I bought a tea in the morning and handed over my coffee pass for a stamp and the lady behind the tea counter said there was no stamp. Don't be coffee. There is also a tea pass. RUDE!!!!!! for the more expensive drink which requires less effort. Please an answer

White wine has been far too expensive since the beginning of the year.

The food is great. Unfortunately the service is less so. I ordered a braid and croissants on the phone yesterday. When I went to pick them up, the croissants were ready, but they no longer had the braid I wanted. According to the service person, she didn't read the order correctly... then had to go to brunch with a cut middle piece.... In May I also ordered a personalized birth cake over the phone, but when I went to pick it up it wasn't there either. “I can get one in Bümpliz.” Afterwards I insisted that someone from the store get it for me. However, the decoration was not what we wanted because it was too short notice.

Friendly service, coffee and croissants were top notch

The one star goes to the coffee, which wasn't bad. The service I had was not in a good mood, overwhelmed, slow and, last but not least, unfriendly. A pity!

Very unfriendly employees. I waited more than 20 minutes for service. Plus, the employees are even cheekier with customers. I wouldn't recommend it at all. 🤮

Very nice service but far too few employees. You have to queue twice for brunch. Not well organized as there are a lot of walk-in customers. But the breakfast looks nice.

Super delicious brunch for 2 people. Beautifully prepared platter with meat, cheese, fruits and Birchermüesli. Accompanied by bread/peakli of your choice. Service very friendly.

I often go to Bümpliz and Niederwangen on business. That's not possible without a cappuccino and a croissant at Pfisternbeck. The friendly service and the range are the best arguments for a short coffee break there. See you soon.....

For a bakery/café, the Pfisternbeck still looks pretty chic. Today I ordered a cappuccino & a priest's hat. Cappuccino wasn't anything special and, to be honest, neither was the priest's hat. Nevertheless, Pfisternbeck is a pleasant place to spend an hour. Also because of the friendly staff.
