SUBWAY in Zürich

I really don't write many reviews, and when I do it's pretty bad.... Unfortunately... Unfortunately, our experiences coincide with many comments here. Something's going wrong. It's no coincidence that so many people spend the evening in the toilet after their visit. Me and my girlfriend were also allowed to sit on the toilet afterwards.... You may say that everything is checked or that this is on paper. But unfortunately reality seems to be different different. I cannot recommend this store. We won't be coming back and will probably avoid Subway. Aside from that, Subway is ridiculously expensive. Almost 45 Fr.- for two sandwiches and two drinks... I know restaurants where you get more for less. Completely failed, sorry...

Food was good and staff was nice. However, the junkie at the next table was disgusting.

Veggie sandwich 15 cm = bread without ingredients. Teriyaki deluxe 30cm = spoiled tasting ingredients, sandwich dripping wet. So far I've only had fresh sandwiches here, but this one time they messed up and I'll never order anything here again.

Tasty, but unfortunately not that clean. At least 4 stars :)

The staff was very friendly and the subs were very tasty and fresh 😋 The restaurant was clean and tidy and was also cleaned in between.

We ordered as tourists via Uber Eats and the subs were very nice and delicious. Much better quality and taste than my earlier only two experiences in Memmingen and Oberhausen (Germany). Highly recommended. Two footlong subs including fries, cookies and two softdrinks were about 60 CHF.

Good disappointment, very incompetent and slow service, she didn't know German or English. To top it off, the service was obnoxious. I ordered from the menu and there was a cookie missing. They didn't even speak German, and everything I would say to them, they wouldn't understand and would already chase me away. Never more

It's nice when you hand out vouchers in front of the store. But if the employee is totally incompetent and understands practically no German, it's very annoying. After the endless preparation, it took her about 10 minutes before she realized where she had to type in my sandwich. Are you kidding me? Do you even give your employees instructions before they are allowed to work? My sandwich was totally cold afterwards.

Subway as we know it. Food was fresh & delicious. The staff was rather quiet and reserved, which isn't a bad thing. Location very well maintained, our place was cleaned as soon as we left, so tip top.

This afternoon the sandwich was once again top as was the service. After the casino in the subway right across the street it couldn't be better. Highly recommended, I will come by often

The service was friendly and the store looked clean. Went there for lunch as a couple and everything was ok. Since then, both of them have been suffering from stomach pains and everything that goes with it. To have spent 50.- on this is borderline. Unfortunately never again.

Had the worst sandwich there so far... They've had new employees at this location for a few weeks (?) who simply work underground. It takes much longer. I received VERY little lettuce, when I asked if I could get some more lettuce I was literally given 5 extra leaves. Same with the carrots. It's just that I was too stupid to ask again. Same thing with the sauce. Combine all of this with the fact that the sandwich was in the oven for about 20 seconds too long, and you have a bone-dry sandwich. And for that (in the menu) you pay just under 22.-? For 22.- I can almost go to a cheap restaurant and definitely eat better. I was particularly disappointed with the salad. Salad will probably be the cheapest product on the whole counter after the spices and there will even be savings there...

The bread was cold and wet and the service was unpleasant. Although you could use the toilets for free, we had to pay, the toilets also had more dirt than any public toilet. And homeless people beg in the store.

Subway is always good, never had a bad experience with any of their stores. This specific one has an interior thats a bit more defined and looks nice. The tables and chairs are a bit on the simple side, not made for staying long, but than again it is a fast food store, so I'm fine with that.

Went to try the newish vegan option, and was very happy with it! It's called meatless teriyaki, and they also have vegan cheese and an explicitly vegan garlic sauce now! I just wish they labelled which other sauces and which bread was vegan, so I wouldn't have to google to find out. The employees were friendly and efficient.

The sandwich selection is large. You can put everything together yourself. The interior may not be very inviting, but the food is great. Lots of options and friendly staff.

Food was great, as usual, and the guy working there at the time of my visit today was absolutely amazing. He not only took the orders and prepared the sandwiches, but he was also responsible for handling the cash register. He was super fast, serving one customer after another, and he also had time to smile and be nice to people. A true professional.

Your usual SubWay taste in the heart of Zurich. It's usually not too busy so wait times are really short too. The prices are not low but in line with any other day food options you will find and cheaper than a restaurant for sure. I personally wouldn't give up fast food but consider SubWay to be among the healthier choices when it comes to it. The salads there are fresh and the fact that you pick each part of your sandwich allows you to make it perfect to your taste.

I'm sorry but only one star from me. Disrespectful employees. This is the third time I've ordered a sandwich from a 45-year-old Turkish woman and every time I had hair in my food. After I complained, she didn't even apologize and I didn't get a new sandwich either. In my opinion very disrespectful!

The food was delicious, but the employee almost dozed off when I ordered and the drink machine didn't work. The toilets were dirty. There was a used condom on the floor.

I share a lot of memories with this subway. The employees have always been very nice and friendly with me and my friends. As far as the food is concerned, it's a very standard subway, similar to ones you find all over the world.
