Ristorante Pizzeria Centro in Luzern

Very nice service and friendly restaurant. After I complained about something about the main course, a dessert was offered for me and my wife. That's service! Thank you.

We were there on New Year's Eve. We first ordered two mixed salads, then two cordon bleu (one with vegetables and one with pasta). Everything was served too quickly (not the first time). The main course came and the salad plate was simply taken away from me, even though I was still gathering the sauce. The side dishes for the main course cooled down quickly (we assume because of the ventilation that moved through the restaurant). I took another coupe for dessert. Inside were various small pieces (one looked like a piece of beetroot). I complained to the boss and he said he would clarify it immediately. We still don't know to this day whether it was like that or not because the boss didn't think it was right to inform us what it was or what it was about. Even when he said goodbye, he did nothing of the sort. Only bad. We no longer come to the “Centro” in Lucerne.

Good pizza, always good lunch menus. Price performance is good, service is very friendly.

An outdated company. It's resinous in too many places. The service is poor, the food barely meets the quality requirements and the ambience, apart from the terrace, is an aesthetic disgrace. We can only hope that you will soon gain the insight to make adjustments.

Super fine pizzas and friendly service! Good price/performance ratio. Great for groups - thanks for the great and uncomplicated service! Take-away offer is brilliant and takes very quickly! I called and was able to pick up 10 minutes later. (On a Monday at 11:30 a.m.)

We were at the Centro today with our family and friends. We would particularly like to highlight the service (the lady), who was very attentive. A big compliment for proactively making the effort to inform people in the children's playroom about the arrival of the food and more! Thank you very much for the children's playroom, very family friendly and relaxed for us parents. The very fine food, where no savings are made, completes the restaurant's beautiful profile. Gladly again! Recommendation!

Unfortunately there is only convenience food to eat there. Salad from the prepackaged, salad dressings from the purchased liter bottle, pizzas are made in the electric oven and the dessert... bad.... Coupe Denmark with ready-made chocolate sauce and cream from the spray bottle. Hello? That should be forbidden.

Had the Cordon Bleu with French fries. The fries were good, but the cordon bleu was deducted because of the cheese. In my opinion it wasn't Gruyère, but something else. But the price-performance ratio is good for Lucerne!

The boss would like to be the boss (in our opinion he has no idea what gastronomy means and how to behave towards the guests.) He is not open to criticism at all, as is the staff (can't be better than the would-be boss.) He and his staff want to explain to us how bread is baked, overcooked meat is served and the ("chef") doesn't even know what the dessert is called....... It's a shame for our hospitality industry, we can really do without restaurants like this . By the way, the minestrone wasn't even seasoned. A 35-year-old restaurateur's tip to let the rolls rise more before putting them in the oven was unprofessionally countered and the service simply walked away from the table without hearing the entire comment. A small portion is a small portion "Mr. Chef" We wonder what kind of people open a business without having a gastronomic background. One thing or another may be good, but the reviews on the portal are probably fake or the guests have never really eaten well?! The prices are as high as in a gourmet restaurant, but unfortunately the quality is rather average. The boss is full of himself and should perhaps take a German course and yes, fortunately we also have good restaurants in Switzerland that are run by real professionals who are happy to accept constructive criticism, they are just professionals!!! These are our impressions of the so-called "boss" and service staff of this pizzeria as we experienced it today. The staff can only be as good as the boss sets an example. And by the way, there are very good pizzas in many other places too! This is more about the person “boss” who can’t stand honest feedback! A real disgrace for our hospitality industry!

The Centro restaurant is highly recommended for a cozy evening with Italian flair. The menu is very wide and varies seasonally. The food is wonderful and the portions are generous. The restaurant is worth a visit just because of the thin, crispy and aromatic pizza. The service specialists are also attentive and very hospitable. We will be back definitely! We had arrived in Hanover from the province for a long time today for an appointment, Then we decided to order a GOOD-FREE pizza and lunch at the Pizzeria Centro. We received excellent advice and service from the owner herself. The GLUTEN-FREE pizza was delicious, thin dough and very well topped. The MT menu consisted of bruschetta and a great pizza. We will be back.

The pizzas were really very good! Unfortunately you can't say the same about the staff. None of the gentlemen seemed motivated or interested. You weren't greeted or said goodbye either. It therefore seemed as if guests in the Centro were more of a nuisance than welcome. A pity ...

The Spaghetti Frutti di Mare was really great! By the way, in case you didn't know: Different species of crustaceans living or free-swimming in the bottom zone are called shrimps. As a form taxon, the term groups crabs that are not directly related to each other into one group. Spiny lobsters, lobster-like species (e.g. “scampi” or lobster) and freshwater crayfish are often not classified as shrimp (but see freshwater shrimp). (Source: Wikipedia.de) I think the shrimps used for cooking there have a fairly large living space when raised, which makes me personally happy. The landlord is a very likeable young man who is always friendly. Price/performance - > top! 5 Stars.

We knew the Ristorante Centro from before. before the renovation and old tenants and were not enthusiastic at the time. However, the current owner is great, is always present and takes great care of the guests and their well-being as well as his staff. The cuisine is fantastic and the lunch menus are very varied, which, in addition to the starter (salad or soup), always include a very tasty dessert. The price-performance and ambience are excellent. I attach great importance to quality and professional gastronomy, which is also offered and practiced in this restaurant. I can highly recommend this.
