Romantisches, familiengeführtes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und Wellnessbereich. Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnete Küche (Sohn und Vater). Danke Familie Conzett & Team. Komme jederzeit gerne wieder.

Einfach nur super, Personal und Essen. Werden sicher wieder kommen. Auch alle Schutzmaßnahmen sehr gut umgesetzt.

Regionale Küche, sehr schönes ambiente und das beste: top personal, sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren 3x essen und immer sehr zufrieden. Solches personal sollte es öfters geben.

Wir haben ein Vermicelle (tolles Preis-Leistung-Angebot), eine Tagessuppe (i.o.) ein Apfelstrudel (war in Ordnung) und ein Tartar (sehr gut jedoch, das teuerste Tartar, welches ich je gegessen habe bestellt. Der Preis vom Tartar war wirklich frech. Dass ein Tartar teuer ist, weiss ich aber CHF 24 für so ein Häufchen Fleisch. Ob scharf oder nicht scharf wurde ich nicht gefragt. Sollte bei dem Preis dazu gehören. Leider wurden wir auch nach mehrmaligen Rufen des Kellners ignoriert. Wir wollten nur bezahlen. Schlussendlich mussten wir ins Restaurant gehen, um direkt bei der Kasse zu bezahlen. Schade.

Wir hatten vorbestellt, sonst wäre es nicht möglich gewesen einen Tisch zu bekommen! Gemütlich aber modern eingerichtet, sehr gutes frisch zubereitetes Essen, große Portionen und sehr aufmerksamer Service! Natürlich etwas teuer (Schweiz halt) aber das ist in so einem Ort wie Grindelwald so Usus! Klare Empfehlungen von uns!

Super leckeres Essen! Ich hatte Rehschnitzel mit diversen Beilagen, es war alles top. Auch die Salatsauce war hervorragend. Die Bedienung freundlich, witzig, aufgestellt. Der Chef kam auch noch persönlich vorbei. Sehr aufmerksam, danke für den tollen Abend!

Wir waren in diesem Restaurant, um was hu essen. Die Älplermagronen waren gut. Das Cordonbleu war unterdurchschnittlich. Qualitativ nicht schlecht, aber schmeckte wie aus dem Tiefkühler. Der verwendete Käse glich einem billigen Schmelzkäse. Preis Leistung war deshalb ein flopp. Ich esse viele Cordonbleu, das war ein schlechtes.

Nous partions sur des exigences assez élevées au vu des notations du restaurant et nous sommes pas déçu.Au contraire, très agréablement surpris. Un service rapide, très accueillant et poli, efficace. Une cuisine à ne rien redire. Je recommande très fortement avec un rapport qualité-prix dans les normes !

Belle petite terrasse, tout près de la gare. Très bonne nourriture. Avons pris les macaronis. Excellent mais portion peut-être un peu petite pour les grands mangeurs. Personnel sympathique et accueillant

Le choix du vin super. Voilà un restaurant qui mérite vraiment le détour, on sent tout le travail investit pour en arriver là.

Des ribs succulents en plats du jour, des omelettes, des roestis et une carte des vins qui fait preuve d'ouverture.De quoi passer une bonne soirée.Par contre, la serveuse, adorable par ailleurs, est en sur-regime. Il va falloir la soulager, l'aider cette brave dame, elle ne tiendra pas longtemps.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel Kreuz & Post in Grindelwald genossen und waren sehr begeistert! Ein äusserst freundliches uns zuvorkommendes Team, welches auch in hektischen Momenten nichts an seiner Freundlichkeit einbüsst. Schöne, gemütliche und sehr saubere Zimmer sowie eine tolle Küche., welche einem kulinarisch verwöhnt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Essen war sehr gut und sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Das Servicepersonal hat gute Laune, ist sehr freundlich und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Es scheinen viele Stammgäste zu kommen, die mit Namen begrüsst werden. Die Chefin geht ebenfalls von Tisch zu Tisch um Gäste zu begrüssen und/oder nachzufragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Ich hatte keinen Tisch reserviert, habe aber ohne Probleme einen Platz bekommen obwohl einiges los war. War ein angenehmes Ambiente, komme gerne wieder.

¡Visitamos para el postre solo porque nuestra hija estaba desesperada por comer strudel de manzana después de una caminata a Bachalpsee! La señora que nos atendió fue absolutamente encantadora, muy acogedora y amable y los postres eran muy sabrosos. Volveríamos.

Wir waren heute für ein Nachtessen in diesem Restaurant. Es war viel los, trotzdem lief der Service speditiv. Es gibt eher traditionelle Gerichte, die Portionen sind grosszügig und schmecken lecker.

Die Speisekarte vom Restaurant Kreuz & Post ist hervorragend. Das Personal auf Zack und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Qualität des Essens außergwöhnlich gut. Sehr gut besucht.

We have been delighted with our dinning experience at this restaurant. The staff were wearing masks, the staff was keeping their distance to serve us, desinfectant was available and the toilets were super cleaned and getting désinfectes after each guest. Given the current situation with Covid-19, we felt safe in this place and our waitress Eva was super mindful and funny. In addition, we had the zürcher geschnetzeltes kalbfleisch mit rösti and it was delicious and a very decent portion. They have a wide range of dishes and all seemed pretty delicious I highly recommend this place!!!

Hotel Restaurant Kreuz & Post is quite near the station of Grindelwald, at the beginning of the main street( Dorfstrasse).In summertime there is a nice , small deck on the south side.Inside you'll find a spacious restaurant, but divided in intimate, swiss type parts. Menu is mainly swiss, specially the typical cheese fondues.

Please, don’t go, you have better options!I was looking for a fondue and the menu at the door informed that the restaurant serves fondue, so I thought I would have it! But, no I wouldn’t. As soon as I got in, they informed that this plate is only served until 21h, but, instead of say it, the waiter rather ask me where did I read that they serve Fondue ... but wait, it will get worst! Then I’ve ordered a mac&cheese and in the menu that they follow like a law, doesn’t say that it comes plenty of onions... and the grand finale .. the wine that should have 30% of discount .. doesn’t have! They talk respectfully with you, but their actions say unfortunately much more.

Tolles Angebot für alle Generationen in kleinen und normalen Portionen, in sehr guter Qualität. Hier sind wohl die allermeisten Gäste sehr zufrieden

Wir waren zu acht im Kreuz und Post zum Abendessen. Das Essen war exzellent und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war absolut in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht wird, ist eine Reservation dringend zu empfehlen. Zudem verfügt das Lokal über ein gutes wunderschönes Ambiente. Having rented an apartment in Grindelwald for a few weeks of skiing, sledding (“sledging” here), and curling (lessons in the Sportscenter!) we were at a loss for our first evening’s dinner, but the VRBO landlord, understanding we were meeting our adult children and their mates, and arriving late in the afternoon to unexplored and unfamiliar territory, had made reservations at his favourite spot, the restaurant in the family-run Kreuz & Post Hotel, where we had an outstanding repast in the traditional local style, augmented with an extensive wine list of both Swiss and other global wines, and a not small beer list as well. Everyone of the half dozen of us was delighted with the dinner.Later, the “kids” all departed, my wife and I stopped in apres-ski one evening for outstanding apple strudel with a vanilla sauce from heaven.Still later, having seen a flyer that evening for it, we attended a grand dinner in the hotel’s dining room graced by a quartet of local musicians, playing wind instruments, a bass, and an accordion, all to great applause and cheers by the crowd. The dinner was an astounding display of much that is wonderful about the Jungfrau region, with which we’d become accustomed to over the previous three weeks of exploration in small bergs and larger cities: a plated appetizer course extensive enough to have served as a full lunch, a buffet salad course complete with many vegetables not usual for American salads: corn, cabbage, slaw, and other delights. A soup course came before the prime rib with its au gratin potatoes, greenbeans served as little bacon-wrapped bundles, and carrots. For non-beef eaters, a chicken or fish substitution was happily accommodated. A cheese course buffet invited repeated visits, and the dessert buffet offered more choices than one might have sampled on an empty stomach, but four or five of those could be shared while one remained ambulatory.The wine list was more extensive than I had recalled from the restaurant downstairs, and was modestly priced for both Swiss and non-Swiss bottles.The service could not have been better, and the price was surprisingly reasonable, particularly given the entertainment.There was no dress code: some tourists came in shorts, some in bluejeans and teeshirts, and some of us were dressed more dinner-like, with the range extending to business attire.As the band continued to entertain – this was a special event – the head chef appeared with a one-man-band stick, replete with bells, strings, pie-tin cymbals, a rhythm block, and other musical percussion apparatuses, and entertained the crowd to wails and applause completely ad lib and unexpected, but in glorious and informal fun. Following that, we were entertained by a local man called to the floor, as a yodeler of extremely fine talent, who brought the noisy crowd who’d cheered on the chef to solemn silence, as his skill quite literally shook the walls with a haunting beauty previously unheard by this devotee of classical music for most of my six-plus decades; we were told the yodeling virtuoso is not a professional musician at all!We’ll go back! Wir waren dieses Wochenende 2x Abendessen. Unbedingt reservieren. Es ist immer sehr gut besucht.1. Bedienung egal wer: wirklich Top! Nett, lustig, schnell, sehr bemüht! Weiter so!2. Ambiente: Top! Ein super gemütliches Gasthaus. Es war etwas laut, da voll besetzt - aber nicht schlimm!3. Essangebot und Getränke: Gute Auswahl und grosse Weinkarte. Preise eher überdurchschnittlich aber nicht überteuert!4. Qualität der Speisen: wir hatten Rösti, Tartar, Zwiebelsuppe, Currywurst, Raclette, Nüsslisalat. Alles war ganz gut. Currywurst sollte eine Schweinswurst sein. Olmabratwurst ist eher unpassend. Dennoch war alles in Ordnung. Dessert auch fein.5. Ein Besuch lohnt sich sehr!

We had such a warm welcome on arrival and attentive service throughout our evening. I was concerned we were not going to get a table but they had one ready for us within a minute. Our meals were a Cordon Bleu with veg and fries and I must say the thing I enjoyed most were the spinach, carrots and broccoli on the side as we were a little deprived of vegetables in our travels around Europe!! We also had the Venison Escalope with stuffed apple, Brussels, red cabbage, glazed chestnuts, and dumplings (spatzli). The Venison was thinly sliced and med-well but tasted good. We usually love dessert but in this instance we were just to full to fit it in. Thanks!

Service doesn't get worse than this. They are stating that I was being demanding and persistent about a table when I asked once!?!? lol cmon. That's a joke. These guys love to try and cover their a$$es.Rest assured, I'll be back here again and again so that my voice is heard, especially since you guys seem to content on lying and tricking people into eating here. Instead of battling people on reviews, how about you get your shiet together and you'll actually get good honest reviews and you won't have to fight to protect your fake ones.

Wir waren bereits x-mal nach dem Skifahren auf der Terrasse um etwas zu trinken! Stets eine sehr zuvorkommende und schnelle Bedienung. Wir haben es gestern nach langem endlich geschafft dort essen zu gehen! Und diese Entscheidung haben wir nicht bereut! Sehr zuvorkommendes und speditives Service Personal! Vorspeise und Hauptgang waren sehr fein! Wir waren so vollgegessen, dass wir die Dessertkarte ausgelassen haben. Mit dem Hund kein Problem! Ambiente ist urchig aber gleichzeitig elegant. Preis etwas oberes mittleres Preissegment für Grindelwald! Aber absolut gerechtfertigt! Hat uns keinen Franken gereut! Wir können dieses Restaurant nur mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen! Wir werden wieder kommen! Macht genau weiter so!

All serving staffs were terrible. A man staff was very rude. He never see customer. Only own's talk. And there were two woman staff. They also make me angry. We understand all staff are busy, but we don't understand serving like throwing food or beer. Most of all, When we ask our receipt, they pick-up our receipt in trash can. My friend and i have always wanted to try the local Swiss cuisine since we arrived here. Challi Stubli Grindelwald granted our wishJust for 39 francs we were served a four course meal by a very warm and friendly lady.

Ich entschied mich für dieses Restaurant aufgrund der Kritiken. Das Abendessen war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten Cordon Bleu und Zürcher Kalbfleisch mit Rosti. Eis (Cha cha cha - 3 Gefälligkeiten) zum Nachtisch. Anständige Bedienung und guter Service.

I dined there with my girlfriend last week. The terrace was full outside but we found a good table to two inside. As I live in Miami but I am swiss I love traditional dishes like the zürcher geschnetzeltes, a veal dish, with a white sauce made out of white wine and mushrooms and a rösti as a side. What was amazing about this dish was the quality of meat, it was tender, which is hard to make but this was on another level, the dish promised to have Golden rösti which it did, wow, crispy but not dry. The combo of the whole dish was perfect. As we were finishing the chef came out to great all the guests which I found great!

Nachtessen war sehr gut! Schöne Terrasse, nette Bedienung!Obwohl Terrasse ziemlich voll war ging es relativ schnell. Alles war tiptop!

Wir haben den Fehler gemacht, am frühen Abend draußen zu sitzen. Das Ergebnis war eine angenehme Atmosphäre, als wir ankamen, aber als die Sonne unterging, konnten wir uns dem Sonnenlicht nicht entziehen. Das Essen war gut, genauso wie der Service. Wie bei allen Restaurants in Grindelwald und der Schweiz sind die Menüpreise im Vergleich zu vergleichbaren Speisen und Restaurants in anderen Ländern extrem hoch. Die Preise für Kreuz und Post sind mit ähnlichen Restaurants vergleichbar.

Der Service war gut, aber das Essen war sehr, sehr einfach. Auf jeden Fall kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wiener Schnitzel war nur das Fleisch und Pommes, nichts weiter.

Wir bekamen das Schnitzel und Pommes mit einem Salat und Bier. Alles gut. Die Kellnerin war großartig und das Essen war angemessen.

Cuisine traditionnelle bien réalisée, service efficace et sympathique. Je relève l’honnêteté d’une serveuse qui a indiqué à une personne asiatique que son pourboire était beaucoup trop élevé et que le service était compris en Suisse. Essayez pour finir l’excellente vieille poire de la maison.

-Zentrale Lage. -schöne saubere Zimmer z.teil, mit Blick an die Eiger Nordwand. -Empfang, sehr Herzlich! Ich erfreue mich immer wieder, auf die geschmackvolle Dekor und die Fortlaufenden änderungen von Helena Konzett. Das Rest. wie Hotel hat den alten Charm im modernen Licht behalten. So wie das langjährige Personal das dich mit Namen sehr freundlich Begrüsst. Die Küche ist wie eh und je hervorragend. Dazu hat es eine gute Auswahl an Weinen. -Chally Bar, lustige und fröhliche Stimmung mit DJ oder live Musik.

Il ristorante é tipico , soprattutto „la Stube „ ha una decorazione molto carina. Noi abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici svizzeri , buoni.In assoluto lo Strudel di mele con vaniglia é ottimo.I tempi per essere serviti sono stati eccessivamente lunghi , la cameriera si é scusata più volte .

Visited on the way back to Lauterbrunnen. Had been in the mountains all day hiking around and sledging down to Grindelwald. Was in desparate need of an alcoholic drink and this was a perfect spot with great views of the mountains and close to the train station. Service was quick and the small beers were reasonable. (Two small beers and 1 Gluhwein for 15CHF) Good place to watch the world go by.

Food left little to be desired. Poor quality meats. Super dry croquettes. Service ok. Soup good. Will only return in an emergency.

Während unseren Ferien haben wir einen wunderschönen Abend in diesem Restaurant erleben dürfen. Das Angus Entrecôte war perfekt. Auch der Service war genial und sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Lovely selection of Swiss style foods. Staff helpful and friendly. The one downside was the cooking of pasta in the tagliatelle - which was under-seasoned. The portobello mushroom burger was fab though!

First few hours in Grindelwald and we found this little gem. The food is excellent. Service and waiters are fantastic. We cant fault it. A great ambience too. Definatley eat here. Its popular so book a table to be sure of getting in.

閑散期に行ったので開いているお店がほぼ無く寒かったこともありコーヒーが飲みたかったのでこのお店は開いていたので入りました。オーダーに来られた時にコーヒーを頼んだら「それだけ？」と言われ「Yes」と言うと、はぁぁと思いっきり溜息つかれてメニューを勢いよく奪われました。とても気分悪かったです。

Restaurant is located very close to the station.Team was friendly and efficient. Soup,spaghetti Bolognese was delicious .

As mentioned in my review of the hotel, it is not what it used to be. Especially the breakfast. I first stayed here beginning in 2001, and over the years, the breakfast has gone down hill. No longer a large variety, the scrambled eggs are always, under cooked, and they took away many of the breakfast foods I used to enjoy so much. Dinner however is another matter. Here, it is truly a 4-5* experience. Wonderful, original dishes, many courses, including desert! And very reasonable at $50 or so. The staff for me was about 50/50. One of the waitresses was the most kind, warm and caring I have ever had.

Mai mangiato come oggi. Pessimo cibo e servizio zero. 5minuti per il menù, 5minuti per ordinare , 5 minuti per avere menù bibite e altri 10 minuti per pagare il conto. Il cameriere ci ha ignorato per tutto il tempo. Per l’acqua addirittura ci ha informato che si deve pagare come sembrasse che io non avessi soldi e dopo questo ci ha portato acqua del rubinetto mentre tavola accanto quello in bottiglia. Non ritornerò mai più. E consiglio a altri che stano vedendo le recisioni di valutare bene

Sehr rustikale Einrichtung. Grosse Auswahl an klassischen Gerichten und Schweizer Spezialitäten. Sehr grosse Portionen! Schöne Weinauswahl. Bei unserem Abendessen (4 pax) waren diverse Speisen ziemlich stark gesalzen. Moderate Preise. Guter Service.

Wir haben hier zu Abend gegessen und es war eine schöne Erfahrung. Die Sitzplätze im Freien sind immer pakced, wir entschieden uns für ein ruhiges Zimmer im Inneren und am Ende war der einzige Tisch in diesem Zimmer, das war gut für uns. Die Kellner waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Mann hatte die Rosti mit einem Beilagensalat und er war mit dem Essen zufrieden. Unser Sohn hatte den Hähnchen Burger, der eine tatsächliche Hühnchenbrust war, nicht gehacktes Hühnchen und eine Seite Pommes Frites. Die Pommes waren etwas teuer für den Betrag, den Sie erhalten. Ich probierte etwas aus ihrer saisonalen Speisekarte: wildes Wild mit Rotkohl und Spätzli. Es war sehr gut. Die Fleischportion war anständig und es war zart bis auf ein nicht essbares Stück. Die Portionen Kohl und Spätzli waren sehr groß. Ich konnte es nicht alles beenden. Wie bei den meisten Schweizer Restaurants ist es ein bisschen teuer, aber besser als andere.

Wenn Sie Nahrungsmittelallergien haben, vermeiden Sie dieses Restaurant um jeden Preis. Das Essen ist schrecklich und die Angestellten sind ungehobelt und rassistisch, um es milde auszudrücken.

Nourriture excellente Endroit chaleureux et très propre MAIS le service ( Eva ) .. impatiente, expéditive et sans sourire .

位置很好，火车站斜对面。餐厅环境很好，大部分座位都被预定了，服务员很忙碌但是热情。价格在瑞士高物价的基础上还算性价比颇高，而且关键是味道很不错。给个价格参考吧：肉酱意面19瑞法，煎猪排28瑞法。

ホテルの一階にあるレストランバー。閉店間際にはいったにもかかわらず丁寧に楽しく対応してもらえた。スイスワインやビール、ウイスキーなども高くなく美味しく飲める。

ユングフラウヨッホからの帰り道に散策と昼食に途中下車しました。ウェイトレスの対応も良くまた日本語メニューがあるレストランです。薄味で素材の味を活かした美味しい料理、特に付け合わせのミックスサラダが美味しかった！ロケーションも最高、目の前のEigerを見ながらのんびり食事ができました。

レストラン入ってすぐ美味しそうなお料理発見。オーダーしたが、特別メニューとのことで断られたが、交渉してくれて、食べれました。のど肉のフライ。柔らかくて美味しかった。

疲れもあり食欲も落ちてたのですが、メニューにトマトスープがあり、それとサラダで丁度いいと思いオーダーしました。これが大正解で濃厚なトマトスープが外で頂いたのですが量は多めでしたが最後まで冷めることもなく疲れた体を癒やしてくれました。家族の者は牛のステーキを食してましたが美味しいと完食。駅からも近く日本語メニューもありとても良かったです。

食事の種類豊富です。利用するテーブルにもよりますが目の前にアイガーが見えるのでロケーションもばっちりです。スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーで楽しく食事ができました。また利用したいです。

The reason why I’m giving a one-star is because I felt extremely disrespected here by the host/waiter.My family and I walked into a very pleasant looking restaurant and asked if we could get a table for 4 by the windows (which by the way, had no reserved sign or anything on them). The waiter replied with a flat “no” and proceeded to glare at me. A little confused, I replied “Ah I see, may I ask if there is a reason why?” He rolled his eyes and said they are reserved. I politely apologized for wasting his time and said that we would continue on our way. At this point, even though he was already rude, everything is okay. I understand that he’s probably busy and that it’s stressful to work in a place with a lot of tourists. We walk out now, we’re all good. No hard feelings. The next part is what infuriated me.The host/waiter then shrugged and said “Fine, then move out of the way.” As he said that, he proceeded to move toward the kitchen and actually aggressively shoulder bumped myself and another family member. I was so shocked and angry that I almost made a scene. I don’t have expectations for people to be friendly or inviting at all times, I get that people have rough days. But at least don’t be disrespectful. What this host/waiter did was downright disrespectful and no one deserves to be treated like that. Please show us out the door respectfully. I will not be back here again and I don’t recommend eating here. There are plenty of great places to eat. I suggest Restaurant Glacier!

Près de la gare et pourvu d’ une terrasse le restaurant accueille bien ,comprend le français et propose une cuisine simple mais goûteuse et généreuse!Une adresse à retenir!!

夫婦でチキンのソテーとコルドンブルーをシェア。それにインターラーケンのルーゲン醸造所のビール。温かみのあるインテリアも居心地よく、楽しく食事ができました。サービスもてきぱきしていて、印象がよかったです。

We were in Grindelwald the first week of the season, there was very little open. The Kreuz & Post had good food and very good service

We had dinner at this fabulous Swiss restaurant almost every day we stayed in Grindelwald. It was that good!

Bei gutem Wetter und gleichzeitig laufenden Vorbereitungen für den Ultra-Trail auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite schönen Platz draußen bekommen. Die sehr freundliche und höfliche schwäbische Kellnerin hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Preis/Leistung bei Schweizer Preisniveau sehr in Ordnung. Speisen schmackhaft und Portionen in Ordnung. Vielen Dank. Gerne wieder.

We visited here as it has good reviews and clear vegetarian options on the menu. We booked in advance which was a good call because we had a table reserved in the window with an Eiger view. The food was average Swiss fare- my partner ordered the vegetable plate- which was literally a plate of steamed, buttered vegetables. I ordered the rosti, which was also very buttery... and perhaps better at other restaurants. The service was very welcoming, helpful and cheery. All-in-all okay- solid Swiss food.

Das Essen war super und das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen und mussten nicht hungrig nach Hause. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert!

コルドン・ブルーはハムとチーズが挟まったシュニッツェル（カツレツ）のようなものと聞いていたが、とろとろのチーズがあふれ出るような一品で美味しかった。パンはついているので、これとベルナーオーバーラントの地ビールRugen Bräuでお腹いっぱいに。値段はこれだけなのでまずまず。

Repas excellent et cadre magnifique et chaleureux. Personnel très sympa et là pour ses clients. Je me réjouis d'y retourner.

Wir haben einen Tisch für 8 Personen reserviert für meinen Geburtstag und es was einfach wunderbar. Die Frau die sich um uns gekümmert hat war sehr freundlich und wirksam. Das essen war fantastisch. Das Fleisch gut gekocht und als letztens bekommte ich sogar noch einen Kuchen. Apropos der portugiesischer Wein war köstlich, passt super mit dem Fleisch! Ein wunderbarer Moment!

We have eaten in this restaurant for over 12 years and never been disappointed. Bit pricy but you get what you pay for.

Cette fois service catastrophique , notre serveur est nul et la serveuse super rapide lui pique tous ce qui arrive et sert ces clients et les autres attendent. Mécontent je me fais envoyer aux pives par le serveur 10 min. pour servir la soupe du menu 20 pour la salade et plus de 30 min. pour le plat principal avec des nouilles pas chaudes du tout. Dommage car la qualité et bonne et si nous avions été servis par la dame ça aurait été toute autre chose. Quand à la patronne pas foutue de passer pour voir notre mécontentement en plus ce n'était pas plein.

Bons produits de qualité . Ambiance cosy. Service rapide et attentionné. On y va en toute confiance!

Très belle soirée dans un cadre agréable, très belle carte des mets comme des vins. Ce que nous avons commandé était excellent, toutefois le prix pour cette qualité de service et de repas est légèrement trop haut. Tout de même une bonne découverte.

Less formal than the upstairs restaurant but excellent food all the same, whether you want a full menu or just a snack..

This traditional Swiss restaurant offers many regional specialities as well as some classic dishes served in a traditional Alpine setting. The food was excellent - I had one of the best veal liver dishes in my life. They also have a kids menu. The service was friendly and attentive. They provided pencils and colouring paper sheets for our son, which we appreciated. Excellent choice in Grindelwald.

The food was good but had too much salt and was quite pricey. A CUP of soup was equivalent to $12 usd.

Service très sympathique. Super pour les enfants (dessins crayons, choix de menu pour enfants ou de prendre une assiette vide pour partager avec les parents - portions plutôt grandes). Joli décor et surtout, très bon plats!

We been there twice while we visit Grindelwald, food was good, we had dinner for New Year’s Eve and we had a wonderful time, food,staff everything perfect.

Filet de boeuf aux herbes maison à 53.-. La pièce devait peser 150 gr au max mais elle était tendre et excellente. J'ai demandé des rôtis et cela m'a été facturé 4 fr. Ce n'est pas une question de prix mais de bon sens. On a pris une btlle de vin au vas où. Et l'émincé De veau zurichois était excellent mais un peu salé à mon goût...Et le service de Steffi était adorable.

Food was so good here, we had it two nights in a row. Service was friendly and great. Had the veil medallions in the mushroom sauce and bacon potatoes, so good. Also had the schnitzel, highly recommend both these dishes.

Wir machten einen Abstecher nach Grindelwald und suchten einen Ort wo wir gut essen könnten Dieses Restaurant wurde uns wärmstens empfohlen. Da wir keine Reservation vorgenommen hatten waren leider alle Tische besetzt . Doch das Personal strengte sich an eine Lösung zu finden. Wir gingen einen Moment in die Bar und durften wenig später den Stammtisch unser eigen nennen. Die Bedienung war super effizient etwas harsch aber unglaublich schnell und trotzdem überfüllten Restaurant mit trockenem Witz und Freundlichkeit bespickt . Das Personal hatte das Restaurant voll im Griff . Nicht einmal empfanden wir es als wäre der Service überfordert. Das Essen war durchaus sehr gut. Wie verbrachten einen tollen Abend in einem typisch schweizerischen Lokal (Chalet Stil ) mit hochwertiger Küche . Kompliment ! Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen !

Visited Restaurant Kreuz & Post on Christmas Day for a joint celebration, it was my wife’s 50th birthday as well. Our table of 10 was looked after very well and they were very accommodating when it came time to order. There was a set Christmas menu or you could order al la carte. We were able to mix and match as we pleased and nothing seemed to be a problem for the wait staff. The choice was extensive from rack of lamb to snitzel, there were snails and a local fish who’s name I can’t remember. Everything was very good and to top it off we had a visit from Santa.
