That's not a ramen broth. You are just paying your $$$ for a supermarket instant soup.

Soup very SALTY lately. Used to be very good

The soup itself was quite tasty, but in my opinion, charging as much for a small bowl of pure soup without any additions (pasta, vegetables, etc.) for a small child as for the normal portion (CHF 14) is absolutely not possible.

They sell ready-to-eat products directly from Aldi and more than triple the price and sell it as authentic Japanese. Ridiculous

You won't believe it! They with no shame sell ADLI Mochi which cost 6 pieces 5.95.- (less 1.- per piece) for CHF 3.50.- a piece. Thats like 350% of the discounter price. Not home made, nothing special about it, just crazy expensive. I took a video so see yourself. Well thats what some would call false advertising since they present themselves as authentic Japanese food place. Super disappointing! Is their Ice Tea Migros Budget just filled in glass? Do they buy instant soup packages and sell them as Ramen? One has to ask these questions. Literally the same if you go to a fancy hamburger restaurant and they go grocery shopping ready made hamburgers around the block. I can't wait how the managers will defend themselves and try to discredit this review with their comment and adding some irrelevant information. “Thank you very much for your review. Of course it can appear… We only use high quality products ” blah blah.

Got the beef broth with prawns, boiled eggs, and pink ginger. It’s located inside the building. You can enter through building 5 or 7 and go in through the double doors. Really friendly staff and quick service.

My best ramen so far, in a very hipster atmosphere, nice service and friendly prices.

The staff was very friendly, but the ramen was subpar. In this case, it is very presumptuous to advertise these noodle soups as ramen. The vegetables included were a frozen Asian mix, the broth was a slightly spicier bouillon, the prawns ordered with it were seasoned carelessly and the so-called “soft boiled egg” was actually just a normal 8-minute egg. Aside from the friendly staff, the only positive thing was that the noodles were al dente.

Disappointing that frozen Asian mixture is used for the soup. Has nothing to do with quality for 23.5... I wouldn't eat at this stand in Freiruum Zug anymore.

chocolate mochies are the best. Personl is nice and helpful.

Very expensive. On top of that they gave me the wrong soup. When i questioned them about this, they proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that this was in fact the correct soup. Our group ordered multiple dishes there that day, so their claim was easy to disprove. Haven't returned there since.

If you’re looking for ramen run away, this has nothing to do with ramen. How disappointing, I can’t believe they call that a ramen bar…

What can I say about this, I had high hopes after seeing the high ranking. In retrospective I'm questioning how many of these reviews are genuine. This is because this has been some of the worst food I have eaten in Switzerland EVER and its a disgrace that they call this ramen. I love ramen and I eat them quite frequently and thus I would say I know a thing or two about them. There was just no taste and the ramen missed their distinctive texture. Do yourself a favor and do not spend 20 bucks on this and just go and buy some instant ramen. The staff however was friendly and I feel ashamed for them that they need to sell this terrible "ramen".

I've eaten there several times and it's always been great, the portions just weren't the biggest. What I also wanted to work on was the opening times, which unfortunately don't match. I was there on Tuesday evening (around 7:00 p.m.) and it was closed, according to Google it should be open and unfortunately there was no information about opening times on the website.

Best ramen around! You can put together the ramen according to your taste and the portion is super filling. The staff is super friendly and quick. Toppings that you can choose freely are also super tasty and recommended :) And then the ramen looks great too, so what more could you want? ;) GO AND GET YOUR RAMEN

Fine Japanese noodle soups in a cozy outdoor space. My favorite is coconut curry.

Always a great atmosphere in the centrally located Freiruum and the ramen bar is by far my favorite stand because they always serve me friendly and quickly. What is particularly worth mentioning are the delicious soups, which you can put together yourself. I try a new combination every time and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

We came from Zürich cycling and the guy in the counter really lacked of patience to explain something as simple as the restaurant schedule. A bad service never fixes a nice food. Just by the service I recommend not to stop here.
