Hello, Saturday we went to the hearts of flavors to buy comforting sweets as a family, I had an apple slice, when I got home I made myself a coffee, I ate the apples first and on the third bite dough, there was something weird and hard in my mouth, I immediately spit it out, actually it was a piece of metal😳I was really shocked, I immediately called my friend who was in the next room which noted the metal. It’s a real shame, because I already have very fragile health, so imagine if I would have swallowed it…..😏

Very friendly staff. They offer homemade bircher, and you can regularly find other dishes, homemade salads, to reheat or eat cold. However, I only give 3 stars, because it is in the sandwiches that I find the quality lower. Despite being a good customer, I have the feeling that the quality of the sandwiches is uncertain. It has happened to me on many occasions that the bread is dry, or overcooked (I specify the sandwiches and not the bagnats). I remain a customer despite everything, and I hope that they will make an effort in this regard, because they sell good products.

The cooked wine tart is simply divine, the puff pastry is thin and perfectly cooked (slightly caramelized), I came on purpose from Geneva to buy this divine pastry, typical of the region (canton of Vaud). It's the best I've ever eaten and so have my loved ones.

10:30 a.m. November 24, 2021. I'm coming to buy croissants. Either it is 10:30 a.m. and in fact there may be no more. And in fact there were no more. After reflection I decide not to take anything. This apparently didn't matter to the waitress who didn't seem very receptive to friendly contact. So I went to the Rougemont bakery which still had croissants and the waitress worthy of the name made you want to come back. And surprise, the croissants were better! In short, goodbye forever to the vile waitress from the heart of flavors!!!

Tasteless and expensive bread. Little pastry, no originality, little finesse and above all little choice, a real shame. I won't go back there again.

The croissants were not fresh (despite being bought in the morning), and had the wrong texture and taste. They seemed similar in taste and texture to a sweeter bread. Chocolate filling was insufficient as well. You can buy cheaper, fresher and better tasting croissants in Migros or Coop.

Nous l'avons trouvé lors de notre promenade autour de Nyon. Sauté par pour avoir la tarte et c'était délicieux. Belle croûte et emballé avec qualité. Ce serait même mieux si je pouvais les amener à réchauffer un peu la tarte.
