Very good Swiss food. Super Service. We ate there several times. Again and again.

Food would probably be good. But the whole location has no air at all. The ventilation doesn't work and you can't open the windows either. Toilets are also in the next bar. It's better to go somewhere else.

Main courses like the the meat on hot plates tasted fantasticly and are worth a visit. The same goes for the atmpsphere while you dine. It has it‘s charm, is well lit and makes you feel comfortable. However, the coffee in the end was terrible and watery for the second time already we were there. I dont recommend to get a coffee after your fine dinner. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful, yet a bit overwhelmed. Despite having a reservation, the we had to wait for 10 minutes. During this time, no one seemed to offer to take the jackets or offer a seat at the bar, which would be appropriate for such a higher end restaurant. All the typical swiss main courses like „Rösti“ where already sold out at 9pm, which seemed a little off for a high quality restaurant. The servers where helpful and friendly but did not all speak German.

I wanted to try the rosti in Switzerland and it was a great success to do it in this place. It took us a little while to find the place because it is inside a space where there are 2 other restaurants. We ordered the rosti with sausages that comes with a sauce full of flavor that on the bed of potatoes was very good, and it also comes with a very tasty salad. We also ordered the entrecôte which is brought to you only sealed and you have a griddle to finish giving the meat the point you want. It is accompanied by 3 sauces: the best is spiced butter. They attended to us very quickly and were also very kind with everything. The place is expensive but it is very good.

We really like this place, the food was delicious 😋 and our waiter was super nice. We almost had discarded it because 3 days earlier we walked in by mistake, we had reservations for another restaurant with similar name, and the hostess was quite off-putting, however we gave it a chance and it was really good and not super expensive! 😀 the only negative I can say is that for those who order the hot stone grill, it smokes up the joint, so it's a bit smoky, and you will end up being a bit smelly by the end!

We had such a great time here! Food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and we had a very nice German lady who served us. Food wise, we got the beef tartare, the Chef's Fondue, and the Swiss Steak. The beef tartare was a little spicy (which we liked) and fresh. The fondue was filling and the garlic flavor really came through. The steak was our favorite - you can cook it to your liking right on the table! Service wise, the lady who served us was the best! She was very upfront with what she thought was good (and not as good) on the menu, and even gave us tips for places to go to around Zermatt and Austria.

Eat and leave, nothing more in this restaurant

The place is in underground with no proper ventilation and you have to endure the meat grilling smoke on hot stone from all the tables. Our clothes smelled unpleasant like grilled meat even the next day. This is surely a health risk- if they are a BBQ restaurant they should install a proper ventilation system. As a Swiss local i’d say the food is rather like an average canteen meal, nothing special.

Arrived at 7pm to an empty restaurant. Was told we could not be seated until 930pm.. Had a great dinner at Theodors Stuba instead.

We were here for the first time today and were really impressed: great and fast service, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere - even if it is a little more expensive (typically Switzerland), definitely a recommendation! We even got a nightcap on the house - just great!

The restaurant is located in the inviting Unique Hotel Post Zermatt. Both the hot stone and the side dishes proved to be excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We look forward to coming back soon!

French fries tasted like microwave meal and were overly salted. Crazy expensive wine, even a simple glass of fondant is 9CHF. Raclette à discrétion option is a misleading description. In Gruyère, you get your own little cheese machine and scrape off the cheese yourself. Here, the waitress brings the melted raclette and you have to wait like 10 minutes between servings. Very disappointing experience.

Had dinner here twice within a week. Each time without reservation, directly at 6 p.m. We were taken straight to a lovely spot and the service was extremely friendly and very attentive throughout the evening. I had the Swiss Beef Entrecôte. Girlfriend had the Swiss Lamb Chops (5). And we split the Chocolate Fondue for dessert. Was an amazing experience and dish. They bring you the dish on a hot stone slab medium rare, but you cut the meat and let it cook to your liking on the stone slab. Was odd to comprehend at first but was more than worth the go! Meat was amazing!!

The charcuterie plate is fabulous and unmissable (at least if you are vegetarian). The raclette is just as fabulous. The vegetable Rösti has too many vegetables to the point of no longer feeling the potatoes... Friendly staff, warm atmosphere.

The restaurant is cozy, the dishes are very good without being excessive (28chf for unlimited Swiss raclette) the desserts are a little expensive (14/16chf) but frankly they are well worth it! This is a perfect restaurant with reasonable price. I ordered cheese fondue and it cost F28, pretty okay. And I could enjoy it. The atmosphere is nice and cozy.

In principle, one main course is enough to have a satisfying meal here. The appetizer was also very large. So there was barely enough room for Fondue. We liked everything, during our 10 days of traveling around Switzerland we tried the most delicious national food in this restaurant. Bill for two ~ 120 CHF. The service is attentive, calm and unobtrusive.

Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut, wir haben einen Zermatter-Teller bestellt, was ausgezeichnet war sowie Älplermagronen und Schweizer Rösti mit Kalbsgeschnetzeltem. Beim Kalbsgeschnetzeltem gab es Dosenpilze, die etwas säuerlich schmeckten. Für CHF 42.- hätte ich richtige Pilze erwartet. Ansonsten war dieses Gericht sehr gut und daher schade, dass bei solchen Zutaten gespart wird. Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Abend und das Personal war grundsätzlich stets freundlich.
