Seebistro in Zug

Very very tasty food. Pleasant coworkers. The best swimming pool in the canton of Zug. Simply a paradise.

Overpriced. Tarte flambée was cold and soggy.

Location is amazing and there are no other places around to eat. Very low quality of ingredients used in our salat with fried fish "knusperli". The food is missing attention and care. The beer was the best part of the food experience. It's not worth the money that charge for the quality. The staff was friendly tho. But we was left disappointed with food.

The food here is very sub par. This could fly a few years ago, but the competition in the city has improved, and this is really not an acceptable level anymore, especially at these prices.

Cosy, easy to order, fast, beachfront, delicious food; what more do you want! I had a vegan burger with fries which really hit the spot while watching the summer sunset of Zug; couldn’t have been happier. Their fries are excellent, perfect crunch and saltiness. They also have a range of sauces which is unreal (ketchup, mayo, mustard, chilli, curry, tartare, all-in one, …). Aperol Spritz is good and priced at 11 CHF, this is reasonable. Staff are nice and efficient which is great. Highly recommend!

The fries were good but 7 CHF for this small portion?! Overpriced for sure.

We came here spontaneously during the week. Coffee, ice cream and hamburgers were very good. It's a shame that the sausages in the hot dog were rather cold. The salad was very fresh and fine, but almost too cold (from the freezer?)

Excellent location and a very cool, casual vibe. The prices are reasonable considering it's right on the water (and it's Switzerland so things cost what they cost). The bar/restaurant is on the seaside so you can also go in for a swim. Pretty much the ideal place to be on a nice day. The service was fine (you go and order for yourself, no table service). Will definitely be coming back another time.

Seasonal hours, but when it is open the Spritzers are as glorious as the sunsets.

Really great thing at the lake.

This bistro is located on the beach. Open in the summer until 9 pm, self-service, you pay for the order, then you come and pick it up when the key fob beeps, drinks are given out immediately, only cash is accepted. The most delicious chicken nuggets are here!!! The soft drink sunbitter and the alcoholic apperrol are our favorites! Friendly staff. During the day there are umbrellas over the tables, in the evening they turn on flashlights, it’s very cozy. You can take food and drinks and sit on the lawn, mostly everyone does that.

Tip top menu, good wines, fast friendly service

Very nice place, small bathing establishment but very comfortable. Unfortunately, the food isn't exactly a hit.

Considering it's a Badi, you can eat surprisingly well here. So if you don't want to change your swimwear for dinner, the Seebistro is a good alternative to the Theater Casino Restaurant directly above. Both have a direct view of the lake and often a breathtaking backdrop with sunset and afterglow. And after eating you can jump straight back into the lake and enjoy the day and evening. The selection of food and drinks is large and varied.

The food here is always delicious. A big compliment. There is also a variety of dishes at lunchtime and, when the weather is nice, you can even grill whatever you want in the evening. It is also recommended to go to Baden and is not far from public transport. Thank you for such a nice atmosphere and see you soon.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere right on Lake Zug, beautiful views, very good wines and fine food. The bistro is located right next to the seaside resort of Seeliken, so you can enjoy cooling off in Lake Zug before, after or during your meal. We each order different dishes and share them. The wines can be ordered by the glass, which is recommended if you want to try several of these good wines. Great, keep it up!

Super fine fondue and the accompanying vegetables, potatoes and other things. The best on a sunny autumn day. The service is friendly and attentive.
