Went there for the steak - dinner. It was ok, ambience was just like any other hotel's restaurant. The service was a little bit hit and miss

They Scammed us! saying the event was all inclusive yet they charged us without any prior notice. For simple things like water and prosecco, which they openly presented Infront of us. No one told me I was going to be paying 10.- for a bottle of water. Which easily adds up to 60.- when you're in a group of 7, not to mention the other things they charged us for without any notice. All I'm saying is, for an "all inclusive event" I'm not impressed. The service and presentation was good but we definitely didn't get our pays worth:(

Beautiful location as well as very good food. Had the beef fillet and the vegan steak. The Züri Fries as a side dish - everything was great. The great dinner ended with the beautifully presented, homemade cream cake. Very cool service!

This was a highly unexpected surprise. Having just landed and jet lagged we decided to just eat at the hotel. And we ate blown away. Ordered the ribs that were just breaking as you touch them and melt in your mouth. I could feel some kind of dry rub taste under the BBQ sauce. These ribs were cooked - not boiled to achieve this softness. We also had the 3 types of wings, sweet potato fries and asparagus. Everything was just fantastic. If you're staying here you should eat at route twenty six for sure. The service also was just amazing! The lady who took care of us was just the nicest!

Servers wear “western - style” denim aprons. The roasted garlic soup was very good. Breakfast buffet was extensive and good. Stayed 2 nights as part of tour group, so cannot comment on price.

I am traveling to Switzerland solo and the staff had made me feel so welcome the last few days I decided that it would spend my New Years Eve 2021 with the wait staff of Route 26. With the amazing food, drinks never being empty, clean and professional staff it was honestly a no brainer. The Chefs in the kitchen are really phenomenal! The Steaks, Dessert, Salad I've had just about all of it and I have no complaints! I would give the Sheraton hotel and Route 26 a try if you're in the area!!
