This Asian take away really surprised me in a positive way. The food is very good and delicately seasoned. It tastes like Thailand, the dishes are varied and I'm glad I came across Sweet & Sour by chance. Finally food in Zurich that I like. Big praise and keep it up. We will be back.

Ordering from L'asiate for 2 years. This is our regular address when it comes to Asian food. Always freshly prepared and delivered quickly. Always friendly - we are very satisfied.

Extremely delicious... My girlfriend and I have often traveled to Asia and are fans of Asian cuisine. We always order various dishes from l'Asiate because it tastes very authentic there. Recently we had papaya salad in 2 variations, sweet and sour pork, steamed veggie pockets and spring rolls. Everything was pretty to look at, served on shredded lettuce and the portions were large. The sauces are special, slightly refined with orange juice and chili, something that has never been done before and really surprised me! The Vietnamese papaya salad is a poem, the pork is delicious and very well seasoned. A real recommendation for us. Of course I would be happy to order again!

We order Pad thai with chicken and shrimp. Finally we found the real taste not ketchup taste and happy about it. But other day, we order again and the foods were terribly spicy and could not eat....hope they adjust spice level....

Really great Asian dishes that not only look good when delivered but also taste exceptionally delicious! Deserved 5 stars 🌟 The delivery time is simply great even at peak times - today less than 15 minutes from ordering. Our recommendations: the duck with house sauce - simply a poem! We found out about Sweet&Sour via Uber eats and have ordered several times - we haven't been there yet.

Best food delivery in Kilchberg! very authentic too (having lived in southeast Asia before, I think the flavours are on point). The portions are good, food always comes hot and usually earlier than I thought.

One of the best Asian delivery services ever!! Price performance cannot be beaten, fast and friendly delivery, food always fresh, hot and delicious!!! And they are flexible too. I lived in Horgen for a long time and often and happily ordered there, but I recently moved to Wädenswil and was disappointed to find that Wädenswil is not on the list of communities that can be delivered. Then I just randomly sent an order request and now I can still enjoy their fine dishes again. Simply recommended 😍!!!!

Hello everyone. Unfortunately, it was a bigger disappointment after the big one of joy. 1. The food was delivered incorrectly. , plain rice even though fried rice was ordered. There was also a mistake with the spring rolls that were delivered, they came in 4, we only wanted to order 2 with vegetables and not with what I know was in there. 2. Quality is no comparison to the former Canton in Rüschlikon which has unfortunately closed. The food was a real disappointment, unfortunately the quality wasn't up to par and it was way too expensive. It's a shame but we will never order here again!

the first and last time! sorry, it couldn't be worse. take away would not have received any stars. The one star only applies to the friendly delivery person who was also on time. Sweet and sour chicken a disaster. The breading is rubbery, strange pieces of chicken and probably the rest from the deep fryer. There are also limp zucchini and 1 wedge of pineapple.

Horror!!! The delivery service and the food.Everything. Me and my friend ordered today. 1. Delivery We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. (Please don't blame my friend for the fact that the old address was still on it, as you justified it to me on the phone as your excuse, we called you after just 45 minutes to let you know, and if that was really the problem, then Your supplier would have called us and asked where we were because there was no name. But that wasn't the case. They didn't inform us why it took so long but, as already mentioned, apologized with the justification that the address was wrong . For your information, if he was really already on the way and you had informed your supplier of this, the distance from the old address to the new address is 2 minutes by car. So your supplier was definitely not already on the way like you told me, or at least not near us and don't blame my friend for your 1 hour 20 minute delay. 2. Food We are Asian ourselves and so we know what Asian food should be like! It was totally authentic! I come from the catering industry myself and know how Asian food should taste and be cooked and as I said, we come from Asia ourselves! This wasn't an Asian wonton soup but one made with European vegetable bouillon, Sweet & Sour had almost no meat but mostly flour and the sauce was without pineapple (which Sweet and Sour always has) my food was so tasty. The rice has too little water and is therefore dry!! There was no apology on the phone, no response, nothing! I don't know whether the owner was on the phone or not, but that's definitely not customer friendly! In my many gastronomy experiences, this is unacceptable: making a customer wait for so long, not informing them and then blaming the customer as justification, but as I said, it is only 2 minutes away from the old apartment to the new apartment. Plus we are Asian ourselves and know what Asian food should taste like and how it should be cooked. I have worked in many Asian restaurants myself! After 1 hour 20 minutes and 46 CHF it was not worth the food, the money and the time. I don't recommend anyone to order here, I recommend that you read all the comments first, as when it comes to the delivery and the food, they are almost the same rating. This is not a defamation of reputation (as you said to another customer as a counter argument in the comments) but the fact and an honest open evaluation, that's what the review is for. And if you don't like the way your customers rate you (how you defended yourself from others) then you need to improve or don't have a website!! It's just not worth the money and your time so again I don't recommend ordering here if this restaurant hasn't improved. (It's our opinion) everyone should have their own experience, we did it and will never order here again!

Ordered here over 15 times. Fresh and warm food delivered really quick and always with a smile! For the persons immediately writing a bad review after a bad experience: 1. you can talk and 2. you have phone. Call them and give them feedback. I once got a small portion and called them, they delivered a new portion within 10min, free of charge. That is what I call service!

Pas facile à trouver ce Take away. 10-15 minutes d'attente après notre coup de fil et le tout livré (sur demande) sur le palier de la porte d'entrée (Covid) avec fourchettes/cuillères et serviettes pour un repas improvisé au bord du lac (et oui, tous les restaurants étaient fermés). Poulet, canard, riz frit, le tout bien épicé, très goûteux et des portions plus que correctes. Paiement cash uniquement.Toilettes publiques les plus proches à la gare de Kilchberg à 3 min en voiture de là... ouf !

We ordered take-away during lockdown times. The order came 10 minutes faster than expected, service was friendly, the food was still very hot, and the taste was excellent. Since we had 4 curries it was not easy to figure out whose was witch. A marking on the box would have been nice. The spiciness was just right. We ordered medium-hotness (one and two pepperonis) and were delighted. Large portions that did not leave anyone hungry. We will definitely order again.

It's great that Johny and his team continue to exist. Even if "only" as a take away, (unfortunately no longer as a restaurant) the dishes delivered are great and still hot to eat upon arrival. Price performance TOP!

Horrible! Ordered and specifically requested to pay with card machine upon arrival, they didnt bring it and at first denied that i had requested for it, until i pointed it out on the receipt the delivery driver was holding in his hand. The driver had to call the restaurant owner to see what to do and i even offered to have them come back with the food and the card machine. They refused and left us with no food after an 1 1/2 wait. Wouldn't be surprised if they served the cold food to the next guest based on previous reviews. AVOID

Sehr seltsam und verdarb uns den Appetit: die gebratenen asiatischen Nudeln waren Spaghetti-unglaublich! Darauf hin schrieben wir dem Restaurant-Betreiber ein Mail, auf welches wir nie eine Antwort erhielten. Kurios ist, dass unter der gleichen(!) Adresse ein italienisches Restaurant "Pizza&Pasta Kurier Seeblick" betrieben wird. Ist etwa in der Küche etwas durcheinander geraten..?

My husband ordered from Sweet & Sour for lunch today. When he ordered he was told that the order probably wouldn't arrive until around 12:15. I adjusted my lunch break accordingly and was home on time. But food came at exactly 12:36. That means my lunch break is almost over and I wouldn't have had time to eat what I ordered. Afterwards I was called by a cheeky owner who said: what's so bad about it, the food is only 15 minutes late. So I don't know whether this owner a) knows that a lunch break is limited and 21 out of 45 minutes are extremely long and b) can do the math! Never again!

What a lousy shop. Thai or Mex? What's the point. The food was very bad. Prices high. Soggy and no quality. The food tasted like old scampi fat. The service was good for that 1 star.

Went there for diner with my wife on a DeinDeal offer. The food was very average and rather blend for Thai cuisine as usual in German part of Switzerland. The offer was basically a 50% discount on a starter + main course for two people. Considering the discount the value for money was correct but I wouldn't return there and pay full price which would be definitely expensive for the served food. The ambiance is nice though with cozy wood decorations in a Thai style a bunch of Orchids everywhere.

I've been a customer for many years, both at home and in the restaurant. For me one of the best Thai restaurants in the area, great food and delivery service is also excellent! Always my pleasure! 👍🏻

Since we discovered this great restaurant about 2 years ago, we have been ordering their food to our home almost weekly. I can only fully recommend it.

One of the worst delivery couriers ever.... My menu (Poulet sweet & sour) wasn't exactly tasty in terms of taste... apart from that, a lot of emphasis is supposedly placed on requests - probably hardly, because I asked for the menu to be delivered without cucumbers... it can happen to anyone that they forget it , but I don't think it's great anymore to deliver an expired drink with the date August 2017, i.e. 1 year over! Delivery was also late (over 1 hour) Unfortunately too many negative points Will never order anything here again!!!!

In den letzten Jahren waren wir Sweet & Sour-Kunden, die ihren Heimlieferservice nutzten. Fantastisches Essen, schnelle Lieferung, moderate Preise und sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.

Wir hatten ein Dein Deal Gutschein für ein 3 Gängiges Menü. Die erste zwei Sachen wurden miteinander serviert so dass es unmöglich war, warm zu essen. Die Suppe war sehr lauwarm und den Rest auch nicht wirklich warm. Beim Hauptgang waren die Teller auch kalt so dass das lauwarme Essen sofort kalt wurde, der Reis war nicht warm. Wir haben beobachtet dass die Gäste mit Dein Deal Gutscheine kein Rechaud bekamen um das Essen warm zu behalten. Die andere Gäste aber schon. Das ganze Gebäude ist nicht sehr einladend, im Gang sieht es eher schmutzig aus und der innere Bereich des Restaurant auch nicht wirklich besser. Geschmacklich war das Essen auch sehr enttäuschend. Wir werden sicher nie mehr kommen und ich kann auch den Dein Deal Gutschein nicht empfehlen. Das Essen ist das Geld nicht Wert.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gut gelegen, das Personal äusserst freundlich, der Lieferservice schnell. Allerdings stammt das Poulet von Brasilien und stinkt nach billigem Hühnerfleisch. Die Gerichte sind allerdings sehr gut gekocht, ich bestelle in diese Restaurant nur noch vegetarisch.

They delivered the wrong menu, instead of chicken satay there was a super spicy beef curry. We probably won't be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Estar cerca de este restaurante me decidí a la orden de entrega y fue fantástico. El curry con verduras muy sabrosa y también en el precio. realmente razonables El hombre que recogió el teléfono cuando se pedía era muy amable y el distribuidor también fue muy amable. La comida fue entregada en un buen marco de tiempo y estoy contento de haber descubierto este restaurante con un personal amable y sabrosa comida.

Teníamos un vale para las noches de la semana y deindeal así tenía la comida ofrecida de Szechuan - Suppe sopa saure - scharf - con Tofu y luego un plato de pollo con salsa dulce y agria y luego pato asado con una salsa de soja casera chili. Sabía bien que el pato estaba seca y recocida. y la salsa era demasiado salados. En general, fue buena, sobre todo la sopa. El servicio era muy bueno y el restaurante estaba lleno en una noche de martes, que era bueno para ver. Volvería de nuevo, pero pedir cosas diferentes.

Es waren bis jetzt 3 Hauslieferungen. Jedes Mal top! Super gutes Thai Food. Für uns ein highlight. Wir werden weiterhin gerne diesen home delivery service in Anspruch nehmen. Keep it up! :)

The delivery was late and instead of 2 coconut ice creams there were 3 pineapple ice creams plus a coconut drink and a note that said: Sorry coconut was out, we gave you pineapple 3 times and a drink instead. The orange sauce looked like liquid jelly and the fried rice had tomatoes in it?? Who adds tomatoes to rice? The food was so-so. I will definitely never order there again.

Das Sweet & Sour finden wir eines der besten Thai Restaurants. Vor allem das Curry schmeckt uns immer vorzüglich. Waren bereits diverse Male dort. Die Gerichte sind jederzeit sehr schön zubereitet und mit viel Liebe gemacht... man spührt, da ist viel Leidenschaft dahinter. Wir werden auch noch in Zukunft immer wieder kommen...

Das Essen ist sehr gut, das beste, das ich versuchte in Zürich, und sehr schnell zubereitet. Nehmen Sie aber besser "mitnehmen". Im Restaurant sind sehr schlechte Belüftung und im Inneren.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der Straßenbahn Linien und daher leicht, dieses kleine Hotel sauber und gut eingerichtet war. Die Portionen waren sehr lecker und üppig. Im Allgemeinen die Speisekarte bietet Ihnen eine große Auswahl an Gerichten. Probieren Sie die frittierten Bananen, die hier besser als die meisten sind Ich habe woanders ausprobierten.Der einzige Nachteil ist das Bad, das Auffrischung vertragen.

Schon das am Abend leere Restaurant hat uns stutzig gemacht. Es standen zwar 4 oder 5 Leute des Personals herum. Ein Kochgeruch gab es während der langen Warterei nie. Anscheinend wird das knapp geniessbare Essen woanders zubereitet und herangekarrt. Nie wieder!

Schönes Ambiente sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gutes Essen und freundliches Personal.Werde im Frühling wieder gehen.

Klein aber sehr fein ist dieses schmucke Restaurant mit asiatischem Charme. . Sehr schön angerichtete Speisen. Authentischer Geschmack. Erstaunlich : die Ente war eine der besten, die wir je hatten. Weder fettig oder ölig, sondern knusprig und doch nicht trocken. Jede Speise war ein Highlight.

Gutes und preiswertes Essen in Wollishofen, zum Teil einfallsreiche und sehr aufwändig zubereitete Gerichte. Dennoch sind in der Stadt (Kreis 4) deutlich authentischere Thais zu finden. Aber für einen gemütlichen und unkomplizierten Abend ist das Sweet&Sour ok.

Wir hatten versehentlich landeten wir in dieses Restaurant für das Abendessen und waren auf jeden Fall nicht enttäuscht!Das Essen schmeckt authentisch, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit (spricht Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch) und das Dekor ist schön. Eine Terrasse im Freien ist auch verfügbar, wenn das Wetter es zulässt.Der Preis ist durchschnittliche Zürich Preis für ein Thai Restaurant, aber der Geschmack ist auf jeden Fall besser als der Durchschnitt!Ich werde dieses Hotel empfehlen und wir werden wieder dorthin gehen!

Das Restaurant Sweet & Sour ist im gleichen Bereich wie das ehemalige Hua Hin Restaurant und erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel werden der Straßenbahn Nr. 7 (Butzenstrasse). Sweet & Sour ist zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet und es gibt einen Lunch time all-you-can-eat-Frühstücksbuffet von 11.30 -14.30 Uhr für 22.90CHF oder man kann von der normalen Karte bestellen.Die Sitzplätze im Inneren hat ca. 10 Tuch bedeckt Tische; ein paar Barhocker und in der Mitte des Restaurants ist ein riesiges Aquarium. Sie haben einen sehr schönen Garten Terrasse, die von mehreren Bäumen beschattet.Ich hatte das Mittagessen all-you-can-eat-Buffet. Das Buffet bestand aus Reis, gebratener Reis, Tofu (gut), Chicken (Ausschreibung/gut), Enten, Frühlingsrollen (sehr durchschnittlich). Das Frühstücksbuffet war auf der anderen Seite, aber es gab eine Reihe von Optionen. Ich habe aber den Geschmack des Essens war im Allgemeinen in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Das Personal war freundlich und das Restaurant und die Toiletten waren sauber. Ich würde wahrscheinlich versuchen, etwas von der normalen Speisekarte wie das Buffet vorschlagen.

Ich und meine Freundin bestellen ca. Jeden Monat einmal bei Sweet and Sour. Gleich vorweg. Die Lieferanten sind immer mega nett und freundlich.Das Essen ist wirklich absolute Champions League. Heute Tom Kha Gai Suppe/ Papaya Salat/ Poulet Panaeng. Ich und meine Freundin sind sehr viel in Asien unterwegs. Haben einige Asiatische Länder berreist. Daher kann ich sagen dass die Gerichte Erstens sehr authentisch und Zweitens unglaublich gut zubereitet sind. Man kann wirklich behaupten dass die Gerichte selbst in Asien ihresgleichen suchen. Und sie können's, die neuen Pächter!Ich habe das Sweet and Sour zu meiner Asia-Stammbeiz erkoren und werde da mit Sicherheit zumindest monatlich aufkreuzen. Zum Glück kann man die feinen Gerichte auch "über d Gass" mitnehmen. Das Ambiente und auch die Gerichte haben einen Zahn zugelegt. Beim Ambiente war das verglichen mit der Ausstattung des Vorgänger nicht ganz so schwierig. Die Speisen jedoch verlangen einiges an Können ab. Und für das Geld kriegt (so wage ich zu behaupten) auch der verwöhnteste Gast einen wirklich guten Service geboten.Hua Hin oder Her - das Sweet and Sour hat im Nu mein Schlemmer-Herz erobert!

Wir haben dort für das Mittagessen und sie haben ein Buffet, wo Sie was Sie für23 wollen.- CHF. Es ist nicht die größte Auswahl aber mehr als genug für Mittag- und sehr lecker. Da das Buffet schon dort ist es möglich, einen kurzen gutes Mittagessen.

Das Hua Hin war eines unserer absoluten Lieblingsrestaurants. Seit kurzem gibt es an dieser Stelle das Sweet & Sour und ich muss dagen: sehr gut!Der Papaya Salat ist der beste, den ich je gegessen habe das Grüne Curry mit Poulet vorzüglich. Die Bedienung nett und freundlich, ich komme gerne wieder!
