Cold ovaltiene was room temperature With both butter, the casing was smeared. Floor is very slippery with wet shoes. Otherwise we liked it

Best breakfast in town. Don’t think, just come. They even have English menu now and server are so welcoming when they see tourist ;)

We came in a bit earlier around 8:30 am, and were comfortably seated. Very relaxing cafe with friendly customer service. Food is delicious with generous portions and the atmosphere is very down to earth. Would recommend the hasbrown complete!

You, dear Suter team. Of course I can give you more information about it. YOU have a pretty loveless room there. The service you offer is below average. The decoration YOU provide in your store is practically non-existent. The room is very sparsely furnished. The map is minimalist. The taste of the coffee is not up to par. I could write you more about it if you want.

Lunch package at 25 CHF. Very hearty dish with Rosti, cheese, eggs, ham and bacon. The cheese brought out the flavor well, the eggs were very runny and the bacon was not dry. Good place for a classic breakfast. Allow 30CHF for the menu, drink and bread.

Very good and generous morning meal. Was served in a very friendly manner by a young waitress. She didn't speak German very well but she was so friendly that I had very positive memories of her. Some people can take a lesson from that ;) Gladly again

I was here for breakfast. Staff is very nice and price are ok. But quality of the food (bread, croissant, butter and jam) is pretty low. Supermarket quality.

The cashier gave me a terrible gaze , no smile , kein grützi :( I felt like I a criminal in this bakery , however , I had to ask the reason why the Cashier looked at me in such a manner.She replied too many stupid tourists , then she went started talking silly in SwissGerman with her other colleague laughing . Talking bad of customers no matter where they come from or how they look like is somehow very primitive .Once again the pastry I bought was just tasteless cold in the middle , and to be frank after a few bites I threw it into the trash. Ein sehr schreckliches Einkaufserlebnis . Katastrophe 1/10

Nice place to work and enjoy a cut of coffee

Delicious omelettes, fantastic coffee. They have a baller espresso machine and syrups as well. The staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

Sometimes like this... It depends very much on personnel. When there's a lot going on, it's easy to forget. I think it would be better to have more quality instead of quantity.

Good food and very friendly service

The Birchermüesli was very good and there was bread with it. The tea was served in a large cup, which I really appreciated!

Very neat and clean. The warm welcome by the staff will touch your heart. They can speak English. We had pizza margarita, fitn schweischni and schnitzel vegetarisc. The quantity is more than sufficient for brunch. It will cost within CHF 30 per person per meal without drink but with regular water (not packaged).

Irish coffee is great. They have a bakery market and a restaurant. Restaurant you need to be served and they charge 7.5% on top service charge since they served you.

The slices taste like sweet butter, completely exaggeratedly fatty. You can't eat the pizza quiche, it tastes like bechamel, I have no idea what was made there. I had to throw it away. But braids and Russian braids are very good :)

Today I felt that two employees deliberately spoke to me in standard German (even though I spoke Swiss German to them) because of their way of speaking. I probably have a slightly southern look, but I'm Swiss. Was probably the last time I visited this conservative bakery.

Coffee and luggage were fine, cleanliness and service had room for improvement, the map was incorrectly corrected, that's not possible

Even on a dirty Thursday, fast, friendly service despite a very busy change of customers.

Was in the cafe to have a drink. Although there were hardly any customers (2-3 of 15-20 tables were occupied and everyone had already been served), it took about 10 minutes until I was asked for my order. This shouted from behind the counter 😹… I didn't feel very welcome in any other way. I hope and think otherwise it will be better. Unfortunately not this time

They are friendly and the rösti is delicious. They even bring a menu in English and the atmosphere is nice :) Free wifi is also available.

Very nice staff that spoke English. Great food and coffee as well. We came back a few days later and had an even better experience. I would highly recommend. Came back again the next day. Every time was great.

Bakery with a decent selection of goodies: baked goods, juice drinks, some sandwiches, etc. I got some random baked goods (labels weren’t in English so I was just guessing) and they were delicious, esp. the “birewegge”. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. Worth a stop.

We had our first breakky in Lucerne in this cafe. The lady serving here is very accommodating. We ordered hashbrown breakfast and coffee. Thr hasbrown is so yummy with soft cheese and fried. Plenty of bread too haha! I guess swiss loves their bread and cheese lol. Highly recommended.

Delicious breakfast. You can get a massive omelette and some of the cheesiest hash browns you’ll ever eat. No need for fondue after a visit to this place. One of the few places in Lucerne with a proper sit down breakfast.

Because I knew they had vegan croissants on offer, they were my first stop when I was spontaneously looking for vegan sandwiches on a Sunday morning. No items or prices listed. You have to pull everything out of the employees' faces. To do this you have to speak standard German so that you are not misunderstood. But they are friendly. They just never come and ask if you want anything else. Too little business interest.

When they open early morning two times happend to me....they sell me products from the day before very cold and for normal price.Everywhere in Switzerland when you sell I speak for the bakerys product from the day before they sell it for 50% of the price. Happend two times for me and I wont go anymore there.Other thing is when I ask the women working there to make the product a litle bit warm she said to me you must wait lot of time that is going slow. Old products for original price...NO THANKS and no time to make it warm...NO THANKS

Sandwich far too much butter for my taste. Patisserie and coffee are quite good so far. The changing room/disabled toilet with the changing table available are unfortunately very unkempt and dirty.

The sandwiches here are very expensive... but despite the high prices, the taste is not outstanding. HOWEVER, the sourdough bread is very good, the 1 kg version is really sour.
