It's a good restaurant for people who can't get a job or have a slight disability, the staff from the boss to the cook and service are all very nice, very fine food, good atmosphere. Not stressful, everything very quiet. I like that. Will definitely eat there again.

Very tasty food and valuable social commitment! You can tell that everything is freshly prepared. I have never been disappointed by the quality, but have always been surprised by the new, exciting creations. You can also start the weekend wonderfully with the rich brunch, everything lovingly prepared on the étagère and mmmm the pancakes at the end! The staff is very friendly and committed. I think it's great that people with disabilities are able to find employment here (there are far too few protected jobs in our society!) and that you can experience such friendly service as a guest at Quai4. If it's busy, you might wait a few minutes longer for a drink; but our society would benefit from more of this deceleration and mutual respect.

We went to this restaurant with a group. It was noticeable that the staff were overwhelmed by the size of the group. Although the homepage says: Suitable for groups. The hamburger bread was so soft that you couldn't eat it. It was like pudding.

It was a great discovery. I will repeat. My family loved everything and we left there happy.

After ordering breakfast we had to wait over an hour for the food. Only after we repeatedly pointed out what we ordered was brought, even though there were hardly any guests present and there was a lot of staff on site. However, the brunch came incomplete and what was missing was no longer brought. The price-performance ratio is generally not right either, I've had better breakfasts for this price! I won't visit again, not recommended...

We were there for brunch. Quality of the food was good. Service was not satisfactory for us at all. We had reserved and sat down. We sat there for 40 minutes until someone came. Then we spoke up. Then it went another 30 minutes until something was on the table. It also took far too long to order the drinks. We had 4x brunch for 40Fr per person. Paid and not everything was served as described in the menu. I think it's great that there are places like this that support and help people. But in the end you pay, and not a little. I think it would be advisable to set up a brunch buffet or better accompany the people who work there. But that's a matter for management. It's not pleasant as a guest if you have to wait 10 minutes to place an order and another 10 minutes until it's at the table. If you see it, there are five of the staff standing around. I definitely won't go to brunch again

I've often gone out for a drink and/or something to eat at Quai 4 and always went home with a smile on my face. The service staff is super friendly and attentive. Since they employ employees with special needs, the waiting time may be a little longer from time to time. But the wait is definitely worth it because the food is extremely delicious! The menu has an optimal size (you have a choice but are not confronted with the inability to make a decision). The menus are rather small, which is perfect for food sharing. Just order everything and share everything :) The terrace is comfortably furnished and in a quiet, central location. If necessary, you can do your shopping in the shop next door. I can only recommend the Quai 4 Restaurant and will enjoy something there myself more often :)

I loved the rural atmosphere in the middle of Lucerne and they offer Swiss products. I'll go back there for sure.

55 minutes after we sat down at the table we got our breakfast. the simple, small breakfast. an incredibly long wait for that little bit of food. no warm food. We were offered a bottle of water as compensation. which either way according to the menu would be included in breakfast. The food was delicious, super fresh and crusty bread. The heavily salted butter with the jam was not to our liking. Waiting time catastrophic, food? but delicious. That's why 3 stars from us anyway.

The alternative restaurant Quai4 employs people with special needs and offers 2 lunches at very reasonable prices. Please test it and form your opinion.

Fresh, regional, fair and various vegetarian and vegan options. As if that wasn't reason enough to visit Quai 4, the staff is the absolute best. Always friendly, helpful and extremely charming. We like to eat a fine menu here for lunch or get something from the buffet. The brunch is also heartily recommended!

The staff at Quai4 is really top notch. The food here is 90% homemade. Excellent beef tartare, great selection of fresh salads and the dessert, blueberry ice cream with popcorn topping, incredibly intense in taste. Be sure to try “Rahel Spring,” a refreshing aperitif with a martini and elderberry syrup.

I was here around 10:30 a.m. today and everything was great! Ordered a delicious chocolate cake with herbal tea. All good and very tasty. Atmosphere cozy, but a bit like a canteen with orders at the bar.

At 6:35 p.m. the military arrived. I'll wait a bit longer, after all I can park and wait for free........ A NoGo no matter how small or large the rest is. Pure disappointment sry for these words. I'll then write how it went. So it's now 6:53 p.m. and still no service. I won't be showing up here again any time soon! Bye Quai4
