Came here for a burger and fries. Owner was very friendly and the food was nice. Left a good impression on first night in Geneva.

Huge surprise. A place that doesn't look like much but for me, a burger fan, almost the best in town at an ultra reasonable price. 16.90chf the menu if you take the best factory burger with drink and fries. Homemade fries, super good bun bread and quality meat, unlike many restaurants. Very good quantity for a man or woman, I really recommend it. It will become my burger address without any hesitation. When I see the number of people in fast food restaurants where we literally eat the same... even though such brands exist with quality products... I tell myself that it's well worth 3 minutes to post a great review and make this little, inexpensive and extremely good restaurant known!!!

Quality of the burgers a little above the average fast food but still below a good burger in a restaurant that knows how to do it. However, prices follow. In fact, for around twenty francs you can have a burger+fries+drink thanks to the menu option. The fries are also better than those you find in McDonald's or other fast food restaurants. The overall quality is therefore good. Regarding the quantity, you may still be slightly hungry after a menu but frankly this is understandable given the price and quality. For big eaters, I would advise taking an additional side dish which will bring the total price to around 25fr. In short, the quality/price ratio is good without being extraordinary, so I recommend the address for burger lovers looking for new discoveries at low prices.

Supportive people and tasty burgur

Super friendly staff, ok atmosphere. Place was very empty over lunch. The content of the burger was good but the bread is too hard on top. When asked for cutlery, only a knife was given. The napkins are too low quality to help much with cleaning up. Fries are also ok, could be crisper.

Excellent fresh burger Delicious homemade fries and friendly table service

We ordered two different burgers and fries from the menu and were disappointed with our visit. It was nowhere near what you would expect from a 4.8 rating restaurant (the rating score at the time of visit) The french fries probably were cooked with rancid oil and tasted horrible, and the burger was not well cooked. It was undoubtedly the worst food we had in our 1-week stay in Geneva, and I don’t recommend it.

Next door was shut and went in thinking it would be an average typical halal burger joint. My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the the amazing tastes of the burgers and the tenders were tasty too. Restaurant is very small. Limited seating but the burgers are definitely gourmet and worth a try. For Geneva the prices are on the upper side and more expensive than in France.

Food was amazing! We ordered The Burger Factory, The Mexican and the chicken tenders. We went late afternoon so there werent anyone so no wait for us. Burger was huge and if you take the set it came with fries (which was also amazing!), coleslaw and drinks. And they are Halal too! If you are in Lucerne, I recommend you check them out 😁

What a very nice surprise!!! I took a cheese burger menu for 19.80 francs in addition to the homemade fries and the drink there is a homemade coleslaw salad very well seasoned with a tangy touch with apple cubes. The cheese burger, what can I say, the best I have tasted in Geneva, the bread is fresh from the baker, the meat is of excellent quality and the homemade fries are delicious. Impeccable and friendly service. I highly recommend an address that will become essential.

A recommended restaurant that I unfortunately will not recommend myself. Uber offer which we were unable to take advantage of because there was no Uber delivery person, a phone call from the restaurant asking us to come and collect the order. So no choice but to pay for everything without any commercial gesture and disappointment, half of the ingredients are missing in the burgers that arrived at home. No jalapeños, no cheddar or salad in my Mexican burger, in short a steak between 2 slices of bread.... and bones in the ground meat! No cheddar on the fries as requested, nor the cutlery for that matter. Even the dessert which was supposed to be donuts was hard and dry. Anyway What poor quality for 70CHF

Everything was great. The owner, Sami, was very kind and helpful all the time. About the food i can only recommend. The burger was well cooked and very tasteful. At last, the price was very reasonable, so i have to give the 5 stars valuation!

This place has easily become a favourite of ours. We love that everything is fresh, artisanal and that only Swiss products are used. The flavours of the Chicken and Mexican burgers are delightful and leave you wanting more. Every meal is served with a homemade coleslaw with a surprising twist.

The food was good and the treatment correct. However, we felt cheated when paying with the CHF - € exchange. We don't understand how 78CHF, which is €74, ended up being more than €80 in our bank account. They have taken our skin.

We have just eaten at the Burger Factory as a family, excellent welcome, cleanliness and quality. Even my little prince was warmly welcomed with lots of attention. I 400% recommend the burgers are delicious, children's menu to choose from (burger nugget or tenders) children's chair available. Nothing to complain about really, don't hesitate to go there!!!!

All are delicious and we can taste that they use high quality ingredients. the owner and staffs are welcoming and attentive, feel like we're not in a fastfood restaurant :) definitely will come back again to try other burger menus!

-I came last Friday I was really surprised by a very warm welcome from smiling staff. -In terms of menus there is a fairly wide variety of products, the prices are very reasonable and the menus are consistent. -The menus are served on really pretty trays (I had never seen this type of tray anywhere else) which adds a truly original and unique touch to the restaurant -And to finish desert level a wide choice for my part I opted for a speculoos smoothie with a brownie which was succulent. I really recommend and I will come back very soon, thank you again! ;)

Pleasantly surprised ! It's always nice to try new things! TBF is located in the center of Pâquis. The staff was very welcoming. We ordered takeout for two. The service was fast and the burgers + fries were excellent. I recommend ! :)

Not bad burgers. Well done! A nice place. Organization is not yet at the top, but it will come. It's only the 1st day after opening. And what's more, they try to be eco-responsible (no plastic dishes for "takeaway") which is honorable.
