Starbucks located in basel near marketplatz. Staff was alone she is cheerful friendly smiling and welcoming. Even she was busy she discussed about my lactose free sugar free preferes coffee. Coffee was tasty cold and quick served. Thank you for being nice and serving good coffees. My choice was ice coconut milk latte.

Starbucks in Switzerland is only for high earners. I just think it's overpriced. 25 francs for three drinks in a small to medium size is quite steep. I love the cold brew coffee, it costs over 6 francs for a little coffee with a lot of ice. There was definitely too much ice in it for me. I find it rather dark in the store itself, and it's not very easy for a layperson to get an overview of what's on offer.

Bought a plastic reusable cup for my coffee and asked them to put my iced latte in it. They didn't even rinse the cup and the lid was full of dust.
