I'm really sorry for giving such a bad review. I used to be a regular and loved their kebab. However, it is far from being the same. A flatbread now costs 12 francs. Way too much!! The meat is dry, the sauces are monotonous. The bag is soft and is warmed up in the Mirowave. Today I tried it again for a long time and ordered a flatbread. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed and I really regret the 12 francs for such a product. I'm sorry, but it was the last time I was here. This kebab became a means to an end. Since it is located at the train station and there is no alternative, a lot of people come and go. The operators are aware of this and, in my opinion, are taking advantage of this with high prices and poor quality goods.

Today, however, the portion is much smaller and the meat could be fried more. What bothered me the most was that you could tell that the staff hated working, they were completely unmotivated and they hardly dared to ask anything

This used to be the best kebab in Sursee. The meat is now cut here using an automatic machine. As a result, the meat is fried far too little. It tastes half raw and the kebab is very small... More of a snack than a meal. A PITY

I wanted to get kebab there today, they were pretty slow, after about 15 minutes the exact same 5 people were still standing in front of me. Since I was neither allowed to order nor was I greeted at all, I went to another kebab shop where I was served.

The quality of the kebab meat was inedible. The fries were rubbery and the cocktail sauce was miserable. THE DÖNER MEAT WAS NOT FRESHLY CUT BUT WAS BROUGHT TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE COUNTER WITH A SMALL SHOVEL!!!!!

I've actually been there twice and now I've decided to leave a review for the third time. The place is quite run down and, as some reviews describe it, rather unhygienic. The service was always on the unfriendly side. The price-performance ratio is definitely unreasonable! (But you can argue that this is due to the station location. However, you could definitely get more out of a kebab. The kebab meat is ok, but not a global sensation, but the falafel is terribly mushy and hardly edible. I hope that the quality improves because the stand is in a brilliant location.

We always enjoy eating at his place! Mega special cheeseburger!! Really tasty! I can only recommend it! However, there is one small criticism of you, we noticed several times that the kebab unfortunately had less meat in the evening than at lunchtime..

The cheese kebab is the best in the whole city. The staff is very friendly and the price is acceptable. Unfortunately, there is often too little meat in the bag and it is difficult to fill up. Still a 5 star rating. Chapeau to the cheese bag boss!!!

After all the good reviews, I wanted to try eating there. When I arrived around 12:00 p.m. the queue was about 10 people long and they were waiting outside for their turn because there were 3 people ordering in the snack bar. I thought it would go quickly, but unfortunately I thought wrong. After 15 minutes the queue remained exactly the same with the same people until some people like me lost their patience and left because of the cold and the waiting times. Unfortunately it is poorly organized by the owner and the waiting times shouldn't be that long and therefore only one star from me with a big disappointment and an empty stomach.

Best kebab in Switzerland than I know. I've traveled a long way. Unfortunately, they don't make hamburgers that well. The sauces are also on top. Unfortunately, when you are stressed you no longer pay as much attention to the quality. Has vegetables E.g. Onions in there that you didn't want or the kebab is half warm. And if you order spicy, they are usually one-sided, meaning one side is very spicy and the other is not at all. The service is friendly if you catch the boss and you can tell from an employee that they would rather do something else. But I'm still extremely satisfied.

For me the best kebabs ever! Especially the Dürüm and the fries are fantastic. It always depends on who makes the kebab, but they are usually good to brilliant. The service is always friendly and pleasant. Try the Hamburger Spezial (pocket bread kebab with burger meat).

I have NEVER seen a snack bar that is SO STINGY with the meat!! 1 pocket bread with just meat and sauce costs 10Fr.-, although a Migros chicken sandwich is thicker. If you want a decent kebab with decent meat in it (like you get it everywhere else) you pay 12Fr.-!! Rip off!!
