Nooch Barfi in Basel

The vegetarian and vegan dishes are absolutely great. Only problem is that the service is a bit inattentive, and they go sour when ever you want to pay... cash.

Wow! What a place. The facility is sensational. Super creative and yet very cozy with good acoustics. The service was courteous, friendly and quick. The food was also excellent. We'll be back soon!

Chain food, some authenticity is missed, a trendy decor does the rest. My tofu with rice noodles was a way too sweet. The service is very nice and attentive, though. I know many places which do the rest. So without me next time.

As always, very tasty food and great vegan selection. Fast delivery and very friendly supplier. We order regularly or go to the restaurant at Barfi to eat and have always been very satisfied.

The food was very good and the atmosphere was just great!

A bit expensive but the sushi and the planted james bond island was very good. We were also able to preorder our food so that when we arrived at the restaurant, the food was already at our table.

The food is okay, the service is very friendly and considering how busy it was on Saturday lunchtime - really fast too. The filling of the vegan momos can be improved, but the vegan chicken with pineapple is excellent. The Harumaki are also definitely recommended.

The Nooch am Barfi impresses with its hip interior with swing seats on the first floor. The service is brilliant, very friendly and humorous. The food tasted good, although the beef momos were too reminiscent of Bolognese sauce. The food was served quickly, but on a Thursday evening the Nooch was also half empty.

The food was very good and was served quickly. What bothered us a bit was the menu on the cell phone. A tedious and confusing undertaking. The employee then gave us a tablet, which made everything a little easier. Still, nothing beats a menu to browse and compare

I always enjoy going and love Beef & Zen. For me, portions could have been a bit larger for the price

Huge selection of dishes! The food tasted great. Unfortunately the service wasn't that great. Our waitress could barely speak German and the table wasn't cleared (it was then slowly overloaded). And the dishes didn't come at the same time (about a 10 minute delay). But otherwise very nice modern restaurant.

An original decoration which gives a pretty setting. Exquisite cuisine. The chicken karaage and pork momos are a treat! The only downside is having to choose via the online menu but given the quality of the food it's not a big deal!

For the price I could expect more, especially with the portions

Employees are friendly and accommodating. Meals are prepared quickly and the composition can be changed if desired. Quality is simply the focus here. No matter which Nooch location I have visited, quality is always high.

A wide choice of vegetarian dishes. Uncompromisingly tasty, be careful if the waitress tells you it's scharf, it's really scharf (and that's a pleasure). I always enjoy their dishes with a big pint of Kirin to calm down the chilli and it goes very well.

We went to eat at Nooch/Negishi on a Saturday afternoon. With luck we got a table. As always, sushi & dumplings were very tasty. We can also only recommend the homemade ice tea. At Nooch/Negishi there is free water, you just have to help yourself. The service was also friendly.

Excellent sushi restaurant and other Japanese specialties. The service (from Pauline) was particularly efficient and attentive to my taste desires. The only downside is access to free WiFi. Much too complicated and requiring a code by SMS, etc. Message to owner: Please install and configure “local” and easy to access WiFi. Many thanks 🙏

Great atmosphere. The place doesn't look like much from the outside and inside it's great, especially upstairs. The cuisine is great and great value for money.

Fast service and very friendly employees

We had a nice lunch here accompanied by Asian beers. The menu fits all tastes, it would have been nice though to have real Asian desserts rather than a chocolate cake. The service was amiable, friendly and helpful. The open kitchen definitely adds up to the overall atmosphere of the place. There is tap water available at the ground floor close to the stairs.

By far the best Nooch in Switzerland. Great cuisine, original furnishings and very friendly service from Cindy and René :) my go-to in Basel for 12 years.

the waitress Tik was very friendly. We did all you can eat and it was very tasty and went very quickly until the next round came.

Unfortunately, our visit wasn't as great as we had hoped. Noisy guests (I know the restaurant can't really help that) Then a smelly dog ​​(I think because it's wet) at the neighboring table. You really don't have to take animals into the restaurant. Service wasn't unfriendly, but somehow indifferent. The sushi was good but nothing special compared to other things we know, it somehow lacks the taste wow effect we know from other restaurants, somehow everything tasted the same even though we chose a lot. That's why the price is way too high... I think it's a cool idea that you can choose food using your smartphone and, above all, pay for it straight away... Only 2 stars because of the high price for non-special food, if the price wasn't so high it would be 3. Unfortunately, the staff couldn't raise it to a 3.

The main menu’s tasted great, but what I really recommend is to try out their desert, especially the “Red Joghurt Mango Pop” that was really delicious! We had “Beef und Zen” & “Mystic Mermaid Bowl”, from their homemade lemonades I would recommend trying the “Blueberry Magic Lemonade” The atmosphere was 10/10 I was especially captivated by the luminous lighting in the washroom

3.5 stars all around, 5 stars in honor of Patrick the young host, so 4 overall. The food was good, fast food, easy, satisfies the appetite and taste very well. Price performance is completely right. Patrick was a great host, courteous, prompt, took great care of us and sweetened our evening. A great person.

I go to Nooch often and I've never had a bad experience. Beijing Night, my absolute favorite which I order almost every time, is always of the same quality and tastes great. Tik has served us often and is always incredibly friendly and in a good mood. Kop khun na krap Tik🙏

Woow, I ve just had one of the best Fried Rice Chicken ever. Just love everything in this cozy Bar. Tik is the kind of person you love to see when you have dinner outside. Will for sure come back.

The food is very good. What is extremely annoying: only “cashless” I find it tragic just to be presented with the QR code just for a receipt. Hello, is it still working? Now I'm thinking twice about going there again... After all, there are other great restaurants that still accept cash...

I am gluten and lactose intolerant but this menu is diverse and well written. The chefs are careful and even the gluten and lactose-free dishes taste great. It's quiet and clean and the waiters are very nice :)
