Arriving Saturday evening at 9:30 p.m., for a table of 12 people, we were put on the mezzanine because there were no tables left. We had to order at the bar because we were told that no one would come and take our order. That already sets the tone. In short, we order, 1h30 wait to be served, we almost left before a waiter arrived with only the cutlery.. Another 10min wait before the first dishes arrived.. there were missing dishes, some drinks, nothing is wrong with the organization and service. We will wait another 30 minutes to pay the bill, needless to say that we preferred not to have any coffee or dessert. Avoid if you don't want to waste your time. The place is extremely noisy, you can't hear yourself talking, the music is way too loud. Decent Mexican food, but you can find much better in Lausanne.

Nice and plentiful food, friendly servers. But we were no longer served after 1 a.m. because there weren't enough customers.... On a Saturday evening 😱 And we were asked to leave 30 minutes after the last cocktail. Ambience not wow phew

Too disappointed, I came for my birthday. The waitress seats us, another waiter comes straight behind to ask us in an accusatory tone if we had seated ourselves.. 3 menus for 7 people, and an error on almost all of our orders. Lots of things never arrived but were on the bill though. In the end we waited almost an hour for a dessert that we never got to order. Just being able to pay was an unimaginable journey. Negotiating with the waiter not to pay for the 6 liters of sangria that we had supposedly ordered, as well as our coffees which had been "arriving" for 20 minutes but whose color we didn't even see. My thirsty friend had to drink water from the toilet tap. The server was completely overwhelmed by events. For the price I found the service disappointing, but on the other hand the food was excellent.

It’s very good but the wait is catastrophic and unfortunately it’s nothing new. Table reserved for 8:30 p.m. meal served at 10:50 p.m.... a cruel lack of organization, the back and forth of empty servers can no longer be counted and the justification is not me, it's the kitchen's fault, it's average.

I came on a Saturday evening with a lot of people. But we had reserved a table for 18 for a birthday. At the beginning everything started well but as the evening progressed the more we were made to wait (more than 4 hours for the meal from arrival to departure). We were not served certain drinks, one person did not have their dish and the music was so loud that we could no longer hear each other speaking. And we were spoken to very badly. Big lack of servers. Too bad because beautiful place. And good food.

Incredibly surprising restaurant!! Very good authentic atmosphere music billiards darts we have something to keep us busy We immediately feel at ease It was a truly incredible culinary experience cocktails at the top fast service we have the impression of traveling time 'an evening !!!! This restaurant was an excellent decision for our evening with friends we will come back I highly recommend this restaurant to all fans of Mexican cuisine, it really rocks! We had an excellent evening where we were able to taste tasty dishes as well as very good cocktails. Staff who are more than attentive, helpful and very friendly. The chef is very accommodating and wants the best for his customers. I highly recommend this place, we will come back.

Not enough to eat and expensive (30 chf/person) for fajitas, but there was clearly not enough meat and toppings. We were still hungry at the end... There were pancakes left but no toppings at all, they didn't give us any more toppings to finish the pancakes even though there were 8 of us. A gesture would have been appreciated especially given the price. Atmosphere ok

Broccoli and squash in your Tex-mex burrito? Lol, a first time for everything. +1 star for a nice ambiance. Update/Response: I'm from Arizona, born and raised. Great place, you should visit. And if not squash I guess some hot cucumbers...equally as funny.

Good food, good choice of drinks and good atmosphere! Lots of people and not enough people to serve at the bar on the other hand, but for a bar in the city center it's understandable!

Service really worst ever, half hour to get attended, then half hour to get drinks, literally took 2.5h between entering and getting food...and the food, a lot, big quantities but low quality. Update, To answer on reply from Tacos, I didn't cheat, I am not dishonest, I didn't leave without paying, what kind of restaurant are you to blame me like this?! I was with the group where one person paid for all at the end. And the problem was not just with one waiter, but with all, all were slow in delivering everything, from drinks, starter, main dishes and deserts. So please, don't blame the new person, and making an excuse for being a bad restaurant.

The place is practical, there is a good atmosphere, we were quickly taken care of. Small downside, I find that the prices are too high compared to the quantity and quality. It was still very good. On the other hand, I am very disappointed with the cocktail which looked incredible on the menu but in the end was very ordinary and I even found it poorly dosed. I recommend this restaurant if you can afford to try several dishes and if you want to spend a nice evening with your friends.

This is not Mexican food Thank you for using real Mexican products for the tacos, remove the bbq sauce and the cocktail sauce that you put in large quantities, it ruins everything 1h30 wait for 2 tacos is a long time...

We went to eat with three people. We had to wait at least 20 minutes just to receive the card. It took almost an hour to receive our entry. The service is really poor, it's never anyone's fault. The meal was really good It's a shame that the service isn't up to par, this is the second time I've been back and the first time the service was already not great.

We had reserved for 7:30 p.m., after having a drink on the outdoor terrace we went down to sit at a table around 8 p.m. A very rude waiter (Nagui) took our order. 2 hours later we still had not been served, and we were finally told that there was no more of what we had initially ordered. As for the so-called spicy salad that I ordered, it was so bland that I had to add pepper and salt. I pointed out to the waiter who pretended to be trying to apologize that it would be nice if he could offer us a round, and he replied that it doesn't work that way at their place! In short, we left with a lot of disappointment.

Evening with my friends for my bachelorette party. A delight ! Just the waiter who forgot a starter… but otherwise, an excellent, well-stocked meal.

We made a reservation for a table of fifteen people. When booking, the staff were very friendly and flexible, which was much appreciated. When we arrived, we were well received. Everyone ate and drank well. If we have the opportunity, we will happily come back. If we can make a suggestion, the menu is very dense and condensed, heavy to read and not very appealing. Having it redesigned would be an asset and more pleasant for customers. Note that we were warned when ordering of network problems often preventing payment by card. We hope that these concerns will be resolved quickly, it is a bit disabling when we are in a large group. Thank you for the welcoming !

So this is a bluff. The decor is superb, the team is super friendly and the food is excellent. If someone had told me where we were eating this evening, I would have cringed, but now, I'm won over. Only problem is, it's in the basement, but GO THERE!!!!! It's worth a little searching.

Very good decoration and food. Music allows us to talk while enriching the atmosphere. I really liked playing billiards. As a proposal I consider that it would be possible to change the way of counting consumption.

We had an evening with friends about 2 weeks ago. A certain Nagui served us and it was great. He was able to advise us on drinks and dishes and we were delighted!! End the evening with a little game of billiards all in a super nice setting!! Thank you so much !!

We were with friends last night. Friendly welcome. We were given good advice on drinks and menus which were delicious. And finished with a game of billiards, the room is quite cool. We will come back.

The place is nice, right in the city center. I recommend if you want a drink. On the other hand, I wanted to give the restaurant another chance after being disappointed 4 years ago. Unfortunately the food is not good...we had a platter of chicken fajitas for two. The accompaniments were not homemade (sauces in particular) and the rice was cold... You have to pay an extra 5.- if you want a little more accompaniments. If you just want to have a drink, that's ok, otherwise go your way for the food. It’s not delicious, homemade Latin food like you’d hope.

We had reserved a table for 5 and arrived with no reservation for us!!? We found ourselves at the back of the restaurant with strangers on the same table as us. We wait 40 minutes for a mojito that we ordered 3 times?? In the end we broke up and didn't even say goodbye..

Well eaten, the place is special in the basement but the decor and the atmosphere are super nice!

Table for two reserved on a Saturday evening, after 20 min. waiting to be placed at our table, we wanted to sit at a small improvised high table with BAR stools. We chose to leave.

In my opinion the place is too dark. It's difficult to read the map. I chose the tacos and received 3 pieces that weren't even warm - a shame. The rice was very dry, difficult to eat. I tried to get him down with the drink, but then let it go because I don't want to pay the 6 CHF for an IceTea again. Very unfortunate. In addition, the card payment didn't work. Conclusion: - too dark - Expensive prices - Cold food - Dry rice I'm happy to forego a second visit.

I had my phone stolen from the table, the establishment refused to collaborate with the police the same evening and invited them to come and see the cameras 3 days later due to the lack of a person available to give them access to the camera. . it's a shame that this establishment does not collaborate with the police for the safety of their customers, especially when the owner of the place has several establishments in Lausanne. It is because of this kind of behavior that the Flon district is going to get worse and worse because this kind of person fails in these responsibilities...

I was there for the world cup event, the screens were not working then only intermittently. We just had the right to remain silent and otherwise be insulted. Of course, we were charged the event supplement on consumption! The only consolation is free Doritos.

New Year scam we went with friends we paid 14fr for our drinks instead of 6 francs because of an error on their part. if you want to have a drink at Flon it's the worst place and even worse for the food.

I went there to play darts with a group of friends, they were broken. My friends didn't like their burger. There are only 2 servers managing a fairly large room, they do their best, but it's not easy to catch them. So very nice atmosphere, the billiards are nice too, good tequila, but passable food.

Nice place, Totally standard cuisine and nothing exceptional, We are pushed aside by the service people, the wait is always long, Do not book for wrestling evenings, despite getting ahead and having places, the team on site lets other people stand in front of you and therefore you will see absolutely nothing.

It is very sad that we watched the football World Cup Final in this place. 1. They only let us in 15mins before the match. 2. Screens were not working for the first 20mins. Even if it works for a second, it broke right after. Apparently the staff cannot do anything for it. (Or at lead that’s what we have been told) 3. Bad service. When I said 2 blonde beer, the servicer gave me 2 IPA instead. 😂I had to line up more than 10mins for that. 4. Agressive waiters. When my friend confronted the waiter for not working on the turning back on the MATCH. The waiter just said that its not our responsibility if the TV is off/not on. Also, the waiter said shut up in French to my friend, pretty sure this is not how you handle your clients when you charge extra for world cup. So Bravo Tacos Bar, its my first time and my last time.

Increase of 1.- on each consumption for the final of the football world cup and no TV that works, difficult to understand how we can have such shaky equipment. The answer: you just have to go see the match elsewhere was really too much.

The Service is mediocre, the wait for an order or to bring a knife or other is endless even though the restaurant is empty..., for the food frankly disappointing: I ordered a medium-rare steak, it was served to me blue. The fries are super salty and the beef burritos are so bland and so DRY that we really had trouble swallowing them. Frankly for the food you should avoid it, however if you want to have a drink and play billiards it's good

The place is great, the decor, the atmosphere, possibility of playing billiards or table football and the fact of having a stage with groups of musicians who come to play while you eat or have a drink is just great. Negative points : - often errors and omissions in orders. examples: I order 1 beer, they bring me 2, my colleague goes to the bar to order 1 mojito, we serve him 2 and when he explains that he only asked for one, the bartender responds curtly "I have to know what you want", my girlfriend orders a steak medium rare, we serve it blue... - the food is very bland. Out of 5 people (5 different dishes) 4 of us did not like what we ate and were unable to finish our plates because our dishes were sorely lacking in seasoning. - impossible to pay by card except at the bar (strange) There you go, great place to go have a drink, play pool and see small concerts or other wrestling shows, I will definitely come back but not to eat ^^

We had the pleasure of playing a few games of billiards, in a good atmosphere. I left my ID card as a deposit. When I came to pick it up, about 4 games and 2 hours later, I almost choked! CHF 40.- to pay for these 2 hours!! Apparently, they charge CHF 20.- per hour to rent the pool table. Scandal! My mistake, I did not ask for the rates at the time of rental. However, with prices like this, they could display the prices at the tables, and notify us when renting. We will not go back there again and will continue to pay CHF 2.- for a game of billiards in the majority of other bars.

Evening with several of my friends for a birthday. We were ten people. The place is cult in Lausanne, the decoration is really nice and the atmosphere is fun and festive. In terms of food, it was good but not transcendent! The meat was overcooked for me, the same goes for the Prime Rib requested rare which comes cooked to perfection. I appreciated the gesture of having modified my dish, not being able to eat prawns. The service was OK, it's a shame there were errors in serving drinks and then shots and the carafes of water never arrived. Perhaps a little too much reliance on acquired knowledge? I recommend it for having a good time with friends but not necessarily for cooking!

Very long wait even though there were people there. The 3 burritos we ordered were burnt (very pronounced taste during tasting). Forget to bring us the nachos as a starter. Very good sangria
