N-68 in Zürich

It sucked, we waited 2 hours for the food.

The burger was tasteless with a premade Hamburger Bread. Did not worth it.

Good service! Burger was good but average but I liked the starter.

In the middle of Zurich's old town I came across this restaurant that exceeded my expectations. At first I was a bit surprised by the extensive menu. From juicy steaks to delicious spaghetti, everything seemed to be on offer. As a big believer in quality over quantity, I was skeptical, but my concerns were quickly dispelled when I tried my spaghetti carbonara. They were undoubtedly one of the best I've ever eaten in Zurich. My companion chose a burger and was equally enthusiastic about his dish. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, although the restaurant was unfortunately quite empty that day. I can only speculate what the atmosphere would be like on a busier day, but the friendly staff definitely helped make us feel comfortable. Overall, my visit to this restaurant was an extremely positive experience. The surprisingly high quality of the food, combined with the charming ambience and the courteous service, make this restaurant a place that I would happily recommend.

Hidden gem, was almost empty when we saw it so no reservation, good location (at Central and close to main station). We thought that you have to watch outside of Zurich if you want meat on a hot stone but to our surprise they have it all, Burgers, tons of meat on hot stone, Long Island ice tea:)! Was not the last time here!

We made a reservation in advance, we went there and were not greeted well by a German, no staff spoke to us until we went to the German and said that we had reserved, we sat at the table and no one gave us a menu Given up to and including the one employee who kindly came to us and asked, didn't anyone ask you what you wanted? The German man (big) was at the bar and knew that we were sitting there but didn't come to us what kind of staff you have hired 🤢 especially Germans who want to show something here should be friendly to us here in Switzerland, he is paid by us .

server was very kind and friendly. ordered the fondue, and in my opinion it tasted too much like wine. i am not sure if that’s just the taste of it, because it was my first time trying it. it was overall a nice experience though.

No professionalism, 45 minutes to get something to drink and take our orders. Very very very slow and disorganized service!!! 14.— the carafe of tap water... Wrong orders and waiting 45' after finishing our dishes for someone to come and clear it (we had to ask them). Do not go !! Avoid this place!!

Went here 2 nights in a row. Our waiter was great and the food was phenomenal!! First night, we had a burger and philly cheesesteak. We went back for the hot stone steak which was probably the best steak i've ever had. Hot stone filet with sweet potato fries and a beer was $60 a great deal!! Do not pass this one up! 🤤

We ate here for lunch. The burger and shrimps taste as good as it looks. Very delicious! The service was very friendly and quick. A nice location at the streetside. Price is normal for Swiss standards.

The staff is friendly, the food is ok but for 1 liter of water with 2 slices 🍋 we paid 14.40 CHF, that's no go. Today I drank 2 homemade iced teas and 1 cup of coffee somewhere else and paid 17 CHF. That's why there are hardly any people sitting here. Bar owner should reconsider prices

Extremely family friendly! The food was top (hot stone) and the service (children are welcome). We celebrated my friends' birthday and there was even a little surprise cake at the end (without prior arrangement). We always enjoy coming back. The restaurant is recommended!

We spontaneously stopped here while strolling through the old town. A very friendly service with a lot of specialist knowledge gave us excellent advice and service. The lady with dark skin was very contagious with her positive charisma It is also very positive to note that she disinfected every table after guests left them.

Spontaneous stop at the N-68 while strolling through Niederdorf. A dark waitress with a foreign accent, who was obviously not originally from Switzerland, offered us a table upon request. An extremely friendly service specialist who also explained the house specialties to us. Unobtrusive and approachable, which made my colleagues and I say to each other, "Someone should tell me again that there are no good service staff in Zurich." A wide range of dishes from original salad bowls to meat on stone. Our burgers were excellent and cooked to perfection, just as we could have wished. The special request regarding sharpness was also easily fulfilled. Absolutely recommended!

Cozy restaurant in very expensive Zurich, Mama Mia, what prices in this country. Fortunately, the schnitzel with pommes here is 'only' 25 Swiss Francs... dessert the strudel... Very tasty food.

The food was good, but nothing to go crazy about. What was worth singling out, however, was the service. We were served by Mack, who was incredible in every way. We told him we were in a rush and had a plane to catch. Mack knew the drill immediately: he handed us the menu, made sure the food was served promptly and moved with urgency. He was also very thoughtful and anticipated our needs. Fantastic service, and N-68 should give this man a promotion/raise.

We waited for around 20 minutes for our drinks order to be taken, so we ordered dinner with our drinks when we did order. We watched 4 other tables of people walk out as they did not have their orders taken after around 15 to 20 minutes. The food was OK but very basic.

Unfortunately we had a bad day on February 14th, 2023. Too few staff, wrong food delivered, long wait for the main course. A pity. Food was good.

We enjoyed the flambéed beef skewer. In addition to the “fire show” at the table, we were also impressed by the quality of the meat. The selected side dishes were also tasty. No gourmet cuisine, but good food at fair prices for the Niederdorf. The interior is modern but lacks a bit of coziness. Service was great, super friendly and attentive.

We were looking for an entirely different category of restaurant, but couldn't find anyone with open tables. Enter N-68! The restaurant has a wide menu selection. I tried the pork cordon bleu and my wife had spatzle in cream sauce - which was definitely the highlight. Service was perfect, ambient volume low enough to have good conversation, and prices were very reasonable. Great caipirinha, too.

It was really tasty and the service was great, I asked the waitress to check if the rolls contained milk and she checked for me. So indeed they do not contain milk. Compared to the other places, yes. The sweet potato fries were also really tasty. Great place

At first i was a bit sceptical about this restaurant, because it looked quite busy and was located pretty central in the city. But i was more than surprised after i got to eat the best burger in the entire city, for a really fair price! I ordered the normal Beef Burger, but added cheddar cheese and an additional patty. On the side I ordered really delicious sweet potato fries, which added a great flavour tonthe entire meal. I had ordered a 50cl Guinness, but got served a 40cl Feldschlösschen, which was kind of disappointing, but i think it complimented the taste of the food better than Guinness would've done. In total I ordered: - Beef Burger (+ Cheddar & Extra Patty) - Sweet Potato Fries - 2x 40cl Feldschlösschen for a price of 39.50 CHF Best burger i have ever eaten in zürich. would recommend!

It used to be very good, but now the waitress doesn't understand German, the tortilla chips with cheese were almost cold. When we wanted to pay, the waiter rolled his eyes and snatched my card out of my hand and held it up to the machine himself, which is an absolute no-go! I used to be a regular customer, but never again today!

I've been in the hospital for 10 days with food poisoning and antibiotics in my arms. Although the food tasted good, something was wrong in the kitchen. My colleague was also affected. A pity. Hygiene is such a thing...

Nice thumbs up in Zurich to try Spätzle

It's ok but I'm not sure what exactly it is. It's not a sports bar nor a normal restaurant. Ok to grab a quick bite, that's all.

Excellent quality of the meat, fast service, the only serious flaw is taking the customers for a ride (you can't put an advertisement outside the restaurant inviting customers to eat a piece of meat with fried potatoes for 21 francs without specifying that the meat is she would have had to pay by weight at the end of dinner, really shameful also because I certainly don't weigh the meat while I'm eating, and I don't know exactly the quantity ingested. I don't think I'll set foot in this place.

If in the advertising poster you write fondue 30 euros for two people, you make me understand that that is the final price. But no, then we discover that the total price is 60, so why not write directly like this? Or fondue 30 euros, MINIMUM two portions to make things clear.

When we said after 45 minutes that we were starting to run out of patience, we were assured of another 5 minutes of waiting time. After 50 minutes we got up, paid for the drinks and left. The food would be ready “immediately”. When I paid at the checkout, my schnitzel/fries plate came out, the other 3 plates were missing. We would have eaten separately and alone. Unimaginable for me as a customer. We paid 30.50 CHF and lost almost an hour in a restaurant that neither behaves customer-oriented nor apologizes for the circumstances and POOR PERFORMANCE! I ordered the hot stone fillet. It was absolutely delicious and tasty, for a minute I forgot I was eating meat in europe. The side dish was fried sweet potatoes that were also incredible. It was a bit pricy (56 euros) but totally worth it.

Tasty food in a good quantity. Burgers are big and delicious. Swiss Roesti are crunchy and tasty. Prices are OK for a Swiss restaurant. Cheese fondue is also a must!

Great restaurant located in Zurich, with very tasty meat dishes, cooked on the grill, which is cooked as we eat. Good side dishes and sauces, as well as generous quantities. We arrived late for dinner, but we were very well served. I also liked the drinks. The prices I consider fair for the average prices in Zurich. It's expensive, but so is the city (and country) itself. Nice space and also has a terrace.

I will never forget how, during the wave of panic, I sizzled a fillet of beef on the hot stone outside at 0 degrees and all passers-by turned green with envy. 😎👌 For that alone it was worth the trip from Bern to Zurich. At the time when everyone in Bern cleared their tables outside specifically to avoid discrimination, Zurich was much more social. BRAVO. Unforgettable.

The food is wonderful, lots of fried foods on the menu. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The furnishings are simple and modern. If you like orange, you will feel very comfortable here. Gladly again.
