The food is insanely good! My favorites - Tandoori chicken, butter chicken, paneer palak . Very fast delivery, the amount of food is just perfect. Really recommend

Wonderful authentic Indian food at fair prices! The hospitality is unbeatable, the owners are always personally present and very friendly! I go to the lunch buffet regularly and just ordered 30 samosas for a party. Because I had to wait a few minutes, I was offered a chai and a plate full of delicacies. And then the samosas were carried into my car!👍🏾🫶🏼

Food was good garlic nan and chicken tikka masala was good i ordered to my hotel they delivered it free 🙏 ty guys

We spontaneously got a place on a Friday evening, even though there was already a big birthday party taking place in the restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and were able to enjoy the very fine food and the great service. Thank you for that! We recommend. We'd love to come back.

Had great dining experience in Swad recently with Delicious food and super friendly staff. Worth visiting to get a real taste of Indian food.

A disappointing place for Indian food. We ordered dal makhani and what we got was not at all a dal makhani. No urad dal, instead we got a dal with chana dal and black masoor. When we asked the waiter, he said it's their special recipe, haha. Besides, while ordering we asked if they give rice complimentary, and the waiter said no, you have to order separately. When we ordered naan, we got complimentary rice too, a total waste of food and money. Garlic naan was just normal naan with garlic paste on top of it, too substandard. Chicken soup is actually chicken pieces in a tomato soup, that too is not tasty at all. Too chaotic and a bad atmosphere. We could literally hear arguments between waiters at our table. I don't even know why I'm giving a few stars. Only the papad was good.

I went today to pick up my Too good to go service and the order was not ready, They did not know they had an order to prepare. The owner just gave me rice with chicken. Please next time offer more food as I pay for the service

Decent indian which I had as delivery. The sheesh kebab was divine, butter chicken decent, Tikka masala underwhelming. I think the pakoras would have been great but they were over seasoned with a salt heavy seasoning.

Pleasant and good, but unfortunately we were promised a self-service buffet over the phone and it wasn't available when we arrived. That's really a pity. The price for the alternative food now offered was also way too high. Too bad again.

It's a cute restaurant which serves authentic Indian food at a very decent price. From food quality to service, everything was A1. Would surely recommend visiting here and having your favourite Indian cuisine.

Two bottles of water for 23 CSF. Food was terrible, not spicy at all. Just same bland creamy taste in every dish. The service was so slow. We got our naan 30 min before the food came.

VERY BAD SERVICE They charged me 20 euro for a bottle of water and their buffet had disgusting noodles and they had no chicken either. I went home disgusted at went straight to the toillet and demolished it😤

Extremely good Indian restaurant in Switzerland . Its owner Mr Akash and Ms Tamara were too good for visitors and took personal interest in serving all of us . We, the group of 37 had dinner there for 3 consecutive nights on 30th June, Ist and 2nd July, 23. with no complaints whatsoever .We did not miss ‘ ghar ka khana ‘ not even a single day . Thanks Dpaul also for choosing this restaurant for providing Indian dinner in Zurich . Chief cook Mr Mohan ji took extra care in providing dishes of our choice on day 2 and 3 .

Have visited Swaad recently on our visit to Zürich. They served authentic Indian food with quick service. The staff is very humble and cooperative. Had a great experience!

Excellent food topped up with excellent hospitality. Akashdeep and his staff were very good and looked after everyone. I in particular required food with less salt and he went out of way to prepare food for me on all 4 days.

We were in Zurich for 4 days & we had dinner at Swad restaurant. Due to vegetarian we ordered Jain food. Variety of Jain food is very limited one daal & all 4 days paneer (someday matar paneer someday Shahi paneer) but everything was very tasty . Hospitality is very good.

We had dinner there for 4 days and I would say it was the best Indian food we had in the entire Europe with such great hospitality. I will highly recommend this restaurant to all the Indian food lovers .

Best indian food I've had in Zurich Yes, sometimes the lines are long, and sometimes people cut it, but it tastes exactly like an expat would like it: a perfect combination of spicey and flavors at the right price for a buffet. Only enjoyed a plate but it was more than enough for me :)

Just visited this restaurant via MakeMyTrip and the service provided by this restaurant was not good at all. We got low quality food and we were also asked to change the seat as there was no seat for more visitors. When there was another group who visited this restaurant, they got better quality food. The owner was a little rude. The waiters were good though. They should get more space as there was not enough space. Wouldn't visit this restaurant again.

This is the best Indian restaurant I have been to in a very long time. The food is super tasty. I have been to the lunch buffet twice, the variety of options is is wide and the choices were different each visit. The staff are very kind friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back. This is one the best Indian restaurant in zurich. They have buffet during the day. Unlike other restaurant food served is always fresh. The food is not oily as well. They have wide variety of salads and starters and main course. Staffs are good too. Price is also very reasonable. The restaurant has outdoor sitting as well.

The all you can eat buffet has always a good variety, but the food is not very spicy (I wouldn't say spicy at all). If you're just approaching Indian cousine, Swaad is a good choice.

I was pleasantly surprised by Swaad as it looks quite simple from the outside - but the food is very tasty and of good quality, not at all greasy or over-salted. Kind staff too and their lunch buffet is perfect for a quick take-away, will definitely come again.

As an Indian, we rarely go to Indian restaurants because its just not worth it. But Swaad an exception and pleasant surprise. The buffet was tasty, and the service was friendly. A great choice for *North* Indian cuisine.

Best chicken soup, everything else so far is great

Tasty food, good Indian specialties, friendly staff. The restaurant is pleasantly decorated, but not exclusive. The location gives visitors a view of a street intersection. Prices are not cheap, nor reasonable. Main courses approx. 25 - 30 Fr.

We go for takeaway for lunch from here sometimes. Not much choice especially when you want more vegetarian or vegan options. Other than that ok price quality.

The buffet on Thursday is a small but very tasty selection of Indian cuisine. I definitely wasn't there for the last time. It is also quite inexpensive. Just try it out like I did. And don't be put off by the somewhat rustic atmosphere.

I ate at Swaad's very regularly during the years I lived next door. Now that we have moved, I return (or order) as often as possible to this typical, friendly and simple restaurant!

Excellent food and service. The packaging of the food was fantastic; each generous portion of biryani came in its own partitioned plate with a serving of Rita. The plates are sturdy, disposable ones; great for takeaways. The employee who took our order was the absolute best ! The delivery man went above and beyond by carrying our heavy order for us to the doorstep of our hotel room. Thank you for making us the order even when you are supposed to be closed. We were a large group and we needed food fast. The speedy delivery of such a large order was exceptional ! Not to mention prices were totally fair given the portions, we absolutely got high value. Try the chicken biryani, the chicken tikka masala (I liked it more than the korma) and Rita with cucumber. Will definitely order from them again !

Walked by this place tonight and the scent of fresh Indian curries drew me in. Friendly staff helped me chose some take out from their vast menu. Walked home and enjoying it right now, still perfectly warm. Thank you.
