The Café Pfenniger impresses with a large selection of patisserie, bread, pastries, homemade ice cream and much more. Unfortunately, annoying flies also enjoy these fine delicacies, so you can rarely enjoy them undisturbed. The staff is very friendly. There are also many free parking spaces available. Due to the large number of customers, it can get quite loud in the café. If you like something quiet and pleasant like me, this can be a disturbing factor.

An impeccable cafeteria with adjoining bakery and pastry shop clearly appreciated by many seniors. The waitresses are friendly and efficient. The meal taken was simple (roasted chicken, fries and salad) but appreciated.

I was in the cafe today and bought a piece of tart with my coffee in the store and I found it ridiculous that you have to pay a franc more if you eat it in your coffee. Go to the restaurant for a coffee but never buy anything from the store again.

It's OK. Service was very nice and quick. The house bread in the bakery is very good. The bread selection is not that big. The patisserie and chocolates are very tasty. The place looks a bit dated. I would actually give it 3.5 stars.

We were in the Gnipen area with a group of 10 adults and 5 small children for a breakfast brunch. The buffet was rich and very tasty. The staff was very accommodating and uncomplicated. The children were able to play freely and the adults could eat breakfast in peace. What more do you want! Gladly again… Thank you very much!

Today me and my mother went there after an appointment. Despite because of Covid-19 laws we had to go outside, it was actually quite comfortable and the seats were enjoyable. We ordered Some coffee and croissants. I love the general Restaurant design and the Dining options. The price is also decently good, 14 francs for 2 coffee's 2 croissants - 1 nutella and 1 jam - Really would come here again...

I was totally disappointed. My father has been coming here for years to eat the delicious cheesecake. This time something must have gone wrong. We didn't really like the salad or the cheesecake. In addition, the service was quite hectic and unfocused. We won't be making a special trip here anymore. It's a shame but it really wasn't good for the prices. There are parking spaces directly in front of the house.
