It's always a pleasure to dine 'non-stop' 😉... super fine and super nice staff

The food was very good, but the prices for sushi were exorbitantly high: 4 salmon strips CHF 14.50! The salmon poke was 25.90, but it was also quite tasty.

We found the sushi too big. You can hardly chew and it looks indecent when your mouth is so full. The ambience and service were ok, the espresso was great.

Very nice and attentive service. It has been beautifully renovated and the food is of high quality.

Loved the place until my phone got stolen from a random person that walked in and took it from the sushi bar counter in a moment of distraction. Waiter said it usually also happens with bags. Sad to see that the security of the guests is not taken very seriously (i.e warn the guests about situation with a sign or verbally, put up surveillance cameras etc.) Not planning to go back.

Mediocre, rather boring sushi, the individual plates are far too expensive. The system of creating a watch list via the iPad is very complicated. Sitting next to each other at the line is also difficult for four people to have a conversation. I definitely wouldn't go there again.

As expected, the food was very good and individual requests were catered for. Extremely friendly service. The music in the restaurant is too loud. basically superfluous. Otherwise a wonderful occasion.

For me, perfect sushi is when the rice is still lukewarm. Even if the rice is at room temperature, sushi is still very good. This was always the case in Negishi Steinen. That's why it's my favorite sushi shop in the city. After many weeks I was in Negishi again yesterday. The food came extremely quickly - but the sushi came out of the cold. The rice was very cold! A big disappointment. Please make sure to change! I'd rather wait longer but the sushi is freshly made. Otherwise the makeover looks great.

I associate sushi with raw fish and not carrots and other cheap substitutes for high prices. I spent CHF 31.00 on 4 small plates and only ate a tiny piece of salmon. On a plate for 8.50 there were only carrots, which looked like salmon in color. Expensive and no fish. Will never go there again.

The Negishi is completely redesigned. Very Japanese. Absolutely perfect for a delicious meal. The food is also presented in a new way on plates and platters. You are with your eyes and your palate. The service is very accommodating, friendly and communicative. Also fulfills special requests (T-Shirt🙏🏻) I would love to come back.

Went to eat at the newly renovated negishi today. The nice staff around colin is fortunately still there. The food as always very tasty.

Delivery service. Very good quality food. I had never tasted such good and tender salmon sashimi before. I only order my sushi from this restaurant because they are very fresh and of very good quality, certainly more expensive than in France, but it is understandable given the level of quality, which is very important when it comes to is raw fish.
