Very unfriendly service. As a customer you feel very stressed because the service comes directly. You can't even sit down in peace.

The place is great, the view is not normal. I only took coffee, a muffin, and a sandwich because the place was all nice, but sitting still was bad.

This place is at the same building as the cable car station to Stechelberg and to Birg (and Schilthorn). You can buy there some souvenirs, clothes, chocolates etc. They have a small snack restaurant here. Good for having a cup of tee, hot wine or a beer or some sandwich, soup or cake. There are public bathrooms for free available. The cash desk for cable car and for skipasses is on the other side of the corridor. Beautiful view and small terrace available.

Terrible service and attitude from the woman working here. Cancelled our order and left. Just because I don't hear your question means you yell it at me again. Would expect to find someone with a maturity above a 5 year old.

We ordered coffee Latte, but they gave us cappuccino and charged more, I tried to said to the boss, but her attitude was very terrible, she said to us that they were so busy maybe understood wrong but we still need to pay for it. Even I keep saying I want to order coffee Latte, but she said we need to pay again for new order. I don’t know why I need to pay for their mistake. The most terrible thing is her attitude, she doesn’t want to admit they did something wrong. What is that kind of attitude, what is this boss for foreigners . I don’t think it worth to visit. Don’t go to this kind of restaurant!!!

Decent gift shop with the normal assortment of trinkets. I was a little disappointed to not find as many Schilthorn-specific trinkets, though, as this is at the base of that excursion. Didn't utilize the cafe/bar portion of the shop so can't comment on that. Staff behind the counter seemed friendly and professional.
