Hello, we stopped for breakfast in this restaurant, two young boys at reception sitting on their chair with their phone at the back of the restaurant not very concerned about the customers the table was not clean given the load of work at this time at the moment I think they don't have the time to do it... we even had to go get them to be able to pay, it's unacceptable

We had not booked, ultimately on the terrace in the sun the staff takes great care, delicious fondue at 30.- for one person price a little high but restaurant located in a ski resort is understanding. Flawless!

Plain and very expensive cuisine. Expeditious staff. Wine out of stock, a more expensive one not to our taste was imposed on us without a proposal. (Flat, certainly opened the day before) In short, a very effective tourist trap. Disastrous welcome, we will not go back!

Panoramic restaurant, perfect, friendly service and welcome, it gets worse with the prices on the menu, the disappointment is great given the price-quantity ratio, 58.- for 2 fondues and a fondue pot a third full, we are definitely disgusted when it arrives the bill. INCREASED by a tax??? By 5%!!! due to inflation. Scandal and what image this restaurateur gives to visitors to Villars who feel totally cheated. TO AVOID !

Worst service ever!!! They manage to get by because of the location with a spectacular view, but I have never seen such unfriendly and unaccommodating waiters.... Absolutely no sense of service... They even refuse to serve coffee after lunch...

At Snack Self-Service, potatoes dipped in oil are sold as fries. The chicken nuggets were very good. But for 18 per serving you could put some love into the fries.

I stopped at the snack bar at lunchtime, it was good and quick, the setting is magnificent but it's a little expensive, 21 francs for a ham and cheese sandwich, a 5dl canned beer and a tea, it's well sold, it's self-service!..😏

One of the better mountains to ski in Switzerland, many "chez" with great views to rest while you are skiing. ski for all, i prefer blue line to enjoy the mountain. Great weather !!

The waiter was rude, we got totally ignored from the staff, we did not get any service and food, even though the place was half empty. I would not recommend to come here.

Very unfriendly. If you want to feel ignored, this is the place to go. Waiter scolded us for not knowing his rules. Then he sent us to a table never to be seen again. Had to go to self serve to at least get a mediocre coffee.

Total failure of the staff even though the terrace was half empty. Nobody needs to go here if they want to eat something. Unfriendly, unwilling. They don't need our money. I have never experienced anything like it. One star is still too many!

Very very unfortunate! Avoid at all costs, big scam and illegal! The restaurateur charges a 5% tax on the amount already including tax just because of the cost of living! What a scandal, especially since prices have already increased significantly compared to last season. What a bad image we give!!!! Fortunately the other restaurant owners in Villars don't consider us all like that!

Three years ago a fondue cost 25 CHF, now you pay 44.50 CHF. Rip-off beyond compare!!!

High prices, very small portion of onion soup, also pumpkin soup totally overpriced and bland in taste. Bread only comes when we have finished eating.

A beautiful terrace and top-notch roestis. A bit more expensive than average for our lunch-mountain breaks. But to do it again this season.

A double very good experience in this mountain restaurant where we came as a family. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is so friendly! I recommend.

Sunny and welcoming terrace. We have to go and help ourselves at the bar. Then, table service for the meal and we ate well.

You can get a tourist pass that covers cable car, chairlifts and cog railway for 5 swiss francs, but note the cable car stops operating when a thunderstorms passes through.

After a morning of skiing, stop for a little anka. A beautiful terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains. The dishes are nicely prepared and good.

The prices are crazy. Much too high, especially since it's next to the arrival of the cabin, so not the most romantic spot in terms of noise and view. In addition, a few terrace squatters who seem to be part of the fr***** team that runs the place, noisy and smoking firecrackers and doing snowmobile runs. Distressing. To avoid

The prices for the food are really excessive, even taking into account that we are on the ski slopes. However, the food is of excellent quality and the presentation is superb. Very welcoming person.

Excellent location, right at the exit of the gondolas, at an altitude of 2000 meters, with a panoramic view of Mont Blanc. It offers local specialties, such as roestis (rosti) with ham, fondue, but also great hamburgers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However , the prices were a bit steep.

I love this place. The raclette rostis are to die for. Careful after eating them, you may fall in a digestive coma on the slopes...

The service is pitiful, it's truly pitiful. We went twice to confirm and it was the same. 10 minutes to get a menu, 10 minutes for us to come and take our order 25 minutes to wait for the dishes (when we asked a waitress to take our order, she said that it was not her zone - but that do we care?? Not professional at all - plus she took the order for 4 drinks and was almost incapable of remembering it and had to reconfirm) the catering is really not the Employees' "trick" to recover. Note that the barwoman seems to be qualified but is dependent on poor management of the establishment which is a real circus. The food is ok although extremely expensive for the burgers. When the experience of eating out becomes stressful...it's a wasted meal. When you wait more than 40 minutes seated before getting food... you have to ask yourself questions. A reorganization is urgent. Damage. There is potential. I will come back in March to see if this has changed and if I can re-evaluate my opinion. Impossible before because I was disgusted.

A downside regarding the concept of welcoming “Covid” waiting girls, we could have pushed the thinking a little further to improve comfort, we really become numbers, almost livestock, in these stupidly narrow queues and waterproof..

Certainly, the current circumstances mean that you will not enjoy the terrace, nor the interior; However, the welcome is given with a smile (yes yes, the smile can be seen even through a mask), and the pastrami sandwich is great. (what is your sauce?) If you haven't packed your sandwich or you're afraid of ruining it in your bag, then here's the right solution!

We come there every lunchtime during the New Year, always a superb welcome, hot dishes at the same time and always good. Never disappointed here. However, we miss Monseigneur Aubin a little. But the waiters are always very nice and helpful. 5 stars.

Very bad meat on Zurich Roesti. Would not serve to my dog. Replacement Tartar not much better. Charged for Roesti even it was replaced with a cheaper meal. Accompanying Mineral water was served 20 minutes late! 36.00 Sfr for a desaster, albeit in a beautiful place with stunning views.

Reserved the same morning for the 15 members present of the Alpi’broye ski club, we received a warm welcome, varied and succulent dishes at very reasonable prices, as well as attentive and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

Ate very simply but the welcome was ok! The portions of fries for children are copious and those for adults too. Which is positive! However : Rösti sausage at 23 francs expensive when you know the price of a Vaud sausage (max 1.50 francs for restaurateurs) I hope that for this price the staff are well paid! Overall: this establishment is warm and very successful: without reservations = little chance of getting a table!
