We were very happy to meet our good friend after a long time, since we have kids we were looking for a place that is family friendly. I guess the service have some kind of problem with customer, we felt like they gave us free food so they can treat us how they want. We were happy with the food and dont let the service ruin our day. One thing we know for sure is, we will not coming back and will not recommend to our friend/family.

Was at comedy night Very poor drinks distribution in the hall! Employees with cell phones adding up the drinks!!! Bottle return with depot at the same location as issue.. queue for break ready..👎👎

Location: Again Country Festival 2024 On Thursday, February 8th, four of us were guests at the legendary Country Festival. We were all able to enjoy our food with great music. Instead of the nachos that used to be simply placed on top of the chili con carne (soggy nachos), there were now two slices of bread, but it was good. At around 10:15 p.m. we wanted to order something sweet, but there were no staff in the small gallery for a long time. At 10:30 p.m. I went downstairs to look for someone from the staff. The young service employee then informed me that orders for the kitchen would no longer be possible after 10.30 p.m. The staff used to come and give instructions or ask about any orders before the kitchen closed. A nice gesture was that she offered us two coffees, thank you again. Friday, February 9th Attending two concerts within 24 hours is great and not everyday. I booked the same table twice (205) and also the same seats. As we entered, we saw from a distance that two seats at our table were occupied, I headed straight for these guests and told them that they would be sitting at our table. They asked for my Res. table number, 205 was my answer, to which they said that it was not table 205. It can't be, we were still sitting here yesterday! Then it turned out that the table arrangements had been changed. I was very surprised and also annoyed, what's the point of having new table numbers every day??? A supervisor then came to our table and said that the table numbers would change daily. Just in terms of organization, such a system is error-prone and also complex. No sorry came from his lips, it was a shame about the start of the evening. I assume that the table numbers were accidentally mixed up or distributed from the "wrong side". It can be easily recommended, the location is beautiful. Especially on a cold winter night, They have a fireplace with a nice sofa. There is a playroom for kids, and outside the seating under trees. The food is good, it even has several vegetarian obtains. And the service is friendly. Prices are not higher than Zürich normally is. It offers a lot of parking spots if you come by car. Public transportation is a bit more time-consuming as it is at the end of the city. Considering going there after a nice walk in the nearby forest seems perfect.

We went here for brunch some time ago with friends and some children. The brunch was good and had everything it needed. The service wasn't great, but it was ok. It has a children's corner and a playground in front of the house, which was practical. It also has a lot of free parking spaces, which is a bit of a sensation for Zurich.

Quite nice, but to speak of a brunch buttet, nota bene at this exorbitant price, is quite an exaggeration. At best it was a breakfast buffet like you can get in any better hotel for less than half the price. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all.

This is the second time we have dinner at this amazing restaurant and we’re always more than happy. The food is super good, the location is very beautiful and the staff is amazing. Especially Mr. Antonio who is a real gentleman! Can’t wait to be back!

Service assistant Antonio managed to get 2 stars and the good food. But you can't use two ladies from the service and they were sometimes very unfriendly. I definitely won't go here again. Even though the food was good, the prices weren't absolutely too high!

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. The restaurant is child friendly and has an excellent space for kids, indoor and outdoor. I did a reservation with some requests and they accommodated us just perfect. Thank you for that! We just had a misunderstanding with one of the plates we ordered, which we ended up canceling, but besides that all good. Prices are ok, we spent 40- per person for vegetarian lunch, without starter and dessert.

Large, beautiful festival hall for a party with many guests

Unfortunately had a bad experience with one of the waiters today. We were shooed from place to place twice (even though another waiter had seated us there), and it was also rude. The order took a very long time and when it arrived our ice cream was already melted, that's not possible!!! Otherwise nice location & of course there are nice staff too.

Was there with people on Saturday evening. Beautiful weather. The service was very attentive and everyone was well placed. The wine and the food made up the rest and later the cafe with an addition in the lounge. Bravo to the whole team.

A very nice location in summer, clean, nice furniture, great view. The food was good, although one has to say that the price for a Cesar salad of almost Fr. 29 is completely exorbitant. Especially if you get a plate of iceberg lettuce with some chicken and French sauce. Everyone knows that a Caesar salad is served with lettuce. When I get iceberg lettuce in a supposedly good restaurant, I just think it's a disgrace...The service isn't unfriendly per se, but unfortunately it's still not good...They aren't attentive even when there are few guests, everything takes a long time and you can tell that sometimes they just don't Want to take care of the guests. A great location doesn't help if the service isn't right. A pity….

Food and service good. Rather expensive - Zurich.

Had trouble where they wanted to seat us. We ordered steak tartare. One medium and one large portion. They brought two medium portions out. When we said one needs to be large and sent them back, they came out again with two medium portions. Guess what happened the third time? They disappeared into the kitchen and two minutes the large portion was out. Same portion, just smushed down to cover more surface area on the plate. 1/5 for thinking your patrons are stupid.

I was there for a company dinner. I did not like so much the "American" food and in the beginning, the queues to get the food were very long.

We had a very pleasant Sunday brunch here. The service was kind and attentive, the food selection was a good mix of sweet foods and savory dishes. Overall a good price - performance ratio!

We were there for lunch on business. The seavice was quick and friendly. The menu had great value for money and was very tasty. Sitting outside is great in this atmosphere.

In the past we always enjoyed this restaurant but this time wasn’t good at all. The service was mediocre, we had to wait 10 minutes before anyone noticed us to get seated, the waiter literally threw wine in the glasses spilling a lot on the table (luckily not on us) just wiping it away a bit. Then the wrong dish was brought which got replaced by the requested dish but took 15 minutes. The prices are way too high what you get. A starter with 5 shrimps in spicy oil and bread for 22.50 chf and a simple salad as main dish (dressing was lacking…) for 29.50 chf is over the top. We won’t go anymore although the ambiance is fantastic. By the way, people write that they come for the lake view, but there is no real noticeable lake view 🤷🏼‍♂️

Once one of our favorite summer spots, now on the black list. We waited 1.5 hours for the starter (salad). Veal in the Züri Gschnetzlets was tough. Frozen vegetables. White asparagus completely cooked. Hollandaise sauce curdled. Digestive problems at night. 4 items on the invoice that did not belong to us. The waiter at least tried hard, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Top location, furnishings were successful and we felt very comfortable. It has a very small selection of dishes, which doesn't really bother you. We were a larger group and almost everyone chose the Cordon Bleu, which is made from pork chops (on the bone). We went to a concert at the Country Festival 2023. It's so great how it's organized. A big praise. Finally concerts again. The music was good, although the opening act would have been better in the same style of music as the main group, then the atmosphere would have been even better. I still liked it a lot. The service is good and I think the food is too, although I personally haven't eaten there. I heard from some that people were happy.

At 2:00 p.m. the place was almost empty. We had a meeting at the long table and had to wait about 10 minutes before we were finally asked what we would like to consume. The cappuccino was actually just lukewarm...
