 order correctly and correctly. If you go there with the receipt and point out the mistake, they shake their heads and take an extra long time until you receive your “correct” order, which is still usually wrong. No professional service and the service was very unfriendly. Something was always missing from the entire order. Mr. Abbas was very, very unfriendly and didn't want to take the position at all.

Good location, service and everything ok here.

1) McFlurry was not mixed. Is there a new instruction to just throw the ingredients into the cup and you're good? 2) "To go" ... the burger (which is already packaged) is packaged in an additional bag. The McFlurry, which, due to its slim and wide-open cup shape, has neither stability nor food protection... is pressed open and loosely into the hand. Where's the logic in that??? 3) 2 of 2 hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. Either you remove the donors or check them regularly. By the way, it's not the first restaurant where I've seen exactly that.

The staff delivers the wrong goods despite the picture shown on the tab. It doesn't listen or watch properly. A pack of fries too few, a ketchup too few, only one Royal TS instead of the Royal TS Double Bacon. Despite a brief complaint, no real apology or dessert was offered. The Royal TS Double Bacon was not delivered or replaced because I had already opened the box. Had several menus and a happy meal. And afterwards we had a café and desserts. At least the staff could have offered the dessert. In other McDonald's, for example. In Visp and Gamsen, I am used to much better and nicer service! We were there on Thursday 02/17/22 from 1120 to 1245. You could also tell that the staff was a bit overwhelmed as the restaurants were finally open to everyone again, and as a result they probably had a bit more customers than the last few months. Employees are not provided with a table plan by their supervisor and are very poorly trained in the service system! When ordering a table, the table number is searched for throughout the restaurant on an order number stand, even though the numbers are attached directly to the table on a round adhesive. Unfortunately, forks are not automatically delivered with the salad; you have to pick them up yourself at the counter (so the whole table service makes no sense). The staff at the counter are very poorly trained in German (in my opinion too poor for front staff).

Every other time something is missing when you've been to Mc Drive! Today 1x fries & 1 burger were missing!!!! Just annoying!!

You can visit it every now and then. Unfortunately the burgers are no longer what they used to be. Burger only lukewarm, rather cold so pre-made for too long. And that’s called the Royal Burger. No trace of juicy burgers anymore.

It is - and remains - a McDonalds. But it's striking how nice the employees are (compared to other branches).

Just as it has to be, not more not less, it's a McDonald's ;-)

The position is awful as you are going to dine surrounded by cars (either moving or parked). Most of the walls around the tables are made of glass, so you can easily feel observed. There are not that many seats available, so you should avoid the place when it's peak hours.

Not clean , Never clean the outside tables.
