After our Vertuo Next Machine stopped making coffee, we dropped it off at the store. According to the seller, the engine was defective. Even though the machine was within the warranty period, an exchange was refused because the machine was allegedly too dirty and was therefore the person's fault. The seller wanted to sell us a new machine instead. Of course we rejected that. The seller then became increasingly impudent and accused me, among other things, of a lack of common sense. Back home, after a conversation with the Nespresso hotline and a self-analysis, we were able to get the machine working again. The error was in the barcode reader and not in the engine. Conclusion: I am normally used to good service from Nespresso, but I have rarely experienced such customer-hostile and incompetent treatment as in this branch.

Despite the "boutique" promise, it's more like a Denner experience. Salespersons are impatient and in a hurry to see you out. No one mentions promotions unless you ask specifically. If you want to try something in the bar, the eyes are rolling. IMPOSSIBLE TO PARK THE CAR AND BUY THE COFFEE Only if you go to the nearby garage! I'm buying our company supplies and always take multiple packages. No one seems to care about regular customers, as we may expect in a "boutique"

This boutique, as this store is called, should be avoided! Nestlé and especially Nespresso discriminate against people with disabilities and health impairments (no mask despite a certificate and also special reasons according to the applicable regulation) in the most massive way. They put forward their own protection concept as a completely flimsy excuse, but forget that their protection concept supposedly covers discrimination and coercion (both punishable offenses according to the Criminal Code). The management should really think about it and whether George Clooney would really be so amused if he heard about it?! Another example today of how discrimination and coercion are practiced and lived in the most evil way every day - not just here in Zug, but in all boutiques...

They have a notice on the door saying there is no evening sales (Zug branch). Didn't manage to update online. Been gone for nothing. In 1956 they stopped advertising with the QRcode

Never been to a Nespresso store. Was extremely positively impressed by the tasting option. The extremely competent employee took a lot of time, a real crash course in coffee culture, compliments. All the other employees were also very friendly and accommodating. Maybe I can get away from my mocha after all...

A real coffee experience, it was my first time in a Nespresso boutique, the staff takes their time and lets you drink the coffee, I was even allowed to try several. The sustainability program is also great and if I know what I need I can order it. At first I didn't feel like going there because of the bad reviews. However, if you like advice, you've come to the right place and if you don't order the coffee, you can enjoy it too. You can tell that the staff is very well trained. a deduction because there is not enough parking space

Get in quickly, buy coffee capsules and get out again... Nothing there! As soon as you enter the store, it's like swimming through honey. You can hardly move forward and the extremely friendly service tries to keep you in the store for as long as possible. Sorry, not my style! If I need advice, I ask for it, but most of the time I just need coffee capsules.

You just want to buy coffee and feel like you're at a jeweler. Not very efficient, artificially friendly and laborious. I will probably buy alternative capsules in the future because the online site also spat out one error message after another today.

Dinner reserved for company, it was cold in the chalet, it is advisable to dress very warmly if the temperature outside is around zero degrees. I don't know when the chalet will be heated. You weren't served any extra blankets or anything like that by the service. Service in general had no structure or organization and for us there was a lack of hospitality from the service. Fondue and chinoise were very tasty, side dishes like pickled pears were too high for the price.

Unfortunately I wouldn't eat there again. The quality of the food was impeccable, but for the prices you can expect larger portions and at least some seasoned avocado. Unfortunately it was very basic and the prices on the website didn't match the prices in the cafe. I can get bigger and better avocado toast cheaper in Zurich.
