Restaurant Perla Nera in Bern

The food doesn't taste good at all, the service is demotivated and disrespectful, and the price-performance ratio is also not right for this package. By far the worst pizza in the Bern region.

Very tasty food and the service is also very friendly. Dogs are also welcome <3 Gladly again :)

I was really impressed by the Perla Nera Restaurant…The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The menu was creative and the portions generous. The presentation of the dishes was an authentic work of art. Very good and large pizza! The ingredients were fresh and high quality and the flavor was simply delicious. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food!

I was a guest at a party, friends who knew the place, located in a beautiful location, welcomed cordially at the entrance by the staff, there were no waiting times for the dishes, despite so many people. All perfect excellent food Italian cuisine and as an Italian I very much enjoyed the à la carte and menu dishes, accompanying lunch with an excellent Italian wine, finishing with exquisitely delicious desserts. Highly recommended and happy to return.

Overloaded staff resulting in very long waiting times. Food wasn't great.

01/06/2024. The service was totally overloaded and disorganized. Waited 40 minutes for 5dl of white wine. The kitchen had a lot of trouble producing the food. Cold starter came after 1 hour and wasn't fresh, just cheap meat from the wholesaler and the salami was inedible. After the complaint, the response was completely unprofessional. We are not aware of anyone's fault and are not making any mistakes. Didn't have to pay for this starter. Ps: for the price everything has to be freshly cut. After 1 3/4 hours the main course came. The red wine we ordered with the main course was also not served and we had to complain. The pasta had no taste too bland and unsalted. The meat was ok but nothing more. We were there three times that day, the first, the only and the last time. Not recommended.

Very nice atmosphere! They put in an extraordinary amount of effort during the 2-year renovation. The staff is warm, quick and attentive. The pizza was huge and, along with the slightly heavy mozzarella, fantastic. Prices are affordable. So: highly recommended😏 e good for those who wanted to know😉

First visit and pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and you immediately feel very comfortable. Excellent food and very friendly service. Since it was not yet openly on offer, as a spontaneous gesture from the boss, a great Tuscan bottled wine could be ordered open by the glass. Thanks!

The food tastes great and the portions are really large. The Italian dishes are more convincing in terms of taste than, for example, schnitzel or fish. Otherwise top service and fair prices.

Food itself is good and inexpensive. Unfortunately service was a bit inattentive. No cheese with pasta, no salt & pepper on the table and no hot oil with pizza. No other interaction either. Plates were cleared late without comment. There was no request for coffee or dessert.

Bösch Jürg. This is my third time at Perla Nera. Today for my 75th birthday and I wasn't disappointed again. For me, price performance is right. To the guests who were apparently disappointed, you always give a second chance to perhaps judge objectively. Will we see each other again at Perla Nera? see you JB

Food was OK. Service very, very bad. Price OK. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. and there was already no pizza left. It's a real shame because the restaurant has been renovated very nicely!

Pizza ultimately big and ok. But service is really very slow. Long wait and inattentive. It's not that fun. Were here twice and won't be back. Ambience rather loud.

Location was nice, pizza was good, unfortunately the pasta was a little less bland and the tomato sauce wasn't seasoned enough and wasn't cooked for long. Service was reasonably friendly but a bit absent.

We were at the opening ceremony yesterday and our impressions were just wow. Great location, a wine cellar that we have never seen before in a new building. A newly built restaurant in a completely old style is simply excellent. Many thanks to the Perlanera team who hosted us for the opening all evening free of charge.
