Am Abend der Veranstaltung haben wir ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir max. 35 Personen sind (Anwesenheitsliste wurde geführt). Wir erlaubten uns deshalb, die zu viel aufgeführten Personen direkt abzuziehen und einen Vermerk zu hinterlassen (Fehler unsererseits - wir hätten uns vorab nochmals kurz melden und um eine Anpassung bitten sollen). Anstelle einer kundenfreundlichen und lösungsorientierten Rückmeldung, wurden wir und unsere Gäste in mehreren Schreiben schon fast beleidigt.
