Extremely full on Friday evening around 6:30 p.m. buffet bowls e.g. T. empty... System of open drinks at the checkout a bit complicated. But the food was very tasty...

I loved the place, we were 5 friends, we had a great time. It was a combination of a relaxed bar and a good restaurant, choosing your food, the sort and the quantity is great. The manager and the waiters were smiling and available. The food was excellent

Who doesn’t like Tibits?! The food is tasty, with big verity of vegetarian, vegan and some gluten free options. I wish there was more of the last one. At the same time most of the desserts were vegan and gluten free.

The food is very good and the selection is good. Unfortunately it is already very loud in the restaurant due to the other guests, which would be fine in itself, but the very loud music with a lot of bass makes it really loud in the restaurant.

I love eating at Tibits. As a self-employed person, I also like to be there during the day to bridge "idle times" and work. Thanks to the on-site WiFi, I can simply open my laptop, drink the delicious lemon-ginger punch and do some leisurely work. I'm always happy to be there. Like many others. :) At peak times it is quite full, but thanks to the space in the basement you can always find space.

tibits offers a great food buffet where you can find all sorts of vegan and vegetarian food including starters and desserts. You pay by weight of a plate and if I'm not mistaken some bread is free. Pricing in general is on the upper end given the fact that not all of staff is very friendly or knowledgeable (eg. when it comes to asking about different kinds of beers). Nevertheless, it's a nice atmosphere for both groups and for dates. Will visit again. For dinner from Thursday onwards I recommend placing a reservation.

6.20 CHF for a latte, of course self service to the table and there isn't even a plate placed under the cup so you don't have to wash up as much. Of course, the licked spoon ends up on the table, which is then not cleaned because it looks clean.

A very special experience today. Basically, I'm an absolute Tibits fan! We celebrated our company dinner at Tibits Winterthur and really enjoyed it... Well, today I wanted to buy the delicious tartare in Oerlikon while passing by. The fact that you should/can bring your own dishes speaks for sustainability. Another sign of sustainability is that these days people use storage boxes made of glass and no longer made of lightweight plastic. And so I brought my two largest glass boxes with me and wanted them filled to the brim. I was informed that my glass boxes would be weighed and that I would have to pay a corresponding price. FOR THIS REASON I AVOID PURCHASE! According to my scales at home, that means that I would have paid over 36.00 CHF for my sustainable thinking and behavior, just for the glass boxes. I no longer feel this behavior is appropriate! What a shame really! You can determine the tare weight on wagons...

Little choice. The main reason I'm rating this tibit is so that Google Maps can finally stop being annoying. But the rating is authentic. Hiltl/tibits Stadelhofen, Sihlpost or HB Luzern are much more recommended because they have a larger buffet. Ambience ok, Service, as usual, self.

A very nice place, I always go to have a coffee with my friends and the food is very good.

I really enjoy coming there and am super satisfied every time. The buffet offers something for everyone, especially as a vegan you have a large selection, and the coffee is also good. The service/staff is very friendly (greetings to the very friendly cook Stefi, who has served me kindly twice and always inspires me with her smile!). I can recommend this place to everyone -> including students, with the Stucard you get a discount ;))

For me, Tibits is always worth a visit, the dishes are beautifully prepared and also taste good. The only thing I can complain about is the expensive prices.

Fine restaurant with a large selection of different dishes. The employees are very accommodating and the restaurant also participates in TooGoodToGo. Water is offered to guests free of charge.

Tibits is the McDonald Version of Hiltl Restaurants - - the oldest (V)-restaurant chain in the world owned by Rolf Hiltl.

The food at the buffet is fresh and very tasty. Service friendly and pleasant. That's the way it has to be.

Great but very expensive, no children’s portions

We were there for lunch and my family and I loved it. The food was very good, with a large selection and freshly prepared. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The coffee was also great. We will definitely come back.

Large selection of very fine vegan dishes. The staff was slightly overwhelmed with our reservation (first we couldn't find it and then people were placed at different tables). Opportunity to sit outside, but a lot of noise due to the nearby street. Still definitely worth a visit.

I never know what I'm putting on my plate, but it always tastes good. Evaluating service in self-service is difficult.

They came to a mother with a stroller saying she cannot sit there with to-go coffee because they have to pay higher taxes for sitting customers (i guess few rappens for a coffee?) They received 2CHF tip (~35%) when buying it. Reason for the to go cup is that when the baby starts crying she needs to go and start walking with him. Is this greed or total lack of empathy? Rules are rules but you simply let humanity win in such cases! What is wrong with you people…

Exceptionally tasty food and atmosphere. You can stay in there how much you want and not feel bad. Water can be taken for free yourself. I love this place. My favorite restaurant in Zurich.

An incredibly nice and friendly team! Something incredibly embarrassing happened to me and they responded so well and understandingly. My impression was confirmed again. The food is also very good. I really enjoy eating there. Be sure to try the stomach bread with chocolate icing, it's so delicious! Absolute recommendation

We ordered the large aperitif plates for an occasion. From ordering to delivery everything was perfect. The platters were also lovingly designed and incredibly tasty! We can wholeheartedly recommend tibits catering.

The food tasted good and the buffet looked very neat. Children's corner in the basement. Nice and tidy and clean. Unfortunately there is no elevator and the stroller must be parked at the main entrance. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

First vegan restaurant I visited in Switzerland and it was a great choice, the staff were super helpful.

For the first time I have visited a Tibits and it was a great experience. I knew this food chain since many years but never took the chance to sit in one of their outlets. This time a friend of mine suggested it and I gave it a chance. The food was very delicious, I honestly did not expect it to be that good. The atmosphere was also pleasant, to our luck we had a table for two. The rest of the restaurant was packed. The staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining how it works at Tibits. Overall experience was very good hence I will definitely visit again.

The food, such as vegetables, berries, dips and desserts, is warm and ready on the counter and you can take a plate of different sizes and put your meal together. If your plate has cooled down by now because you couldn't make a decision so quickly, you can let the food warm up. The quality of the food is good and the desserts also have some delicacies on offer. The food is weighed at the checkout. I had a medium, filled plate and paid around 20 CHF for it.

The food at the warm buffet could be a little hotter. The empty plates were removed very late, so we didn't have room for the dessert plates for a long time, which was a shame. The food itself is of a high quality. The staff at the checkout/bar are very nice, thank you.

Compared to other Tibits locations, this restaurant was a disappointment in terms of selection and quality. A pity!

We (3 people) were there on Friday around 9:00 p.m., which was quite late. It was very clean and the buffet was still well stocked. Service was friendly and very quick. 10 minutes before the end of the buffet we were kindly informed about this and were able to get dessert. All in all a good choice

Buffet style with big variety of different types of food. The people were very friendly and helpful in English since I didn’t know what any of the signs meant. Friendly place and convenient to the Opera and after walking along the lake. I tried a little bit of several different things. All very good.
