Actually, I would like to give this casino 5 stars, but I give 4 stars for the WiFi. My WiFi was encrypted and the internet did not work inside. As a foreigner, I could not use the dialer on my phone. I went with 20 francs and left the casino with 200 francs. I mean, I have been going to casinos in various countries for years, this small, clean and stylish casino. I came across it for the first time, the cleanliness and the help of the staff. How do they say toll in German? Entry is free. You can register with your driver's license. It is about 1 km away from Banhof, within walking distance from the center.

Compared to other casinos, no parking ticket validation (waiver) According to the staff: the parking spaces are divided at the Radison Hotel... it's a shame other casinos can do that ;)

I particularly rate the pricing policy for the parking spaces/underground garages. We had a nice evening at the casino, but when we paid the parking ticket we were very negatively surprised. We paid 15.- for less than 2 hours! In surrounding parking lots such as Parking Olma Messen you pay 3.50 for the same duration. It's only a 3 minute walk away. We will definitely park somewhere else next time. Unfortunately, there is no discount if you go to the casino, which is a shame and would definitely be possible. Therefore, in my opinion, the responsibility for overpriced parking spaces cannot simply be “shifted” onto the hotel. This also works when booking packages. ;-) Therefore unfortunately only 2 stars.

Too crowded. A ton of machines right beside each other not an inch space in between. Also the machine we wanted they don't have which is strange as there are just too many. There is a bar and you get a free welcome drink coupon at arrival.

Very bad service you get drinks with warm glasses and without carbonation. And bad service and not friendly at all. Hopefully things will get better again.

It really was a relaxing evening with my sister.

We had a team event with dinner, a tour of the casino, a welcome drink and gaming credit. It was a very successful evening and there was a very friendly tour of the casino with good explanations. We deliberately didn't hit the jackpot so that it could increase a bit ;-). Highly recommended as a team event or a cozy evening with friends

This casino actually has very good staff but this one employee at the big bar is always in a bad mood and rude. I think she has never heard of decency and has absolutely no respect for customers. Just sickening. I hope she learns how to deal with customers. The best thing would be training for this “serving lady” if you can call her that.

My very first visit to the casino for a bachelor party. It was a very relaxing evening and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Blackjack is just a cool game. The ambience is captivating.

Basically a cool casino. Unfortunately, guests are sometimes arbitrarily denied access. The security personnel seem to make decisions based on appearances. So you should think carefully if you travel specially, the trip could have been free.

If you’re a big fan of trees, especially Sequoias then I highly suggest you visit this place. Otherwise, it’s a casino. If you enjoy giving your money away. I mean if you really enjoy giving your money away then this is the place to do it. It’s nice, it’s clean and the people at the entrance are super kind. I do wish there were more affordable options to play cards because I’m really not a gambler, however, I enjoy playing cards with a good dealer. 5ch Black Jack is reasonable 10chf is getting into gambler territory.

I can't say what a casino should be like. Was my first visit. Too much digital for me. What attracted me was the wine bar with first-class wines. I asked if they could pour me some Tignarello. When I waited 5 minutes for someone who could operate the device, it didn't work. The nice lady then poured from the bottle and started to open a new bottle for a friend's glass. Whereupon a second lady came and said: "Are you buying the whole bottle?" It turned out that the machine was broken and I wasn't in a strip club (as you might have guessed from the greeting from the 2nd lady). The exit was quickly found.

Casino St Gallen is always worth a visit. We always enjoy visiting Casino St Gallen. The staff is great. The waiters (Edona & Alka) are top employees and always surprise us with new cocktails. The atmosphere is awesome.

You almost never win in other casinos, for example. I always had better luck in Baden, Bern and Lucerne

As the Swiss say: Tip top ;) I was there for the first time because I wanted to get to know the casino. I wanted to play Texas Hold'em poker, unfortunately the gaming table was closed. But then the employees were so nice and offered us the Black Jack table as an option. The dealer was super friendly and still explained everything to me in Spanish :) so that I could understand the game better. I didn't win that much but I would definitely like to come back. In the bar they offer good drinks and small sandwiches if you get hungry.

Tension at its best - good protection concept

Super nice service. Solid atmosphere with a very good protection concept. Great variety to the game with food in the restaurant. Direct access from the casino to the restaurant without having to go outside. Smokers have their own room in the casino with gaming boxes. A great idea for an occasion even in Corona times to celebrate. I can recommend it.

Very friendly security! I wanted a beer on the way home after leaving. Then I chatted with the security because they were in such a good mood. I can't say what this says about the casino itself, but if the security has time for a chat (easily 20 minutes), then that says something to me. In my opinion, a comfortable place to linger (and leave money behind, but that's what a casino thrives on ;b) and have a good time. Security has it under control! :)
