Terrenal Restaurant in Nyon

Extraordinary ! What a delicious surprise. Fast and very friendly service! And what about the kitchen? From starter to dessert, a succession of pleasures for the palate!!! After having tested almost all the surrounding restaurants in French-speaking Switzerland (with my Peruvian wife 🇵🇫) we can say without detour that it is the best of all! Congratulations to the team and long life at Terrenal, we plan to come back often.

We participated in a wine & dinner. The dishes were succulent and the taste perfect. They were all prepared with the wines served and the pairing was sensational! Special mention for the La Provoleta starter and a little extra for the La Uva dessert, a delight. ;-) The wines from the Argentinian quinta Alta Yari were perfect, it was a very nice discovery. Thank you for this trip!

Great experience at Terrenal. Our taste buds were in celebration thanks to the delicious dishes and cocktails. The staff, very professional, good advice and helpful. A very good address that I can only recommend. [The 4 star in cuisine is due to the lack of variety for vegetarian dishes.] But everything else was really excellent! We will come back to this.

We live in Peru and I can tell you that Terrenal offers an experience worthy of current Peruvian gastronomy, with its touches of originality and without falling into clichés. We ate excellent dishes, served by Pauline and her colleague, both very friendly and professional. I also appreciated being able to drink Peruvian wine to accompany this meal, the wines of Peru, although little known outside its borders, are really great. I therefore highly recommend!

I have already had the pleasure of discovering your à la carte dishes and I loved them (ceviche, beef, fish and lamb to share). The tasting menu allowed me to taste other excellent flavors and I am delighted, but for personal taste I prefer the flavors of the à la carte dishes. See you soon and well done

If I could have given it 6 stars, I would have done so. A taste journey of rare finesse, dishes incredibly well prepared, thoughtful, presented, all served with a smile and with great attention. Everything is perfect. Be careful, if this is not already the case, this place will become a must in the region! So to your taste buds!

It's small, but it's really the one and only downside :-) everything else is a culinary journey we really liked it, like in any good restaurant you have to book because there are people and it's already starting to get crowded known but the dishes are super good and beautiful the wine and recommends them to the best well done don't change anything.....and thank you for this evening

No real Peruvian knowledge. The price is quite high. It's more of a merger. Disappointed for the chanchito that carries a lot of fat. Why not offer a portion for 1p?

Fantastic meals and great service! My favorite drink is Pisco Passion Sour and I absolutely loved the Nyonnais and the El Meloso. As well EL CHANCHITO is not to be missed! Terrenal is a gem in the region, therefore I would highly recommend to do a reservation before going! Totally worth it and look forward to my next visit there!

We were 6 people and all ate well except one who had the vegetarian dish. As she had mentioned to you, her dish arrived with half the plate empty, including quinoa and 2 or 3 pieces of cauliflower. So very little provided compared to its description on the menu and very expensive for such little quantity and quality. Plus it was way too salty so the person didn't eat it all and didn't like it at all. What surprises me a lot is that she mentioned it to the waitress who offered nothing else. No action was made such as; offer something instead, offer coffee or dessert, don't charge for the dish in question... For my part, such a “non-reaction” disappoints me greatly.

Wow, what a slap! It's been a long time since I enjoyed a meal in a restaurant this much. From the first bite you travel. The ceviches are full of flavor and the spiciness/seasoning is so well balanced. Next, we fell in love with the pork ribs. I have been to this restaurant three times in a row in a very short time and each time I have to order this dish because they are so good. Maybe a little too bold if I have to say a downside. We come out well prepared, very good quality/price ratio. And a special thank you to Lola for her smile, her cheerfulness and her impeccable service which made us have a great evening.

It’s the best Peruvian food I’ve ever tasted! No need to go to Chicha in Berlin or any other Peruvian restaurant in the world to make your taste buds go wild. Terrenal is surpassing any of those experiences! On top of that the owners are serving you personally and are the kindest and most passionate hosts. The music is heart-warming and the cocktails are exceptional. The wine is world-class and the vibes are cozy and festive at once. You have to try it!!

A treat upon entering the restaurant. The immersion is total and gripping, it’s really great! It is very pleasant to hear the chef and his sister chat in Spanish with their lilting accent. The meal is delicious and exotic, which is what we expect from this establishment. I really recommend this restaurant if you want to go out in the sun for a moment!

The restaurant is very cosy and well decorated. Good menu with nice choice - not too much, seems seasonal. Staff was accommodating and very nice. We found the lomo saltado could’ve been served with steak knives as it was a bit tough to cut through. Very expensive in general, more than Geneva standards! We had a very good time nonetheless :-)

It is certainly one of the best restaurants I have eaten in in Switzerland, if not the best. The food is great, the cocktails are incredible and very innovative, it is a good product with good presentation and at a very competitive price. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to know what good Peruvian food and drink is! The service is incredible and super friendly and the place is beautiful. I leave delighted and eager to return as soon as possible!!

Warm welcome in a cozy setting. I found the same flavors as during my trip to Peru, a real delight! I recommend and look forward to returning very soon.

Great experience for a romantic dinner in this establishment, the service is friendly and smiling, the customers are pampered and advised, the food is delicious, the starters and dishes won us over, they are beautifully presented. A little less ecstatic about the desserts but that didn't tarnish the memory. Cocktails and drinks quite expensive but good quality. The room is quite small, beautifully decorated, it's cozy and warm. The only downside is the prices which mean that you can't go there every evening! ;) Keep it up!

Very nice surprise, I didn't think I would find these South American flavors in Switzerland. We practically tried the entire menu in a group of 6 people and everything was excellent, the seasonings explode in the mouth, it's a shame that bread is not in the culture because the sauces are exquisite, served very welcoming, fast and attentive, a great discovery

I love peruvian food. I was therefore very pleased when a restaurant opened in Nyon. Simply had to try it! Found this restaurant to be a fresh take on the Peruvian cuisine. The food was to die for. We ordered to share (between 2) one ceviche, 2 entrées and one main course.. all very delicious (especially the duck dim sum). It is now my favorite Peruvian restaurant in the region (Geneva included). Service was excellent too and the price was fair (CHF 160 for 2, we had cocktails wine and coffee too). We will definitely be back :)

Ambiance et plats fantastique! The food and ambiance were amazing. I had the lamb and gnocchi, which was melt in your mouth delicious. Very lovely staff too, and wonderful wines both local and from Latin America. A new top pick in Nyon!

Perfect fusion of Peruvian but signature food, which really surprises in some dishes such as gnocchi. The only thing to improve is the issue of sound absorption since it is a small place... some special plates could help reduce it.
