Inexpensive, very fine food and unusually nice, attentive service. The otherwise rather reserved manner of the Asian service staff does not apply here at all. The owner couple (he in the kitchen - she does the service) run this restaurant with passion, and it shows. Although the plates are decorated and the atmosphere is unpretentious, you feel welcome there and enjoy authentic, fine Asian cuisine at fair prices.

As my family wanted to have a chinese meal for Chinese New year, we decided to make our way to Panda restaurant. Enjoyed our dinner thoroughly this evening. Both the food and the service by the owners are great! The crispy duck and the fried rice are extremely tasty. This restaurant comes highly recommended if you are in Lucerne and looking for a simple no frills Chinese meal.

I stopped by because it was near Ibis Budget, and it was a hidden steamed restaurant. The spring roll came in one large size, and it was filled with seasoned vegetables, so it had a good texture. The shrimp fried rice felt like eating at a really delicious Chinese restaurant... The quantity is quite good and it is well-fried and fluffy. The chicken soup is the size of the palm of your hand, but it's so good to sip on. The closest thing to it is chicken gomtang, but it's a little more salty and savory. Above all, the owner's grandmother was very kind. She filled us with water from time to time and gave us separate plates to share. I was really satisfied because I was able to have a heart-warming dinner. Please note that it says +Cash only!

Damn it!! If you are Korean, definitely go. Even if you look at the menu and order at random, they all seem to be delicious. Be sure to try number 2 chicken soup (chicken soup flavor) and number 25 shrimp fried rice. I plan to go here for lunch tomorrow too haha.

Delicious soup, very fresh shrimp and prepared to suit Asian tastes. The restaurant is opened by an Asian couple. The uncle is Chinese-Malay and the aunt is Vietnamese, so the food is delicious and home-cooked. Only cash is accepted here, CHF and Euro are both ok

This is the most delicious restaurant I ate during my 3 days in Lucerne!! Both owners were very friendly and the food was very delicious!! I also ordered fried rice, sweet and sour pork, and noodles. The second menu item, chicken soup, was really delicious. It had glass noodles, chicken, and cabbage inside. It was so good to eat and enjoy the noodles. It felt like I was eating grandma's food after a long time!! The sweet and sour pork and noodles were so good. It was delicious so I took a picture late,,

I ate chicken with curry. The chicken was good but the vegetables didn't go well with the curry sauce and I waited 40 minutes for the food. So for me 3 stars

I had a satisfying meal. I went in as soon as 11 o'clock struck, and the food was served right away so I ate it quickly and left haha. There was a lot of fried rice and the pork sweet and sour pork was a little different from Korean sweet and sour pork, but I enjoyed it. Only cash payment is possible

It was so so so delicious. It was the most delicious thing I ate during my trip to Switzerland👍 The spring rolls tasted just like the ones I made at home because my Mongolian-Chinese neighbor taught me when I was young. Was craving Chinese food and came here for dinner. I had a Sichuan pork stir fry with rice, it was a stir fry with pork and some vegetables – delicious and satisfied my cravings. This place is run by a lovely couple who were really friendly and welcoming towards us, we had a really good time there. The prices were really really reasonable too as compared to other options in the town area. I will definitely visit this place again on my next visit to Luzern! :)

Was really craving for asian food and stumbled upon Panda, the place is run by a lovely couple and the food is really delicious! I can attest to the authenticity of the food (cooked by uncle who was originally from Malaysia) Service was also great and aunty was always taking care of us making sure our servings were sufficient. 简单来说食物好吃，服务也非常好。 will definitely come back if i visit Lucerne again.

Yesterday plus today's two consecutive dinners (fried rice, fried noodles, stir-fried vegetables, sweet and sour meat), the food cooked by the boss is full of hot pot, quite delicious, and has a high CP value. The boss and his wife are elderly. If there are many people, you can come early to eat, otherwise you may be afraid that the boss will be too busy and you will have to wait.

The boss’s shrimp fried rice paired with his homemade chili is really delicious! The boss is Malaysian, so it’s rare to be able to taste Malaysian food in Switzerland! There are also a lot of shrimps. A large plate of fried rice is only 15 yuan to eat. Recommendation👍👍👍

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - After travelling for nearly 2 weeks, I was feeling a little homesick and was looking for a meal that was as close to home cooking as possible. This restaurant did not disappoint! Looked for Asian food while in Lucerne, found this restaurant tucked in a corner somewhere, slightly out of town. No regrets. Portions are hearty. Food tasty. Owners most hospitable. Definitely recommended, for anyone missing food from home (Asian, that is)!

Probably the best asian place in Lucerne to have a meal for a very reasonable price. It's only around 13-15 CHF! The portions are surprisingly quite big too! They even ask you if you want more. The couple that are running this take-away are very friendly and would help you with anything needed. Take note though: ONLY CASH accepted.

I was there today and thought I had to try it. I wasn't disappointed, the owner made me a large portion. Big man, big portion, she said😊She and her husband have been hosting takeaways for 24 years. A glass of still water was placed on the table without asking. I can recommend it to everyone, great food, very nice people. Thank you.

The place is indeed family-owned. It is closed from 14 to 17, but the owner saw us in the doors and opened the restaurant for us, being extremely friendly and speaking great English. The food was very tasty, cheap and well-packaged for take out. It is worth noting that saucy proteins (chicken/shrimps/beef etc.) come with plain white rice, so you get a lunch box for 15 Fr. One of the best examples of Chinese home made food.

A very authentically decorated restaurant without much effort but with heart and hospitality. The food was very good and with the price/performance ratio there is hardly anything comparable. Very kind and courteous service. The only negative point comes from the fact that two flies wanted to eat my food very stubbornly. Which is of course almost normal in summer. Oh yes, if you don't drink alcohol or are going with someone who shouldn't drink, this is a great place to go as they only serve non-alcoholic drinks.

Great Chinese meal. Run by a lovely elderly couple who are super warm and friendly. After yearning for a nice home cooked meal after 1 week in Switzerland, lucky to find this little gem here in Lucerne. This is probably the best value for money meal we have had so far in Switzerland.

Después de viajar 10 días por Suiza deseaba algo de comida asiática. Hotel Ibis Budget de enfrente hay Panda. Dirigido por Viet personas chin. Me sentí como en Asia. Después de la hora de almuerzo el sábado alrededor de la mesa familiar y picadas frescas verduras, etc. preparar para la cena. Ordenados en Suiza a un precio razonable de pollo frito estándar y un plato de verduras noodels de arroz. Todo recién preparado y servido con una sonrisa por el anfitrión vietnamita suizo de habla alemana.

I like the sweet and sour fish.. it comes with rice.. although choices on menu are really limited but it's at least somewhere we managed to get some asian food near to our hotel, Ibis. Practically quiet with no one patronising in the evening. Nice owner ;)

Paramos aquí para la cena de anoche.Cuando fuimos fue alrededor de las 17:30 y el lugar estaba vacío. El dueño nos dio la bienvenida y se nuestros platos (extra picante) a la orden. Su esposa estaba enfermo, así que él estaba haciendo todo él mismo. La comida era buena y la propietario era amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa.
