Nach der Pandemie waren wir heute Abend wieder im Kollosseum. Nachdem die Homepage zur Zeit nicht erreichbar ist waren wir voller Sorge ob es das Restaurant überhaupt noch gibt. Auf gut Glück fuhren wir in die Bahnhofstrasse und fanden das Restaurant mit vielen Besuchern. Ernesto fand für uns einen schönen Platz auf der Terasse. Er hat jetzt auch einen Holzofengrill mit dem er leckere Speisen zubereitet. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Scambis und Oktopus und zum Hauptgang feine Pasta mit Spargel und ich ein Kalbskottlet. Zwischendurch gab es frisches Blutorangensorbet mit Gin und etwas später frische, warme Amerettini. Der Cocktail war selbstverständlich ein Gin Tonic.

Wir sind spontan daran vorbeigelaufen und entschieden uns auf der Sonnenterrasse einen Apero zu uns zu nehmen . Es vergingen keine 5 minuten stand schon der erste Gruss aus der Küche auf dem Tisch.
