Start Bar in Lauterbrunnen

I visited this mountain and restaurant several years ago and we had a good experience. The 360 restaurant is very nice with amazing panoramic views of the surrounding mountain area. One of the main reasons for visiting was not only to see the mountain, but to visit the restaurant as it was a popular filming location for one of the James bond movies. The food and drink was tasty, at the time we met the manager and she was very friendly and talk to many people. She said that people mainly come here for the James bond filming location. I would recommend getting a reservation for the restaurant as it is popular and can get busy. When I visited it wasn't too bad but it was a little busy. If you in Switzerland, this mountain and restaurant is worth a visit - Recommend

After a visit to the waterfalls, this inconspicuous restaurant was a huge surprise. First of all I would like to thank the service. Friendly, courteous and an honest face. Let's get to what really made us a lovely afternoon. “The food” I can only recommend it to everyone. Are you in the area?? Drive past, take your time and experience these delights. Whether after skiing or after hiking. We'll definitely be back

A real restaurant as one would hope and wish for in the mountain regions. Here tradition is still given great attention. Friendly service.

The schnitzel from the self-service counter was neither fresh nor tasty. Disappointing. If I had known beforehand that there was also a full-service restaurant with apparently edible food, I would have probably gone there straight away… All in all, too touristy for my taste and not recommended!
