Suite in Luzern

Just perfect. All the staff is very friendly and very attentive. I've been coming here for 12 years. And have never been disappointed. Keep it up.

nice atmosphere above the roofs of Lucerne. Good place for an aperitif, sundowner or digestive. Unfortunately, our service staff wasn't very attentive and there were longer waiting times. It was also very loud otherwise; both the "background music" and the women's table next door - pleasant conversation was out of the question. My "Sex on the Beach" and my companion's "Basil Smash" were also only mediocre - but as we all know, that's a matter of taste

Had a 50 CHF voucher that was from 2015. Yes, that's right, this one was in my drawer at home for a very long time. The waiter gave me explains that you can no longer redeem this voucher because of the “barcode”. I thought that vouchers wouldn't expire? Well... 50.- is probably gone...adios 👋🏼

Suite/Hotel is only open from 4 p.m. and is located on the 7th floor. The view is great, it has a large roof terrace outside. Suite is recommended, fast, friendly service. The food is also good.

The ambience in the Suite is, as always, breathtaking... but the audience has changed over the years. The service used to be much more attentive than it was that evening. The gin and tonic was served carelessly in an IKEA glass, without "vegetables" or decorations... and for a hefty price.

Thanks to reservations, we got a table right by the window. The non-alcoholic Amaretto Sour is amazing! The aperitif plate could do with slightly larger portions of dips and bread; That shouldn't cost too much extra cost of goods sold. All in all a great evening and the service was friendly and attentive.

A very cool bar with a great view, unfortunately you can't see the Alps. The food is mediocre, but I don't think it's particularly important since people tend to go there to talk and drink. So great for a bar.

We dumped our 2 cocktails because of our unstable table and still had to pay for them, which was cheeky. The 2nd one (Watermelon) was only made of ice - 4 sips & it was empty.. Your cocktails only consist of ice & this is the easiest rip off!!

Bar itself is great, especially the location and the view give you breathtaking views. However, the cocktail was 90% filled with ice and some of the employees were inexperienced. Otherwise everything was great

Very good location, 1 min walk from Lucerne station Always between friends, On the other hand, the bar is really good for dates as the light is quite subdued, the view overlooks the Vierwaldstättersee and of course the decor is very chic The cocktails are 👌 They also have a rooftop where you can eat, I recommend in summer since in autumn it is too cool

Rooftop lounge bar perennially popular in Lucerne. Located on the upper floors of the historic Metropol hotel, it hosts and relives some of the city's recent history. Typical light and glossy rooftop atmosphere, obviously wonderful view. Great for a sunset cocktail.

Located on top floor of corner hotel. Great ambiance, prices in line with other nearby bars, and the rooftop view is tops. Service was easy to find, even when the place was full. Come early if you want a seat outdoors. The elevator can be a wait. Even four people is a snug fit.

Great location. The only downer is the steep prices. And: there were two of us at a larger table - upon greeting we were told that as soon as a larger group came, we had to give up the table. Oh well...

Coherent ambience. The tapas are recommended! The cocktails are good, but in a good cocktail bar I expect (tap) water to be offered with the cocktails without being asked.

They collected too much money from us and 90% of the cocktails only had ice in them. The glasses were also much too small.

Bar in Lucerne right next to the train station. Easily accessible by Oev or nearby parking garages. The location is a plus as the bar also has a sun terrace with views of the mountains and the city. Drinks are delicious, even those without alcohol. Possibility for small meals with the plates. Olives, small spring rolls, guacamole, hummus etc. Be sure to reserve as it is popular.

It was an amazing experience. We visited Chappel Bridge, bear pit, Astronomical clock tower , Einstein Street in the City of Bern. All the places are awesome. We took pictures to make it memorable. It was really an absolute delight.

We went with friends to have some drinks, but unfortunately the service was disastrous. It took them at least more than 10 minutes before they took our order since they didn't have many people. After they brought the drinks they abandoned us completely. No one had asked us if we wanted some peanuts or other things. The waiter had disappeared.. 🙆🏽 Another wait has to be paid. Nice place, but never again....

Cocktails are always great, service is sometimes a little slow, but they are always busy. Quality is always the same and the atmosphere invites you to come back. The highlight is the roof terrace in summer.

Very great location and have been here several times but the service has always been a bit unfriendly - but the drinks made up for it. Now the drinks are bad or hardly have any alcohol in them and you can tell that not much effort is being put into them. Hope that changes again.

The inside is a very nice place for a drink and a conversation in the evening. However, it's an absolute gem for an afternoon cocktail on the rooftop. Views are great inside and out.

Very nice view, but only 2 stars because they deliberately wanted to overcharge us!

We were there last night and actually had good service at the beginning. Until the case in question came about where my beer, which was already enormously expensive at 7.50fr, suddenly cost 9 because the waitress gave herself a tip. I also complained loudly about it, but it obviously didn't bother you. An absolute zero number. Maybe the waiters should be paid better if they start doing crooked things.
