We ordered 1x burger and 1x cheesefries which really isn't much and had to wait 2½ hours until the food came with about 5 extensions of 15 minutes to 1 hour. Absolutely miserable, something like that simply shouldn't exist, really BAD service.

Food ordered, 1 hour delivery time was then increased to 2 hours only to be canceled 20 minutes before delivery. Thank you very much now all restaurants are closed.

The burger was tasty, although the bun was a bit “soft”. ​​The staff was very friendly, the place was clean. We didn't like the music at all (which unfortunately the staff can't change - poor people) and the fact that you smell like a burger after visiting the restaurant.

The food was very good, I had the chili cheeseburger and a side salad. The burger was spicy and tasty, the salad was fresh but not particularly special. Unfortunately the service wasn't that good. First there were 2 ladies at the checkout, I think one of them should be trained, but neither of them spoke German (English wasn't that good either) or understood the checkout system. I have no problem ordering in English but it would be good if someone understood the system. Shortly afterwards, however, a young man came to their aid who understood and spoke German. So ordering worked well.

Best, juiciest, well prepared hamburgers in the city.

I ate this burger and they are the best burgers I have ever eaten and I really liked the super friendly staff. I recommend coming back soon

Super friendly cashier, I felt like i was welcomed into the locale the moment I arrived. The interior is nice and it’s comfortable to dine in, and the food is absolutely delicious. It reminds me of my favorite restaurant back in Alicante, it’s probably one of the best burgers in Switzerland. Will come here again.

The burger and fries were tasty, although not exceptional. Although the price is rather high. I was pretty disappointed with the staff. In one ear headphones, even when ordering. The restaurant itself makes a mediocre impression. Large packs of drinks were just lying around on the counter and the staff also seemed to be consuming one or two alcoholic drinks themselves.

We used to always like to go and get burgers from you. But unfortunately the quality decreases significantly. Reason for my rating: The last time we visited you, an employee was smoking in front of the door. He didn't like the fact that we came and he barely made room for us to enter the store. He continued to smoke comfortably and then came 2 minutes later to take the order. We (3 customers) ordered 3 different burgers and 3x cheesefries. Without washing his hands, the employee put on a glove and started frying the burgers. The burgers were then prepared with both hands and only one glove. Unfortunately, it's pretty disgusting if you still had the fag in your hand beforehand. When the burgers were ready, it occurred to him that we also wanted fries. The burgers were served open the whole time. When the fries were ready, the COLD (it was 20 past 12!) cheese sauce was added on top. Conclusion: Burger was cold and the fries were inedible with the cold cheese topping.

Nice shop with friendly staff, but a long wait for the burger even though there wasn't much going on. The burger was okay but way too expensive. The fries were also OK but not as good as they should be for the price. I will enjoy my burger again in other restaurants.

Disastrously run store. Strange pricing policy... Make customers wait and then tell you at the end that the ingredients are gone prevailing internal communication problems...

I had to wait more than an hour for the food to be delivered even though it was promised within 20-40 minutes!!

Drinks were forgotten! Afterwards I tried calling the restaurant 20 times and no one answered even though they were still open! Fries were cold. For this price the whole service should simply be better…

Food wasn't that great. The burger was like it was dipped in oil. The fries had no seasoning. The table had a strange smell from being cleaned. Unfortunately not worth the price.

The food was good. The buttermilk chicken burger isn't bad, the fries were a bit well done. Service was also ok, but could be a little more attentive and offer ketchup or mayonnaise without asking. Price-performance is okay, I would say. However, you can hardly sit in a restaurant without smelling like a burger. The open kitchen directs all smells unfiltered into the guest room.

Delicious Chef burgers, served by the friendly Chef. We enjoyed dining in listening to nice Spanish music, and came back the next day for take-aways for the whole family, who were all very pleased with the food!

By far the best burger I’ve had in St-Gallen! I’ve been there many times and was always pleased with the freshness and quality of both the burgers and the fries. On top of that the two woman working there are lovely!

Good burgers, veggie and Gluten free available and good fries. I had the Tofu burger with gf bread.

Decent and tasty burgers and side dishes such as fries (also made from sweet potatoes) but the ambience and cleanliness are below average. Prices felt very high (four menus cost us CHF 120)

Very tasty, simple burgers. Price-performance ratio is great.
