Molini Pizza Zug in Zug

Team is overwhelmed; Not recommended, definitely won't go again. I ordered pizzas online and went to Molini Zug on the agreed date to pick up the pizzas. The staff was probably friendly, and the kids were even given free chips/nuts to bridge the unexpected waiting time. But: even after 45 minutes (and after being put off several times!) our pizzas were not ready; and the kitchen team simply seemed overwhelmed with the orders. When I wanted to cancel my order on site and demand a refund, I was met with incomprehension: I only received the amount I had already paid back after clear words. Conclusion - it's a shame what has become of the Molini train; I can't recommend it, on the contrary.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our order: - There was no more gluten free pizza, which meant one person couldn't eat anything - I was only informed 45 minutes after ordering that gluten-free pizza could not be delivered - after 60 minutes they said that the pizza was on the way and would be coming soon - after 75 minutes they said again that the pizza was on the way and would come in a few minutes - After 85 minutes the driver called me and it turned out that she was on the specified street in Zug instead of Cham - I then called again to say that I was very dissatisfied and that I had to wait again until the driver drove from Zug to Cham, whereupon I was only told to write an email - When I was concerned that the pizza was now cold, I was told that the pizzas were in an oven in the car, which wasn't true, they were on the passenger seat without a warming bag. - The pizzas, more than 90 minutes after ordering, were therefore no longer really warm. - The gluten-free pizza, which was not delivered but was paid for in advance, would not be refunded to date - I never received a response to my emails - When I called, they always said that the boss would call me back, but that never happened

This is the fourth time I've ordered because I had a good experience with this pizzeria in the past. Unfortunately, I had to realize four times that the pizzas were no longer good at all. There was more tomato sauce on my margherita than cheese. The salami pizza didn't taste fresh at all, the lasagna tasted old and is by far the worst lasagna I've ever eaten. I can advise anyone not to order there. I'm pretty sure the owner has changed. Only the name is still Italian. Conclusion: The worst pizzeria in Central Switzerland!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. It was supposed to be buffala mozzarella, oregano, salami, mushrooms. I got this (photo). Terribly greasy, thick, hard dough, I couldn't even eat one piece. The delivery was obviously delayed...

The pizza was missing ingredients that were stated on the menu. After calling Molini, you had no hearing.

The new managers are welcoming & kind, this is reflected in the overall quality. Recommended for those who want to satiate themselves appropriately.

Delivery too late Pizza was cold

1 star, order placed at 7.30pm and still no pizza at 10.30pm. Phone constantly busy... It's a huge joke. Would advise everyone against it! Stay clear of Molini!!

According to information: delivery time 30 minutes, the pizza arrived after 70 minutes.

yes don't have it delivered!! Arrived 1.5 hours late and refused to accommodate. A pizza out of 5 wasn't even fully cooked!! Hands off!!!!

I ordered pizza via eat.ch Molini says it takes 30 minutes. The pizza came in 2 hours and 30 minutes. I contacted Eat.ch that I would like my money back! It worked great! Later the pizza delivery guy's doorbell rang. I said I didn't want the pizza anymore!! Why does he call the boss? And the boss tells me I ordered the pizza and should pay for it. Then I closed the door! No more Molini. Thanks eat.ch for the quick help

Ordered pizzas the night before for a cozy evening. The order was not confirmed via the restaurant's own homepage. We called 20 minutes before pickup to find out whether you had received the order. This was the case, but the gluten-free dough was sold out. We were not informed in advance! Now quickly look for another pizzeria so that the evening isn't completely ruined for one person. We imagined it differently. 2 cold pizzas afterwards and one from the other community. The pizzas are very tasty but something like that is definitely not possible these days, especially since we had specially ordered the evening before so that everything would work out.

The pizzeria was recently taken over by a new team. The pizzas were very tasty and the new team is super friendly and accommodating! We recommend!!

I ordered 2 pizzas. One was very little occupied. The other not at all! Delivered 20 minutes late. Absolutely dissatisfied. I will never order here again. Oh yes... And 41 CHF for 2 mini pizzas is certainly too much.

Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with my order. I ordered a pizza for 12 p.m. When the pizza still wasn't there half an hour later, I called the restaurant and asked how long it would take. I was treated very unpleasantly on the phone and still received no information. They simply hung up again. When the pizza finally arrived at 1:10 p.m. it was no longer warm. They didn't apologize either. I wouldn't order again.

Simply the best pizza I've ever eaten

Order here at your own risk. I have ordered delivery a few times, and almost each and every time there was a mistake with my order: either late delivery even with a defined delivery time, or the food was cold and/or missing ingredients. Some deliveries arrived in such a form, that it could kill the appetite of a starving person. When contacted, the attitude of the staff is far from respectful. Food is OK to mediocre. Try the other options in Zug, you will definitely not regret it. Latest example: I ordered Lasagna today at around 11, to be delivered to the office at 12:15. I received a call at 11:25 stating that my order was ready. I explained that I had business until 12, therefore I ordered for 12:15. They delivered the food at around 12:30 and cold; not the cold that it cooled on the way, but from the fridge cold; taking 10 minutes to warm it up. I called and explained the situation and their response was to resend the food, which I could not accept, because of work schedule. Even if the colleagues decide to order from Molini in the future, I will refrain from them. I surely will not recommend ordering delivery from Molini.

We have ordered from Molini in Zug several times, but today was definitely the last time. Ordered at 7:20 p.m. and the confirmation said the pizza would be there in about 45 minutes. After 60 minutes the pizza wasn't there and on the phone they said the pizza would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, 80 minutes after ordering, we were told on the phone that we just had to be patient. Then the pizza came… cold and with the wrong ingredients. No apology, nothing. Just weak.

When we ordered 2 pizzas to take away we had to wait an hour until they realized that they had forgotten us. Afterwards they didn't even apologize and we got 2 wrong pizzas. I wouldn't recommend going there because of the unfriendly service and because there are much better pizzerias in Zug!

Drivers really need to learn how to drive in a 30 zone. A few weeks ago a boy was almost run over and a few days ago my daughter almost didn't walk in front of the car. With 60 lawns passing through the 30 zone. Really, it's better to be careful who lets you drive.

Ordered for the first time today and I'm thrilled. Get the best pizza ever delivered here in Zug. The delivery time was stated as 45 minutes but it was delivered after just 20 minutes. We will order again.

Mega fine pizzas. We recommend. Very attentive service and friendly 🤩 The ambience still has room for improvement. I would like to mention that we were there at lunchtime. Maybe it's more romantic in the evening. I think it's a shame that the soft drinks are served in PET bottles. And the tiramisu and the mousse au choccolat are very delicious. 👍👍I also think it's a shame that it's served in a plastic cup. Instead of on a glass plate with some decoration and or chocolate powder. Prices are moderate. The portions can be selected.

I had very nice beautiful time here close to the lake of zug. I didn't remember what I ordered, but the pizza was amazing. The asian girl was super friendly and so full of charm. Definetely will go back one day.

We ordered diavola pizza for delivery. Really like that the pizza is thin, not a lot of dough. But I'd like to have an option to add ingredients. Because in this case the pizza was a bit dry.

Staff a little rude towards me. I point out an ingredient change on the pizza and then I find myself 6 francs more on the total price. In my opinion, prices need to be reviewed if a pizza costs 33.00 that must be the price and in any case being Italian is something different.

The pizza was very good! Unfortunately, the waiter hardly had any time for the few guests in the restaurant because he was very busy with the take away orders. He served with a headset and we felt like we were more of a nuisance than welcome. It's a shame, that was our first and last visit!😒

The Molini pizza was very good. However, I had my pizza ordered for 1:00 p.m. and the pizza arrived at 12:40 p.m. The box even said 1:00 p.m. I also called beforehand to confirm delivery at 1:00 p.m. It was a shame that I had to eat the pizza cold.

Better pizza from kebab shops!!

Already ordered a few times and have actually been satisfied. What the quality has lost in terms of “moist soil” has in turn compensated for in the quality of the ingredients. But what arrived this weekend was not right. It will be delivered hot and quickly, but please keep it straight! I was able to scrape my topping out of the box and distribute it myself. As I said, the taste is ok to good (benchmark is still pizzeria u suricin dal 1979 in agropoli (ITA)… but please don't let it slide. What has really annoyed me since it opened is how feedback has been ignored since hour 0. I order pizza 50% of the time calabrese 30cm and the wrong ingredients are always listed on the homepage, compared to the larger version, which is why I switch to eat.ch so that I don't get the wrong one, but there are no pizza rolls on eat and I prefer to tip the in-house delivery service . Unfortunately, the offer is not listed identically. I have already pointed out this problem three times and I think it's a shame that people are simply shitting on it. The condition, on the other hand, is inadequate for the price and simply bad, there is no other way to say it. The quality rarely fluctuates so much given the price and the dough baking time has generally gradually decreased. In any case, I'm completely out of it. If Dieci wasn't also unfriendly to its customers, I would go back there, but now the last hope is gone and now it's time to do it yourself to get the best result. It's rarer, but it's smart. Don't buy there! We bought takeaway pizza and I wanted to use the toilet to change my son's diaper. They refused me this and I had to change the baby on the floor! Something like that doesn't work at all! outrageous and unacceptable. very bad review! You're a customer and then you're not even allowed to change your child's diaper!
